We had an amazing experience with Responsive cleaning! The booking process was easy and very clear in what would be included: no guesswork at all at what we were getting for the price we would pay. On the day, we got a call saying only one of the cleaners would be able to make it. I asked if they would prefer to reschedule and they said no, they just wanted to let me know because it would take longer and they wanted to make sure I didn't need the cleaning to be done by a certain time. The cleaning itself was phenomenal: I was thrilled with how awesome the house looked and all of the little details they took into account that I wouldn't have thought of (including helping to organize some corners that were a bit of a mess at the time). When they were already on their way, we made a decision to not clean one of the rooms we had signed up for. I reached out to the company and asked if it would be possible to refund that one space, readying myself for a no since that's what I signed up for. Nope!
