I had a wonderful first experience with EasyCLEAN2U today! I requested a quote from them and a few others via Yelp yesterday and they were one of the first to respond, and then provided me with a quote super quickly (which was very reasonable compared to other quotes). I then booked my appointment (bedroom carpet cleaning + 2 sofas) for today. James showed up on time and was super polite, very efficient and made sure to clean up any residual water spots afterwards. He and EasyCLEAN2U exceeded my expectations! James was even kind of enough to let me practice the two words of Portuguese I know with him, lol. I vacuum my carpet and couches every week, but it had been a while since I had given my carpet & sofas a deep cleaning. Given how GROSS the resulting water was from the cleaning, I'm sure I'll be calling on their services again soon! read more

Thiago JUST left my studio apartment and I have nothing but great things to say. He arrived on time, was so professional, very kind and a pleasure to have in my home. My carpet had staining from potty training a puppy, and high foot-traffic areas. I am very impressed at how my carpet turned out and would definitely recommend to friends, neighbors, and anyone in the market for a carpet cleaning. read more

I must say I was really impressed with what they had accomplished with my carpets. I really had a horrible problem with my carpets especially with hives and lots of dust and really impossible to take care of it myself. Therefore, I am grateful that I got a chance to get it done through this business. They came excatly on time to my appointment and was happy to assist me to move some of my furniture in my room. They communicated perfectly as well, and knew what they were doing. I would be happy to get in touch with them within 6 months. Thanks again EsayClean you were amazing!! Well done. read more

Communicating with the company over text was easy too. I would hire them again! read more

EasyCLEAN2U is the MOST amazing residential cleaning services. Juliana has worked with us for over 6 years (3 different homes) and we truly feel so grateful to have her in our lives. Her cleaning is exceptional, she's punctual, professional, and hardworking. Juliana has a huge heart and is also incredibly kind. Our 3 year old loves her too! Juliana has helped us with other household tasks as well, such as checking our mail while we are out of town. We trust Juliana 110%. We look forwarding to seeing her every week. She's the Best! read more

Seriously, my wall-to-wall carpet looked new after the cleaning, and there hasn't been a thorough cleaning in 20+ years (yeah, I know). I wasn't expecting it at all but now I cannot see any difference between the heavily travelled sections and the protected sections. Great to know that cleaning with steam also sanitizes the carpet. Booking the appointment was fast and straightforward, requiring the fewest emails. EasyCLEAN2U describes their work clearly in their communications. The person who did the work, Thiago, was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. read more

(I dont know where my 1st review went? Well here goes again. ) I had a terrific experience with EasyClean2U today. I called late in the day and they made room for me right away. They were on par with other $$$ quotes. Had my carpet and three rugs done all by steam cleaning. Brought a moderate-size machine in, not some long hose and dragging it all thru the house! Very fast and thorough. Thiago was great, very professional and friendly. Explaining things as he went. He checked in with me asking if everything was as I wanted. It was great that he spoke English as well. He really worked hard and fast, and I am totally happy with the work. read more

They responded to my request for quote on Yelp within minutes. Competitive pricing. Convenient scheduling. They offer a reduced rate if you sign up for monthly cleaning. We met and let in Julianna at our scheduled time in the morning and then left her to work and lock up after she finished. She was incredibly thorough. We've had our apartment cleaned by several other services and she was by far the best. Our small dog was home while she cleaned, which she was fine with. Good communication as well - she texted when she finished cleaning and let know she'd locked up. We were so satisfied we signed up for monthly cleaning. read more
