I requested a quote from them and a few others via Yelp yesterday and they were one of the first to respond, and then provided me with a quote super quickly (which was very reasonable compared to other quotes). I then booked my appointment (bedroom carpet cleaning + 2 sofas) for today. James showed up on time and was super polite, very efficient and made sure to clean up any residual water spots afterwards. He and EasyCLEAN2U exceeded my expectations! James was even kind of enough to let me practice the two words of Portuguese I know with him, lol. I vacuum my carpet and couches every week, but it had been a while since I had given my carpet & sofas a deep cleaning. Seriously, my wall-to-wall carpet looked new after the cleaning, and there hasn't been a thorough cleaning in 20+ years (yeah, I know). I wasn't expecting it at all but now I cannot see any difference between the heavily travelled sections and the protected sections. Great to know that cleaning with steam also sanitizes the carpet. I must say I was really impressed with what they had accomplished with my carpets. I really had a horrible problem with my carpets especially with hives and lots of dust and really impossible to take care of it myself. We met and let in Julianna at our scheduled time in the morning and then left her to work and lock up after she finished. She was incredibly thorough. We've had our apartment cleaned by several other services and she was by far the best. Our small dog was home while she cleaned, which she was fine with.
