I'm glad they did. Sonny was responsive from the start. I sent him my room measurements, he asked a few questions about the carpet and last cleaning, explained his process and the non-harsh cleaning products he uses, and gave me a fair quote. He showed up exactly on time, communicated well throughout, did an excellent job, and even left blowers so the carpets would dry faster. The final bill came in just a little under what I expected. Most importantly... my wife gave it a thumbs up. That's the review that really matters. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sonny. Great service, fair pricing, and someone who clearly takes pride in his work.

I scoured Yelp and was impressed with the reviews that Samuel received! Many of the reviews were very detailed, and Samuel took the time to respond to the majority of the reviews. Besides just dirt from wear and tear, there was also dog urine, as well as the build up from other products that people spilled. See the attached photos and you be the judge. Thanks again!

He was very sweet and did a really good job getting most the mess out in all the places that got gross....but still some stains and extremely wet carpet ! I let them know. There were a couple spots and they told me let it completely dry, and if it was a problem, they completely stand behind their work they would take care of it. I called them today to let them know. I do have two spots that are still noticeable and they tell me in order for them to come out and clean the spots. I have to pay $125 which is half of what I paid them to come to begin with so they don't stand behind their work cause now they want me to double pay them to come do the two spots. I call that a little shady and they don't stand behind their work, shame on you. I have 3 dogs, never asked for a mattress to be cleaned... only the front of the chair... I also knew that the spots affected would be more wet than the rest of the carpet and when Jordan called me back, I was told half of what I paid. I paid 250 and half of that is 125 one spot he did in my bedroom. I didn't even see before and after he did it, it's surfaced.
