His bid was so reasonable and we were going to accept right away as we chose other vendors to start work on our house. I recently developed asthma and around the same time had some construction type work done at my home. We did a walkthrough at the end and everything was spotless. Jonathon was right though, and after a couple of weeks the dust had settled from the air so we decided to do another one. He gave me a range when we spoke on the phone, but told me that he'd be willing to meet me right away, in order to give me an exact price, after reviewing my apartment. We met and decided on a fair price. He showed up on time and did an excellent job. As a matter of fact, he was such a nice and honest person that I had to give him a tip. For the type of work that he does and the pride that he takes in his workmanship, he actually should be charging more!
