I thought I was giving him an impossible job of cleaning a garage that has been infested by vermin and lots of junk decaying there since the eighties. In terms of both thoroughness and price, Jonathan really surpassed my expectations. This guy is a cleaning ninja! He showed up on time and ready for action. He battled my daughters shared bathroom and it looked even better than after our move in cleaning. He even wiped down every set of blinds in every room and dusted the tops of door jams and baseboards! He took care of all the little details like the top of the fridge and our vent hood! Jonathan is a legit grime fighting black belt and I cant compliment the work enough. When I requested a quote through Yelp, I got hit with dozens of quotes from cleaners and honestly, Clean Dreams was on the lower side. I dont want to suggest he raise his prices but trust me, its a bargain for the amount of elbow grease the guy puts in. I really liked Jonathan, but I'm not fond of his business style. He had just moved to the area and was looking for new clients when he took us on. It took him about 6 hours for our house and he did a good job as far as cleaning was concerned. He's now gotten more clients and wants to expand his business so he told me he can't continue our home anymore because if he hires someone to do the job he'll only make $20 for the job after paying his employee! Wait - you are making a profit of $20 and you didn't do the clean? He wanted to raise the price by $60 so he could make $80 on a $200 clean where he sent someone to my house. That's not cool!!! At the very least, don't tell clients that! :( I got the impression that he just really didn't want to do the job anymore. I felt that Jonathon was communicative, personable, and thorough in his deep clean of my space. My floors have never been as clean as they are now, and he was able to remove dirt and filth off of places I never thought about (the handrail on the stairs, the faces of the kitchen cabinets).
