They look absolutely brand new. I had forgotten how vivid the colors were! The dog chewed a corner of a wonderful Tibetan rug which really broke my heart. Now one would never know there had been damage. Another old Tibetan rug I picked up second hand. After it came back from cleaning the dull yellow became a bright deep yellow. It doesn't even look like the same rug! On the bigger rugs there were areas where the binding had fallen apart. Now they're as good as new. I can't say enough about this company and what an outstanding job Jay and Shahriar did. On top of all that they kept in good communication, were a pleasure to do business with and were very kind and respectful.

I did invite Noe to come back to redo it, and it still did not meet the professional standard I paid for. I would have appreciated more thorough communication from the start to make sure I was getting what I needed. To be honest, this was not the cheapest quote I got but paid more because of the great reviews. We were completely wow'd when we got the call that they moved up our installation date to Monday Feb 23rd!! Quoted for 2.5 days but it really took 1.5 days to install 3-4 closets. Our installers were Hugo and Juan - they were super nice and accommodating, put down these mats in our place so to protect the floors. They brought in all the materials and got straight to work. So efficient and so nice, we really lucked out. At the end of installation, we noticed a mismatch on shelving length so Hugo waiting for the new shelves to arrive and installed before he left on day 2. Overall, the process was super easy, quick, and accommodating. This is a problem, because: 1. Each time I emailed, a different person answered. Probably 20 emails over 1 week were arranged before I could get a quote and schedule cleaning. Because emails would usually arrive late at night or around 2-4AM, I guessed the emailers were located outside of the US. 2. Phone calls are not effective. Email info could easily have been conveyed in a 5-minute phone call, but when I called, the representative didn't know anything about scheduling. 3. A third-party cleaner comes to your house. This means there isn't consistency in quality. The cleaners complained that there was too much work and that it would take a 2-person team 4 hours to do the work (clean 1.5 bathrooms, put about less than 10 dishes in the dishwasher). One worker did dishes only during this time (at $40/hr, that's about $4/dish). The other cleaned the bathrooms. And of course they finished in less than 1 hour. 4. Communication with the third-party cleaner was poor. After all the time I spent emailing about what would be included, none of the details they asked about were conveyed. This was part of the time I paid for, because 1 worker called their supervisor to try to get out of doing the work.

BA House Cleaning has been cleaning our home for the past 2 years. They always do a great job cleaning our home. Always arrive at around the estimated arrival time. Send reminders prior to every cleaning and we love that as we're a busy family. Prior to BA we used another cleaning team and while they did a good job they just were not dependable. They would not show without calling numerous times. BA House Cleaning always showed for the past 2 years. The cleaners are very hard working and thorough. Every now and then we'll add extras such as fridge inside or an oven, and its pretty easy as all I need to do call the office or send an email. Thank you BA House Cleaning for taking good care of our home!! J Oh and did I say, their customer service and communication is awesome??? When I initially got setup it was super easy: Filled an online form Got a quote back in a couple hours Accepted my quote online then it gave me an option to book online, but I wanted to speak with someone and so I called. My house was a wreck. We are finished with remodeling our house and there was construction dust everywhere!! My friend recommended these cleaners so I gave them a shot. Our remodel started a year ago and they are done with the inside but I haven't been able to really clean it. I came home today from work and almost cried. My house looks immaculate!!! Unless you want to be stalked, harassed and threatened behind failed Management. Payment was agreed to be taken out on the 8th, no payment was attempted that day. I used Yelp to look at 8-9 different house cleaning providers in the area, read all of the reviews, asked about prices, etc. I found that Ana's Detailed House Cleaning presented as the best option for me: prices were reasonable, ratings and reviews indicated they did good work and had been doing it for quite a few years, and above all else they were very responsive over Yelp's messaging service. While I did see a few 1 and 2-star ratings, after reading those reviews I found most of them to be weird complaints from years and years ago. They're not indicative of current service. The promptness and attentiveness, combined with being intentional about explaining their services and answering questions in a reasonable amount of time, showed to me they were taking their work seriously. I started with a Deep Cleaning, which was just finished today. They did a great job. They caught little issues other house cleaners have ignored (dust under the fridge, for example) and went above and beyond to make the beds in a nice and well-presented manner. They were also friendly to my cats. I'm looking forward to having them come regularly.

Their ETA was consistently wrong, and they even lied to me about the cleaner's arrival at one point - the operator told me that the cleaner could not find parking at our location, but there was ample street parking outside at the time. After waiting 90 minutes and with the cleaners nowhere to be seen and the movers arriving soon, I had to cancel the scheduled cleaning service. There was no apology or accountability for their lack of punctuality and dishonesty. I cannot recommend Patricia's Cleaning Services to anyone.

The cleaning took about 2 hours as expected, which I appreciated. That said, there were a few areas that seemed to be missed. I'm not sure a vacuum was used, as there were still specks of dirt on my rug and under furniture like my coffee table and desk. I ended up going over those areas myself. While I appreciated that the bed was made, there were dust bunnies left on the sheets. I also noticed some cleaning residue left in the tub, and a few surfaces like my TV stand and kitchen wall tile still had visible dust. Overall, a smooth booking experience and friendly service, but for $170 I was hoping for a bit more attention to detail in the actual cleaning.

I'll be recommending them for as long as I can to anyone in need of top tier cleaning services.

When they "finished" none of the cabinet surfaces were cleaned, there were still cobwebs, the sink was still grimy, the windowsills were not even cleaned, and the backlash of the kitchen was still dirty. I had to babysit the cleaners to make sure they actually cleaned! And they kept talking back to me and saying this can't be cleaned more when I could clean it.
