Highly recommend! I wanted to have my carpets professionally cleaned, especially with a dog in the house. They responded to my quote request quickly and were able to come out the very next day, which made the whole process so easy. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make great recommendations based on the condition of my carpets. The results exceeded my expectations. They completely removed any pet stains and restored the carpets to move-in condition. I was genuinely impressed with how fresh and clean everything looked. Excellent service, great communication, and outstanding results. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for professional carpet cleaning. read more

Neto was a lifesaver - he was able to schedule me the weekend before Christmas. It was a tight timeline because the kitchen and bathroom floors were installed two days before carpet cleaning, not to mention being able to finish the renovation in time for the holidays. A young man, Amir, came to clean the living room and a small closet that asked to be done as an afterthought. There was a slight hiccup when he first started (a hose sprang a leak) but Amir took care of the issue promptly and took extra care to vacuum up any excess water. I didn't hold much hope for the carpet to get as clean as it did! I am talking a 20 year old carpet, well beyond it's life in a rental unit. Amir did a great job and we just might keep the carpet in for a while longer before replacing it. Thank you guys for a job well done and to make the holidays and ringing in the new year a little cleaner! read more

I hired Neto to clean two couches and a wool rug. We have a dog. And while she's not particularly messy, she has claimed one of the couches as her primary residence. As a result, we were long overdue having it steam cleaned. Neto was prompt (early, actually), super friendly, and efficient. He worked quickly. You should've seen the dark water coming through the vacuum lines. Gross. In any event, our couch looks like new and the rug looks clean and bright. Will definitely use Neto again in the future. Very good work and a great price. read more

We got two rugs of ours cleaned. Anetor made sure the quality of his work was done well and even called to flag to us that one of our rugs still had a "pet " smell and gave us the option to do another cleaning (we had waited over a week to get them delivered back as one of my rugs was super heavy and takes days to dry) or return to us sub-optimal. I appreciate that he was thoughtful and checked if we needed it sooner but also indicated he didn't want to compromise on his work. He was very kind and easy to work with. read more

Wow! Amazing service! Neto's lives up to its Yelp reviews and reputation. I thought for sure the stains on my Room and Board upholstered bed frame were permanent. They've been there for years - literally. Well it was no challenge for Neto - I can't even tell the spill was there!!! I was shocked. I also had my couch and 8x10 rug steam cleaned after being in storage and moved from residence to residence. I can't tell you how much better they look now - not worn or smudged looking. Neto and Jakari were absolute professionals and I appreciated how they protect your home with their equipment. I would not hesitate to hire them. In fact, I'm booking them for another project in a few weeks. Yes, they're that good. read more

We contacted Neto at the last minute. Because my dog had been sick and had an accident in the house. We were really worried because we had a family party within the next couple days at our house. He responded immediately and told us he could assist. Great customer service and very punctual. He showed up 15 min prior and was able to do our living room and hallway within 45 min. I was really pressed for time because I had to get ready for work. Even though I kept having to walk through his area of work to get ready, he was very flexible and understanding. Prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend! read more

I was researching different places and decided on Neto. It was a great decision. Neto was on time, very personable, and very respectful of my home. My carpet isn't as dirty since I do take care of it well and do clean them once every 2-3 years. Not much noticeable stains or anything so I guess I can't expect drastic differences. But I have to say, they did a great job, took care of the little details in corners and hard to reach places. At the end of the day, I do feel good walking on a nice and clean carpet. Their price is reasonable and they didn't try to add fees on top fees which I really value as the customer. Definitely would call them again. I'm a fan of small business. read more
