They called me directly to confirm the services I requested and made sure everything was properly scheduled ahead of time, which I really appreciated. The cleaning teams have also been professional and efficient. As soon as they arrived, they assessed the home, figured out their plan, and quickly got to work. They were organized and did a thorough job while still completing everything in a timely manner. One thing I especially appreciate is that they don't simply finish and leave. They waited for me at the end so we could do a walkthrough together and make sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. After using them several times, I've found them to be reliable, professional, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Lotus Cleaning Services.

It's rare to come across this level of consistency and pride in craftsmanship. You can tell he genuinely cares about the end result, and it shows in every detail. I reached out to this company through Yelp for a project quote and specifically explained that I…read morehave fragrance sensitivities and needed to confirm accommodations before booking. Initially, communication was responsive. I was told what services were included and that the day I wanted was completely open. However, when I mentioned I needed to call back before confirming, I was suddenly told availability might not remain open, which felt somewhat high pressured. When I called back, I was informed I needed to sign a waiver related to my sensitivities. I completed the waiver promptly, but I never received clear follow-up confirmation to finalize the booking. I followed up later that same day and again over the next two days by phone, but received no response or update. I completely understand if a company decides they can't accommodate a request, but losing communication with a potential customer after having them complete paperwork felt unprofessional. A simple "we're unable to move forward" would have been appreciated. Their pricing was also on the higher end compared to other companies I contacted. I ultimately hired another cleaner who had excellent communication, respected my fragrance sensitivities, and did impeccable work. Sharing this so others, especially people with fragrance sensitivities or accommodation needs, know that communication may be inconsistent.

From the very beginning of our interaction, Armando was professional and communicative. His hourly quote and estimate of the time it would take were spot on. He also called a couple of days before the service to follow up on my request to have very high second story outdoor window cleaning as part of it. He set an accurate expectation, which I truly appreciated! Once they were underway with the cleaning, Armando checked in now and then, asked my preferences on several mini projects within the cleaning, and delivered excellent results. I had a gnarly monstrosity of a stove top I'd breathed in scary amounts of toxic fumes trying to get clean and eventually gave up on. I'm embarrassed to post the pic but I want to just to demonstrate how great a job they did! (The black areas in the pic are where the paint was already scraped off.) I will absolutely be calling on Cleen Earth for ongoing maintenance cleaning. Armando described himself as a perfectionist, which was clear to me with the way he cleaned, and which is exactly what you want in home cleaners!! I would give 6 stars if I could!
