Sonny is the BEST! This review is so long overdue but well deserved. I have been using Sonny for the past 6+ years to clean our carpet; most recently my new home and previously my old home. Both homes had different needs: one had lots of carpet in high traffic areas and in our new house, we have a dog who basically makes all the carpet high traffic areas. So responsive, easy to work with, nice. I messaged him after the incident - which was shortly after quarantine started - and he was on the job the next day by noon.
