I had to resweep my living room after they left because there were all kinds of visible dirt left behind. And I had to spot clean the bathroom where they left visible dirt (see photos). Hortencia then confirmed my price on the spot and let me know she would be keeping me updated via text as we get closer to the date for the cleaning. On the day of the cleaners showed up on time and did an AMAZING job doing this move out clean! Everything and I mean everything I asked for was done and the house was spotless! From the very beginning of our interaction, Armando was professional and communicative. His hourly quote and estimate of the time it would take were spot on. He also called a couple of days before the service to follow up on my request to have very high second story outdoor window cleaning as part of it. He set an accurate expectation, which I truly appreciated! Once they were underway with the cleaning, Armando checked in now and then, asked my preferences on several mini projects within the cleaning, and delivered excellent results. I had a gnarly monstrosity of a stove top I'd breathed in scary amounts of toxic fumes trying to get clean and eventually gave up on. I'm embarrassed to post the pic but I want to just to demonstrate how great a job they did! (The black areas in the pic are where the paint was already scraped off.) I will absolutely be calling on Cleen Earth for ongoing maintenance cleaning. Armando described himself as a perfectionist, which was clear to me with the way he cleaned, and which is exactly what you want in home cleaners!! I would give 6 stars if I could!

I used Yelp to look at 8-9 different house cleaning providers in the area, read all of the reviews, asked about prices, etc. I found that Ana's Detailed House Cleaning presented as the best option for me: prices were reasonable, ratings and reviews indicated they did good work and had been doing it for quite a few years, and above all else they were very responsive over Yelp's messaging service. While I did see a few 1 and 2-star ratings, after reading those reviews I found most of them to be weird complaints from years and years ago. They're not indicative of current service. The promptness and attentiveness, combined with being intentional about explaining their services and answering questions in a reasonable amount of time, showed to me they were taking their work seriously. I started with a Deep Cleaning, which was just finished today. They did a great job. They caught little issues other house cleaners have ignored (dust under the fridge, for example) and went above and beyond to make the beds in a nice and well-presented manner. They were also friendly to my cats. I'm looking forward to having them come regularly.

When they "finished" none of the cabinet surfaces were cleaned, there were still cobwebs, the sink was still grimy, the windowsills were not even cleaned, and the backlash of the kitchen was still dirty. I had movers coming in the afternoon, so I needed cleaning services in the morning. Despite our previously agreed-upon time of 9 AM, the cleaners never arrived. The operator was not communicative at all - I had to keep pestering her for updates on the cleaner's arrival. Their ETA was consistently wrong, and they even lied to me about the cleaner's arrival at one point - the operator told me that the cleaner could not find parking at our location, but there was ample street parking outside at the time. After waiting 90 minutes and with the cleaners nowhere to be seen and the movers arriving soon, I had to cancel the scheduled cleaning service. There was no apology or accountability for their lack of punctuality and dishonesty. I cannot recommend Patricia's Cleaning Services to anyone.

I was looking for someone to come 3X per week to do cleaning and light housework in a household of 2 people and the only plan that was offered was to send the 3-person crew 3X per week (9 hours of work per week). I think there's about 3 hours of work per week, but offered to increase to 6 (with a 2-person crew), but my job was rejected. Response to business owner: I'm not sure why you assumed I had budget restraints. I'm concerned now about bias. This was for weekly service 3X per week (every 2-3 days). You initially suggested 3 hours of work per week (1 visit) and I offered 6 hours of work per week.
