They are amazing. Aline was very responsive scheduling our move-out appointment and the team transformed the 3-bed, 2-bath house to sparkling clean in about 2 hours. When we moved in to a new place and found it only partially clean, Aline sent out a crew on short notice. The cleaners carefully cleaned around boxes and managed to catch every dusty corner and scrub the old linoleum floor by hand! One cleaner accidentally broke a refrigerator shelf in the process and ASAP cleaners replaced it within 48 hours (at their expense). I cannot recommend enough! read more

Aline and her team came into our apartment for a "deep clean" in June, and it isn't that we haven't needed her back yet, it is only just now, over six months later, getting to the point where we NEED her back. I hope we never go this long without her as they did an AMAZING job - Turned our "gray" kitchen floor back to white, helped removed that pesky mildew which forms in our moist SF apartment, and of course took more than amazing care of the basics. Aline and her team did all of that and more, leaving the apartment spotless- including the cupboards, fridge, stove, oven, windowsills .. Everything! I was especially impressed with the oven as it was in bad shape even when we moved in, but she left it in awesome condition. They took only an hour for the entire job, amazing! They also don't pay attention to small special items that may have fallen on floor and vacuum them up and there is zero accountability. They are expensive and the crew is different every time. Aline and her group of cleaners are easily the fastest service I've used (3 large rooms, two bathrooms, and a very dusty staircase in 1 hour) and do a very good job, getting better as they get to know your house. We communicate through email to coordinate our monthly cleaning, and she usually responds within the hour. Usually arrives ~5-10 minutes early and has never cancelled.
