Ralph is fantastic!! He's totally professional and thorough. I'm so glad I hired him! I had to change our appointment twice, and he was flexible and amenable to my crazy schedule. He showed on time and worked efficiently and carefully. Because I only had one mid-sized carpet to clean in my house, Ralph generously cleaned another area rug for me AND my car floor mats!! He wanted to be sure I got my money's worth. That attitude is so rare these days, I almost couldn't believe it. Even the chimney sweep guy who was at my house at the same time commented about how great Ralph was. Geez. He's really a find. Hire him. read more

Ralph went ABOVE & BEYOND!! For some crazy reason, I decided to put WHITE carpets in my kids bedrooms several years ago. Fast forward to the teen years and well, need I say more?! It was a tough project to take on and required an additional go-around to get the ground-in soil out, but Ralph was 100% committed to getting an optimal result. Mission accomplished! Definitely a business owner who takes pride in his work. Thank you, Ralph! read more

Highly recommend! Ralph came out and gave me a very reasonable quote for the amount of items we needed cleaned and the attention to detail. He cleaned items that were not even on the quote. Everything looks great! Local and family owned business! Thank you R&M! read more

Professional and excellent service. Ralph came to my home to clean some pretty dirty carpets and a sofa that needed some love. He talked straight when assessing the work including pointing out spots on the carpet that he anticipated would not go away [he was right]. He even cleaned other areas that we're not initially agreed upon free of charge! Look no further, you'll want R&M to do the job. read more

I called Ralph at R & M and told him that my carpet had cat stains that needed to be removed. He said that he has done work similar to this before and he would be able to do the job the next day. Upon arrival, he was in his service truck and told me to let my neighbor know that he would have to block their cars in while he was working. He was rude on the first second I met him. Then when he saw my staircase and walked into my living room where I needed the carpets steam cleaned, he told me that I needed a disaster clean up!!!! He literally walked in and out of my house in 3 minutes. He kept shaking his head and saying he couldn't do it and was actually angry at me for wasting his time. I called North Coast Carpet Cleaning and they did a great job. Honestly, whether or not he could have done the work, there was absolutely no reason for his crappy attitude and rudeness! DO NOT USE THIS GUY! read more

Ralph has cleaned that carpets at both my gym and my business and I highly recommend him. Our house we rent has white carpets and they get very off white after a while and stain very easily. Ralph comes over and does his thing and they look brand new every time for just to dirty again. He even helped us get nail polish out of the carpet. He's awesome. Great work and great service! read more

Professional, courteous and thorough, no baloney. Ralph cleaned my wall to wall carpets and a couch for me. showed up on time, got all the cat hair out of my oriental rug, locked up, released the cat... it was all good.

Ralph has been cleaning my (white) carpet for years and I always go back to him no matter what. It's amazing to me how much abuse I give my carpet (red wine, tea, coffee, rust), Ralph always manages to clean it up so that it looks like a brand new carpet. I am always comfortable leaving him in my home when I'm not there, and he is clean, respectful and really thorough. I definitely recommend him whenever I can! read more

These guys have a very big truck that broke off a branch above our driveway, which was picked up and tossed over the side with the comment, That's what gardeners are for. Then the truck gouged two long strips in the street below the driveway. read more

I have used Ralph's R&M steam carpet cleaning over the years and I highly recommend his service. My carpets are renewed and transformed at a fair price. Prompt, polite and professional, this is what great service is all about! read more

I called this company to get a service done for a client. The gentleman I spoke to was very rude off the bat. He assumed that since I was phoning him that I was looking for a referral fee for setting up an appointment for a client. After I informed him that I was not looking for that at all and I was just looking to service a clients headboard that was delivered wrinkled he continued with saying his minimum fee and he needed payment at job site (which is reasonable). When I proceeded to tell him that he was being very rude, and I would prefer to take my business elsewhere, he hung up saying "ok yada, yada yada yada..." This was a 1 minute phone call that went horribly wrong, I was just looking to get a headboard steamed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Very good service from Ralph. Clear communication and conscientious work. Thank you!

If you want a carpet cleaning that's worth doing then call R&M. His machinery is incredibly powerful and his cleaning solution doesn't have that chemical smell. He got out almost all of the absolute filth of a white carpet in the place I moved into, but he was also very up front about what could not be cleaned off and why. Seems like a real expert. Compared to this Stanley Steamer is like McDonald's. read more
