Recently had a deep clean from Elizabeth and was overall happy with the results. Booking an appointment with her was smooth and I appreciated her quick responses and clarity on what services she provided. She arrived with a colleague within the agreed window of time and took about 3.5 hours to clean our 3bed 2.5 bath. I had to knock off a star because the handle of our shower door broke off while she was cleaning it and she was unable to completely put on our bed linens. She let me know about both of these issues so I appreciated the communication. For the bed linens to be fair, it is very difficult to put our fitted sheet on the mattress. For the shower door handle, it seems like it was originally glued on somehow, but it shouldn't have come off easily so not sure how that happened. She must have been scrubbing very hard and she did get the shower nice and clean. Overall, I would be willing to try out Angel Maids again! read more

Fast to respond on receiving a quote for services. One of the most affordable cleaning services I have come across in the bay. The ladies do a great job cleaning and scheduling is super easy via text or the Yelp app, but you do have to be flexible. I had a date and time set at least a week in advance and the time got pushed back 2 or 3 times same day. Unfortunately that squirreled the rest of my day up but the cleaning once they arrived was great, Elizabeth is friendly and polite. They worked efficiently and our renters were happy with the job they provided. We have hired them on an ongoing basis. The second time she showed up 30mts early for 2 cleaning jobs. Now knowing I would just make sure to schedule on a day when I have nothing else scheduled to be able to flex if needed, but do recommend if you are not the super strict and on schedule type. read more

POOR ATTITUDES! Due to Elizabeth's consistently poor attitude, unethical work practices such as overcharging for services, and the declining quality of her team's work, I was forced to terminate the cleaning service. Both Elizabeth and her staff began to show less effort, taking shortcuts that resulted in poor quality and incomplete cleaning after several visits. Furthermore, Elizabeth repeatedly attempted to increase her fees without providing any additional services or justification every time she comes to the work. This is my 3rd time using this service the first two times the work was okay, I figured you get what you pay for because they are affordable. This is not a deep clean it is more like a general clean and straighten up. However this last time I was very disappointed. They came to do two bathrooms a kitchen and 1 of my bedrooms. When they finished the first bathroom the bathtub was not cleaned properly still had to do an additional clean, my trash can was moved and the top is now broken and won't close. It's a $40 trash can so I didn't even bother to make a fuss it's just the fact that they didn't tell me they broke it which irritated me. I walked in my room and it was still the way it was before they came so I had to remind the woman to make the bed and straighten up which was rushed and I ended up cleaning the room myself. The kitchen was definitely just minimal cleaning I had to re clean the countertops and the cabinets, they did not clean the inside of the oven when i specifically asked for the same cleaning as last time. They charged me as if they provided the additional cleaning but it was not cleaned. I hate to write these reviews because I know they work hard but you have to be consistent. They two of them worked fast, and I am totally satisfied with their cleaning work. I had requested some additional work like mopping patios, garages etc. They did those work well. What I like about Angels Maid is their communication. Their communication was great both over the phone and in person.
