Joel's initial walkthrough appointment made me feel much more confident that the quoted price was realistic, rather than estimates based on a few details over email/Yelp request. As a full-time working mom, having help maintaining a clean home is such a relief. While admitting needing that help feels a bit awkward and stressful, they put me at ease and made the experience feel comfortable and judgment-free. Joel was really easy to communicate with, the price is competitive, and I liked that I could pay by Zelle. We're now booked for every other week cleanings, so I'll share how things go over time.

We gave the worker the amount agreed upon and the husband called screaming at me that this was not the agreed price. She left and an hour later, I noticed my brand new bottle of expensive neck and face cream had been taken and our floor bath mat was also gone. I texted Rodas Cleaning, never received a reply. This left a huge stain. I showed the lady during the cleaning time. Daniel the owner came later that day and when it was time to pay I showed him the stain and asked how they would rectify the stain. He agreed to take partial payment and return the next day to clean it. He signed a note saying as such. Today when he was supposed to return at 2:00pm he did not I called him and he returned my call at 2:30pm and stated they would not take responsibility for the damage. He swindled his way into receiving payment under the false pretense of correcting the situation and then reneged on the agreement. They are not a trustworthy business. I will share will my social media followers as well. The ladies did a good job and were nice until it was time to be held accountable. The wife cursed and left angry. They did not speak English so I am not sure what they were saying. They first quoted me $300 and once they got there increased the price to $450 based on the work required. I agreed To the $450. once the work was completed Daniel agreed to receive $300 at the completion of service but would come back the next day for the remaining balance once he fixed the countertop. He now refuses to return and is lying about this experience. Id Daniel came back today as agreed upon this would all be rectified. He is not a trustworthy business. Please see a review below where he stood up a previous owner as well, unfortunately I did not see that review until after my experience. Save yourself the headache.

Shower floor - a primary focus area - was left with more scrub work to do. Other focus areas needed more work. When I requested completion I got run around about not spending more time. The contact didn't understand the proper sequence of invoice then pay then receipt issue. Refused to even invoice before payment initially. I promptly paid by Zelle after invoice but my phone still blew up with more request for payment status. I'd stay away unless you are good with the landscaping equivalent of "Mow blow and go".

I appreciate that Lesvia came out a day early to assess the project and provide an accurate price. I found that to be very professional. Since I helped a family member get her home ready to fully move back into after remodeling work, meeting Lesvia made my family member more comfortable. Confidence soared when Lesvia, the same person who gave us the price, returned the next morning to do the cleaning. I cannot say enough positive praise about Lesvia. She is professional, prompt, detailed, and asked several times how we wanted an area to be cleaned. Lesvia works very hard and it showed beautifully in her work. I value her caring about her work and client satisfaction. Not only was the home so shiny when she finished, we did not have any traces of drywall dust anywhere. Her attention to detail was incredible. Without doubt, we will hire her again for a more regular cleaning service once my family member is fully moved-in and settled.
