We have been using their services for a few months now, however they have become extremely unreliable recently - maybe they're getting too many new customers as a result of which they're not able to take care of regular customers like myself who have been calling her for monthly house cleaning for more than 1 year. STAY AWAY! The only reason Virginia and her team were booked for a move out clean at one of my properties is because the alternative option was unavailable. First off, Virginia quoted me a price over the phone based on a detailed explanation of my property, then mentioned once she comes on-site she will do a quick walkthrough to see if it will be cheaper due to the current condition. She then arrives almost 30 minutes late without any notice. Once she completed her walkthrough she tried to change the price because I have 3 floors on my property and she claimed she "forgot" our detailed discussion outlining the specifics and price. Virginia quickly tried to charge $750, $250 higher than the original quote, to which I replied that her services would not be needed. After her failed attempts to haggle out additional charges, she started to clean with an attitude. I should've went with a different provider once the red flags started to fly. During the inspection upon completion I pointed out multiple areas of the house that were not cleaned (ie: lighting fixtures, hand rails, floor boards, floors and fans - all of which are part of the move out clean checklist she offers). Virginia begrudgingly replied back that she knew, and she was going to tell her partner that he forgot to clean these areas (he was already outside walking to his car). I noticed an hour later that my fridge was leaking water because her crew broke the fridge door and now I'm left with a water damaged floor in addition to needing a new appliance. This was the first time that I haven't tipped someone for their service and I'm not remorseful. The damage done by this careless and unprofessional crew needs to be top of mind when evaluating Virginia for her services. Over the years the quality of Virginia's team's work and her attitude changed dramatically. In the beginning it was just her and her daughter. Later she started hiring people and she would send random new people every time with one familiar face each time. They would do a sloppy job like not clean the floor well or not clean the microwave or the toilet! Sometimes I would let her know and she would ask me to cut the pay but I never did that. They also started showing up late every single time...20-30 mins late was common. Her reason was always traffic. Again, while it was annoying, I let it go. Last month she showed up 40 mins late despite me telling her that we had other plans. Not only was she unapologetic but she was rude and said some very nasty things. That was the last straw for me. I could tolerate shoddiness and tardiness but not insolence. She showed the exact same behavior towards my friend for whom she worked for years too. On the plus side for me, I found amazing new cleaners and they are doing things that Virginia and her team never did. Far superior job for the same price. I only regret not firing Virginia sooner. read more

Virginia and her team are amazing! Virginia is very prompt when asking for a quote! She was the first person who replied to my inquiries when I asked about 10! We had our apartment cleaned today since we are moving out, and it's a relatively good space, about 800sq ft. Multiple closets, carpet, wood flooring and a balcony. Her team swept up the place real well, she even informed me that they tidied up the balcony since it was dusty! Right when you walked in the apartment you could smell how clean everything was!
