The dining chairs look brand new again, which was amazing - and the carpet is much cleaner (although there were a few permanent stains they were unable to remove - which is not surprising).

They are exceptional when it comes to pricing, service, communication, punctuality, and overall expertise. Sonam goes above and beyond to make sure you get real value for your money. The customer service is thoughtful and professional, and what impressed me most is that even though this is a newer small business, they operate with the standards and attention to detail of a well-established 5-star company. Before starting the job, they took the time to do a complete walkthrough, set clear expectations, and explain the process. I really appreciated that they didn't try to upsell unnecessary services. Often, with service companies, the quote and the actual experience can end up being completely different -- but with Sonam, everything was transparent from the beginning. They cleaned our 5 bedrooms, stairs, and hallway in about 2 hours, exactly as promised. They also took the extra effort to help dry the carpets afterward, which made a big difference. Our previous experience with another small carpet cleaning business was frustrating -- the carpets stayed wet for days, stains remained, there was a lingering water smell, and it felt like money wasted. Sonam was completely different. He genuinely cares about his work, his customers, and the quality of the service he provides. That meant even more to us as a family with kids, especially because our high-traffic areas needed extra attention. I would happily recommend him to all my friends and family and will absolutely hire him again next year. If you're looking for someone reliable, honest, and professional, this is definitely worth trying. Hire them -- you won't regret it!

I told her I wanted it mopped with a mop - they didn't have one! I gave them mine and told them I wanted my floors wet. They hardly dipped it in water so I knew I would have to remop when they left. They also wore shoes in the house the whole time. I don't even wear shoes in my house it's filthy! I remopped my downstairs alone and this was the color of the bucket when I was done - BLACK. Easy to say I will not be using them again. So disappointing Responding to the owners response - the team did NOT clean it three times that you claim. They wiped over it once if that with a 4x4 rag. My mop was not filthy so making false accusations wouldn't be ethical. We have cameras if you'd like to review them let me know I can post them on here ;)

This review is for carpet cleaning only…read more I got several quotes for carpet cleaning and decided to go with ALF because they were more affordable and had good reviews. Unfortunately I do regret this decision. There were several large spot stains left by former roommates that ALF was unable to get out of my carpet, which is unfortunate but understandable as those stains were quite old. What is not fine is that they ended up leaving many brownish splotchy stains on my upstairs carpet that were not there before! My upstairs carpet looks so much worse than before the cleaning. The upstairs carpet texture also felt "crunchy" after the cleaning, like there was chemical residue left in it. The cleaning also somehow surfaced a brown stain in the master bedroom carpet that was not there before. The service was also very meh. They missed their first appointment and did not even notify me until I asked about it and rescheduled to a different day. It ended up working out in my case, but might be inconvenient if you're taking off work or if you moved all the furniture already in anticipation of them coming. When finished, the techs told me the carpet would take 7-10 hours to dry when they left, but it actually took 24-48 hours. The techs also dumped DIRTY CARPET WATER ON MY LAWN?? Leaving large hunks of carpet fibers on the grass?? Excuse me. You could dump it somewhere where it might not kill a lawn. When contacted about the stains they left behind, the lady scheduled a free follow up (which again had to be rescheduled) and assured me that these were shampoo residue stains that could be removed. The techs came out again and spent 2 more hours working on the stains. I do appreciate the service, and feel bad for how much time and effort the techs spent but... it did absolutely nothing! The ugly stains are still there. They told me to pull the curtains and not to let the sun shine on it while drying, which I did, and also blew giant fans at the carpet to help it dry faster... nope, still splotchy and crunchy all over. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the downstairs carpets do seem mostly OK (except the new stain in master bedroom) and feel cleaner than before, and because they did schedule a follow up very quickly. But personally, I would never use this company again. Here's to hoping their other cleaning services are better than their carpet services. Take heed.
