Kayla and team are AWESOME. Not only are they super responsive but they are incredibly thorough and FAST. They went above and beyond folding our clothes, washing dishes, magically erasing all the dog hair on our coach, and cleaning blinds and windows. My Regular cleaning person had not been able to come clean for a month. I used the project service on Yelp and got several inquiries with ball park estimates. I settled on Kayla. She live very close and was able to come over just 2 days later. She arrived on time and previewed my house. We agreed on a price and away she went. She brought in her own vacuum and off she went. Scheduled a service for cleaning. Confirmed the day before that the date and time was still ok. The time window given was between 930a-10a. Did not hear from them so sent a text message at 1020a to make sure everything was ok. Did not hear back and tried to call. The voicemail box is full and they are non-responsive. This sounds like a pattern based on a few other reviews. I would be hesitant to try their service in the future. read more

Would definitely have them back to clean my apartment. One of the best feeling is seeing an organized and clean home. Their responsiveness is unmatched. When looking around for quotes there were another company where the price were lower and their availability was what I was looking for. At the end of the day I decided to go with Hicks due to their responsiveness and communication. On the day of the job, I was informed they can come earlier which was perfectly fine with me. Job was done extremely well and I am pretty satisfied with their results. Another reason why I will have them back is that the company is founded and run by a young individual ( my assumption). Not sure this is a legitimate business. Would suggest Yelp review their trusted vendor tag. After requesting a quote, I very quickly got a Yelp message from "Kayla" asking me to schedule with them over text. I did, but they kept asking me for information and not providing any in return when I asked for quote, time, number of staff. Then they went silent once I didn't give my address. Perhaps coincidentally, I got about a dozen spam texts over the next 48 hours, all from different numbers. But I regret sharing my phone number and feel bad if someone coopted this listing from what appeared to be a legit business at some point. read more

Kayla and Ruby came to clean our home today for the first time, and we are very pleased with their efforts! They brought all their own cleaning supplies and equipment. We did a walk through and agreed on the tasks to be completed today. I called Hicks Cleaning to get a quote to clean my 3 bedroom house....nothing major just general house cleaning..bathrooms kitchen living room family room mopping..Etc. Kayla returned my call and said she would be able to come over and give me a estimate. She came over and quoted my a good price and she started right away. She was very professional but friendly.
