Three weeks ago I was looking for a reputable carpet cleaner. The company I originally wanted didn't service my area, but they highly recommended Sonny at Bay Area Dry Master. I'm glad they did. Sonny was responsive from the start. I sent him my room measurements, he asked a few questions about the carpet and last cleaning, explained his process and the non-harsh cleaning products he uses, and gave me a fair quote. He showed up exactly on time, communicated well throughout, did an excellent job, and even left blowers so the carpets would dry faster. The final bill came in just a little under what I expected. Most importantly... my wife gave it a thumbs up. That's the review that really matters. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sonny. Great service, fair pricing, and someone who clearly takes pride in his work. read more

Sonny did an amazing job on my carpets! It had been well over a decade since the last cleaning so they needed a DEEP clean. The carpet came out way better than I expected. They are CLEAN! On the intitial call he asked me how long it had been since the last cleaning and gave me a quote range. When he came to my house and saw them he still stayed within that quote. His customer service is great, he's personable and informative. I'll be calling him again for the next cleaning! read more

Oh my goodness can't say enough positive about professionalism, excellent manner how explained how the cleaning process worked and it worked the rugs came alive vibrant again, Sonny will be cleaning my rugs from now on, highly recommend his services! read more

Son performed an excellent job cleaning of our wall-to-wall carpeting. And what a great guy Son is! An excellent communicator, prompt, so helpful, affable. Cost was reasonable. I could not be happier. Son cleaned our sand colored, 23 year old, wall-to-wall carpeting on the 3rd floor. His results were far better than when I've cleaned the carpeting myself. Because the carpeting had not been professionally cleaned for over 5 years, he did a deep clean and sanitizing. I really appreciated with pet staining. read more

Sonny is knowledgeable, punctual, efficient, kind and generous. Our 35 year old wool carpets were last cleaned in 2019 so he had a big job ahead of him. They look almost new again. Amazing! read more

I got a recommendation about Son that he is great, works hard and does miracles. It is all true. He cleaned two large area rugs, one in the living room, the other in the dining room as well as wall to wall carpeting in the bedrooms and office. Those rooms were where he did his magic, particulately in one room where we've had puppies...I would use his services for sure, in the future! read more

I recently called Sunny back. Six months ago, he really made it a great change to the way that our carpet looked for the next clean up. We raved him then we raved him now. Hes very easy to work with on the phone. His rates are reasonable compared to other people. and he's timely. But most importantly, our carpet goes back to looking like new. He is polite, direct, and very concerned about his reputation and making sure the customer is completely satisfied. He's very pleasant to talk to with a smile on his face. And always reconnect with the customer to make sure he understands exactly what they need. Yeah, again, did the impossible and made. Our carpets look Beautiful. We were sort of late giving mccall, but we have visitors coming, and he was able to work us into his busy schedule and we thought that was amazing. I truly believe he is sincere and loves to do a great job because he feels a sense of accomplishment at the end when he does it well and you can see it in his work. We completely and totally highly recommend this individual and easily give the coveted 5 Star rating. Ty so much Sunny. read more

We are repeat customers of Sonny's Bay Area Dry Master. We tried to clean the rug ourselves, rented the machine from Home Depot and bought the fancy chemical concentrate cleaner and then we woke up to huge brown spots on our rug. Chemical burns from the nasty chemicals on our natural fiber rug. Sonny came to the rescue working his magic so we can enjoy our rug again! Thank you Sonny. We will call again! read more

Sonny is the most wonderful! He's incredibly kind and offers excellent care. My previous landlord introduced me to Sonny 6 years ago, and I can't rave about him and his service enough. Make sure you buy their carpet spotter to have on hand too, it's truly magical. read more

We used Sonny for over 15 years to clean our carpets and area rugs and he does such a fantastic job each time! He is easy to schedule, comes on time, and of course, gets all of our stains out. I'm always very satisfied with the work, the price, and how quick and professional he is! read more

We have had Sonny at Bay Area Dry Master come clean our carpets many times over the years and he has always done an impeccable job at a great price! We have multiple pets and very light floors, so you can imagine the results. If not for Sonny we would have had to pay for all new carpet years ago! He keeps them looking like new, and on top of all that he's just a really great guy, so kind and professional! Thank you, Bay Area Dry Master! read more

This week was the second time we have used Bay Area Dry Master to clean our rugs with the same stellar results. Previously, we had used other rug cleaning companies where the rugs looked clean upon completion but the stains came back in a week or so. Bay Area Dry Master properly extracts the dirt from the rugs and they remain clean and looking like new. Sonny, the proprietor, is extremely professional, punctual, super knowledgeable and very candid about what he can and cannot clean effectively including both rugs, furniture and upholstery. If anything, he undersells what he can accomplish and overdelivers. He is also a delightfully pleasant and courteous person. I could not recommend Sonny and his company more highly. read more

I have been relying on Sonny from Bay Area Drymaster for at least 10 years and cannot praise him enough. He takes a lot of care in his craft. He is careful to take out each stain in our light-colored carpeting, and I am always amazed by how fresh the house looks after he visits. More than that, Sonny is respectful, honest, and kind. He communicates clearly in scheduling and is very punctual. He also is polite and goes the extra mile the extra mile for his customers to make sure you have the best experience. For example, when the carpets were not dry at the end of a visit, he left his industrial fans with me and then came out of his way to pick them up the next day. The pricing is very fair and transparent and he tries to keep prices stable for repeat customers. read more

WHEN: Saturday My sis just got a new place and wanted to move immediately before Thanksgiving, a super tight window. Previous owners had cats and we have young babies so she definitely wanted the carpets as clean as possible. So I decided to jump in a help and found Bay Area Dry Master! Son was able to accommodate a super short schedule so that we could move in with confidence. With littles involved, this is not a task you can just have anyone do, not when it can impact your health. This is a family run business and they care about their work, and it shows in their customer service! read more

Update August 2022. We used Sonny again to clean our carpets which were quite "used" after the Covid years (Last done in 2020). He was, as always, punctual, caring, respectful and did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our 3 bedroom carpets - all of which are light in color. Highly recommend Bay Area Dry Master. It's a one person operation run at a high level. Thanks, Sonny! read more

I've always shampoo my own carpet but after having a dog, the stains are just not coming off and I am not ready for a new carpet this lifetime so I started looking for professional carpet cleaning services and found Bay Area Dry Master. Sonny responded immediately and had me send a few photos of the condition of my carpet. He showed up on time and had everything done in about 30 minutes for my two bedroom. He was courteous, really patient with my questions and set realistic expectations. I have not seen my carpet this clean since it was first installed 6 years ago. My carpet is only going to be cleaned by Bay Area Dry Master from now on. read more

This is the second time we've used Sonny. He does such excellent work there is no reason to use any other carpet cleaning company. Besides making your carpets look brand new, he's very accommodating with your schedule. There's a reason he has so many 5 star reviews. It's the same reason he has so many repeat customers. He wants his customers to be really pleased and works hard to make that happen. Did I mention he's punctual, courteous, and all around nice guy. You won't be disappointed. read more

Update - we are still hiring Sonny to clean our carpets and he's been our go to guy consistently over the past 5+ years. This time, we had a very dirty wool carpet that needed his magic touch to remove several dark stains, a touch of lipstick and a few drops of splattered glue on top of that. Sonny is so thorough and knowledgeable about different carpet fibers, types, best ways to clean, etc. and we trust him implicitly. Our carpet came out beautifully and he was kind enough to also use his industrial vacuum to clean another area rug for us that was in another room. Truly, Sonny is the sweetest guy; he's a pleasure to have in our home. read more

Sonny was very responsive and flexible. I had to change the dates a couple of times. Sonny is a kind person and does a great job. He cleaned the carpets and used fans to help the carpets dry faster while he worked on the rest of the carpets. The carpets are very worn out but look much better after the cleaning. I was very happy with this service! read more

Bay Area Dry Master - Cleaned stairs! Like new! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Found Sonny on Yelp and he was the only cleaner I contacted who actually returned my call and so glad we went with him! We needed our shop carpet cleaned (we did not pick commercial grade carpet when selecting it a few years ago, our bad) and Sonny did an EXCELLENT job in getting a heavily trafficked carpet looking new again. He worked around our shop hour schedule, was fair, prompt, professional, can't say enough good things about him. Even came out a second time to re treat some stubborn areas. Very appreciative of his work and professionalism, would absolutely use his services again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Sonny! read more

We are a happy repeat customer. Sonny is incredibly careful and meticulous in his work. We had our carpets cleaned by a name-brand chain because we wanted our HVAC cleaned out as well, and they left our carpets drenched. It took days for them to dry. Sonny does a great job of getting all the spots and sucking the water back out. Our carpets look like new after he has left and his pricing is very reasonable. I'd highly recommend him to anyone in the area. read more

Sonny is the BEST! This review is so long overdue but well deserved. I have been using Sonny for the past 6+ years to clean our carpet; most recently my new home and previously my old home. Both homes had different needs: one had lots of carpet in high traffic areas and in our new house, we have a dog who basically makes all the carpet high traffic areas. When we moved into our new house, I knew that the previous owner had cats that lived there and I am allergic to cats and was afraid that I wouldn't be able to live there for a while until it was thoroughly cleaned out. I even considered removing the carpet altogether. Because of timing, all I had time for was painting the home so that wasn't an option. The first person we knew to call was Sonny. Throughout the years, Sonny has been so diligent, careful, and very responsive; he is an expert at what he does! You can tell how nice of a person he is when you talk to him, just a nice human being. He provides an honest quote and does not use harsh chemicals which could be concerning to many parents or people with allergies. We have three children and a hypoallergenic dog and they are constantly playing on the carpeted floor and I'm confident that they are safe whenever we get our carpets cleaned by Sonny. Call Sonny for your carpet cleaning needs, you will not be disappointed! read more

We had a pet incident that only had 2 solutions: A professional carpet cleaner or a new carpet. We'd hired Sonny the previous year for a full carpet cleaning and he was amazing. So responsive, easy to work with, nice. I messaged him after the incident - which was shortly after quarantine started - and he was on the job the next day by noon. He is the consummate professional - protecting surfaces in your house, wearing a mask, and just being an all-around great guy. It was a seriously unpleasant situation that he made better with the way he showed up. And make no mistake - he really knows what he's doing. He'll tell you what's needed and the most cost-efficient way to do it and the carpets are sooooo clean after. I can't imagine what we would've done without him that weekend. Sonny is the BEST. read more

This is an update from my prior review a few years ago. Sonny remains my favorite of all the people who come help us maintain our house. He is always a wonderful communicator, friendly, timely, efficient, and most importantly works magic on our carpets. Every time I've had him come I'm prepared for the worst since we really abuse our 15 year old wall to wall large carpet in the family room, with a messy dog, messy eaters in front of the TV, high volume traffic around the pool table etc. We have a light gray carpet that shows all the dirt, and I keep expecting after a year of ground in mess that it will be time for a new carpet. But Sonny always leaves with it looking brand new, including today. No need to look any further for carpet cleaning! read more

I called today 8/22/22 and Sonny answered, I told him I needed my carpet cleaned and fortunately he said he was available in less than an hour as he had finished his previous job early. He was very pleasant and asked what kind of stains there was. I told him and he was here in less than an hour. He came in and explained everything very well and after he was done I was very very pleased with the job he had done. What a great guy and business, if able to I would give him 10 stars. If you need a reliable company call Sonny. Jim read more
