Reyna and her team divided up and cleaned the whole house very efficiently. They did a good job cleaning the bathroom shower/tub/sinks/glass doors. For the kitchen, they cleaned the refrigerator thoroughly , cleaned all the cabinet drawers and did a good job cleaning all the appliances. They are easy to work with and work hard. Exceptional service. For my first time cleaning they went above and beyond with doing more than the standard cleaning. They floors smell so nice and freshly mopped. R.D.S Cleaning Services is a great service. I requested information and within an hour I received a response. Luis and his team is very accommodating. After reaching out he was able to schedule me for a time that fit my schedule he was prompt and on time. He gave me an excellent price for the work that was done. Communication is really bad, not responsive nor clear. I reached out through yelp for the quote of monthly regular service and they did respond very quickly with details on the service the price. Then I started to call with them for more details. It took me quite a bit time to finalize the date as they were very slow in responding messages. After settling with day and time, i reached out change the schedule as I got sick. They were flexible to make the change however they picked up a time without asking me. I kept messaging them the time that worked for me and asked if we would stay with this time going forward. Then they never answered that question. I don't know if on purpose but it is very hard to understand what they say. On the day of service, they came 2 hours earlier and notified me only 10 mins before they arrived. I felt they didn't respect my schedule. I had to stay at home for them to come and it felt bad if wouldn't allow them in since they were already there. Then they didn't contact for next service. Initially during the quote, they said they would confirm every appointment beforehand. For monthly service, I don't expect to discuss a date or time on the spot when it comes, too time consuming. Then i reached out to confirm the time, they didn't respond. I reached out few days later, they said they needed to check agenda! What?! Then I've never heard back from them, even I reached out multiple times with calling as well. I don't know how they got such a high rating, but they are very unreliable. The cleaning quality was okay and they seemed to be good people when I met them. And I did appreciate their help finding sth I wasn't sure the location but I would not spend more time with such difficult communications. read more

He blamed it on the person that did this and said that he will tell them. So I made an appointment and he said that he would call me 20 minutes before he came and never called me and never came.
