I live in a two story townhouse with horizontal sliding windows upstairs, and a sliding glass door, a garden window off the kitchen and a large high window downstairs. Miguel came with Paul and they did a thorough cleaning of all the screens and windows inside and out. They were careful and meticulous and the price was very reasonable. The house looks and feels fresh with all the windows sparkling clean. I'll definitely call LUX again next time. LUX also does roof, solar and gutter cleaning which they have 5 star Yelp ratings for.

I have a second-story condo with a very large bay window and several extremely high windows in vaulted ceilings that are difficult to access. I wasn't sure they would even be possible to clean, but Angel and his team handled everything professionally and with incredible attention to detail. They arrived on time, were courteous, respectful of my home, and took great pride in their work. Every window is now crystal clear--inside and out--and the difference is remarkable. They didn't rush the job and made sure every piece of glass looked perfect before they finished. What impressed me most was their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality. It's rare to find a team that genuinely cares about doing the job right, and it shows in the final result. If you're looking for a trustworthy, highly skilled window cleaning company, I cannot recommend Angel and Bright View Window Cleaning highly enough. I'll absolutely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family. Thank you both for the exceptional work!

After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.
