Neto was a lifesaver - he was able to schedule me the weekend before Christmas. It was a tight timeline because the kitchen and bathroom floors were installed two days before carpet cleaning, not to mention being able to finish the renovation in time for the holidays. A young man, Amir, came to clean the living room and a small closet that asked to be done as an afterthought. There was a slight hiccup when he first started (a hose sprang a leak) but Amir took care of the issue promptly and took extra care to vacuum up any excess water. I didn't hold much hope for the carpet to get as clean as it did! I am talking a 20 year old carpet, well beyond it's life in a rental unit. Amir did a great job and we just might keep the carpet in for a while longer before replacing it. I hired Neto to clean two couches and a wool rug. We have a dog. And while she's not particularly messy, she has claimed one of the couches as her primary residence. As a result, we were long overdue having it steam cleaned. Neto was prompt (early, actually), super friendly, and efficient. He worked quickly. You should've seen the dark water coming through the vacuum lines. Gross. In any event, our couch looks like new and the rug looks clean and bright. Will definitely use Neto again in the future. My carpet isn't as dirty since I do take care of it well and do clean them once every 2-3 years. Not much noticeable stains or anything so I guess I can't expect drastic differences. But I have to say, they did a great job, took care of the little details in corners and hard to reach places. At the end of the day, I do feel good walking on a nice and clean carpet.
