Dylan is phenomenal. Came out, cleaned nearly half of our gutters after a storm but decided it was too slippery on our high roof for his comfort. So, he said he'd come back in a couple days when it had dried out and was insistent we not pay him until he finished. When he was done, the gutters - previously loaded with a mud/leaf mulch concoction - were spotless and flowing perfectly. He spent several hours also blowing the roof and cleaning up massive amounts of gutter debris around the perimeter of the house that had fallen. When he was done, it was spotless. Highly conscientious and competent. Best gutter guy you'll find. Highest 5-star recommendation! read more

We used Roger's Windows and Gutters for our home and I highly recommend them. Excellent, professional, thorough job. Will definitely hire him again. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant person to work at your house.

I recently used them for a sunroom/ outside deck. They were simply wonderful. Arrived on time. Cleaned up afterwards each day and very polite while at work. Once deck was finished , called me to follow up that everything was correct. I would use them again. Have gotten positive feedback and likes on the room. read more

Dylan has been taking care of our gutters and solar panels for years now. A reliable individual that does a quality job and is clear on communication. As a busy professional, he actually took care of my property for years before we actually met face to face, reliably taking care of the needed jobs based on email communication. Definitely glad to keep using. read more

Dylan agreed he will come in text and phone. But without any prior notice, he simply said he cannot come due to blablabla. I got the news only after I tried to call him several times. Waist the whole morning. Question: will a professional behave like this? read more

Right in the middle of a "stream" of atmospheric rivers, we realized that our gutter was overflowing and needed to be cleaned. I called Rogers Windows and Gutters and Dylan called me back almost as soon as I hung up. He volunteered to come out the next day, but with winds gusting upwards of 35mph, the last thing I wanted was him on our second story roof. The following day, though, when the winds and rain lessened, he and his assistant were out and quickly cleaned our clogged gutters, put on two gutter leaf strainers on the two drain spouts that didn't have them, and then cleaned up the debris that had fallen to the ground. We're so glad he was able to come out before the next storm slammed us tonight. I'm happy to report that everything is working fine. read more

Dylan restored our solar panels and skylights that had been long neglected. They look great now! Thanks Dylan! He even spent extra time to make sure additional details were cared for that he hadn't included in his estimate. I had a great experience with Rogers windows and gutters. They responded quickly with a reasonable quote, they could schedule within a few days and most importantly, Dylan and his crew (Elle) did a great job. We added on our solar panels and power washing the deck. Of note another vendor didn't have an opening until December and another quote came in for the same job as nearly double. read more

Dylan just cleaned the windows at my house and I already booked him again for spring. Super friendly, responsive and reasonably priced. Windows are sparkling. Would definitely recommend him for your window cleaning needs. read more

I had downspouts that were clogged, and the recent storms were causing an overflowing mess from the roof. One overflowing spot was unfortunately super close to my neighbors bedroom, so as you can imagine they were not happy about the constant stream of water causing noise right outside of their bedroom window. Dylan and his crew originally had no opening until 3 days after. But after finding out where my house is and doing a quick Google map check, they dropped by the same day afternoon and quickly unclogged all my downspouts. I was super happy about his responsiveness, and my neighbors can get better sleep now! read more

Dylan came out and was professional and thorough. He said if I found any issues that I wasn't satisfied with, he would come right back. I looked- didn't find anything - the job was done right. (and I'm picky) read more

James came out and spent 2 hours at our house cleaning our gutters. He cleared out the drainspots and demo-ed then being clear. He left our place spotless, and gave us practical advice on maintaining our drainage better. Planning to call them out in Jan and June to keep our drains clean. read more

I put out a quote for gutter cleaning in Redwood City. This company was $50 more than Elite Building Services out of Palo Alto. I have them a chance to meet the Elite price but they were unwilling and I sensed an attitude when I asked for a new quote. Oh well, luckily Elite Building Services did an awesome job and I saved $50. Elite will now get my business for sure. Opportunity lost for these guys. read more

anything they do they do with perfection and great quality. Awesome crew. Blake, Matt, Brandon and Shorty are a great team to have , they were so polite, well trained , made us feel like family. I could write a million words that would not describe this awesome crew of guys. Blake and Matt started my project and Shorty and Brandon helped finish up. They worked well together and made sure we were happy with everything. And they surely had a hard job with my brick home. They never complained. I had gutters done before I had all my windows replaced by Rogers Gutters and Exteriors . I am so happy with the finished products of both from Rogers. They "EARN" your business and Chip I thank you for your kindness, professionalism and respect. You sold your company well and lived up to it all !!! read more

Professional, responsive and thorough. Pricing reasonable. Will use services again and have recommended to friends.

This is our second year using their services to clean our roof and gutter. In both occasions, Dylan went out of his way to fit us in right before a storm was coming. Our roof has a history of leaking, and he went to great care to follow up and show the work he did. Lastly, I found their rates significantly better than three other quotes I received. You can see why we keep turning back each year to use their service! read more

Our gutters in our 4-townhouse complex were overflowing and Dylan responded quickly via Yelp messaging, gave a very reasonable quote, turned up on time, did an amazing job on some very tricky-to-reach gutters, and was all-round super great to work with. I sent a Yelp request on Sunday. Rogers Windows and Gutters plus several other companies responded that day. RWG's quotes were in line with the other companies and RWG was available to come the soonest. Prior to arriving Dylan Rogers checked Google Earth and noticed that we have solar panels. He submitted a quote for that as well. We had RWG clean the gutters and the solar panels. After cleaning up all the debris, Dylan talked to us about the condition of our gutters and panels. I think they did a great job and couldn't have been any more responsive. read more

Roger's Windows and Gutters did a great job with our windows. Dylan followed up immediately after I called and came in with a competitive quote after actually going to the house and looking at it (many other firms did not). We agreed to a date and Dylan and a helper showed up, did the work and were done in about 5-6 hours. They worked independently and were upbeat and cheerful. Nothing was broken or damaged and the windows were all great looking. Excellent Job! read more
