Neto was a lifesaver - he was able to schedule me the weekend before Christmas. It was a tight timeline because the kitchen and bathroom floors were installed two days before carpet cleaning, not to mention being able to finish the renovation in time for the holidays. A young man, Amir, came to clean the living room and a small closet that asked to be done as an afterthought. There was a slight hiccup when he first started (a hose sprang a leak) but Amir took care of the issue promptly and took extra care to vacuum up any excess water. I didn't hold much hope for the carpet to get as clean as it did! I am talking a 20 year old carpet, well beyond it's life in a rental unit. I hired Neto to clean two couches and a wool rug. We have a dog. And while she's not particularly messy, she has claimed one of the couches as her primary residence.
