**Highly Recommend** I requested a thorough cleaning of my condo to get it 'newborn baby' ready! Scope: Carpet Shampoo Cleaning Kitchen Bathroom Bath Tub Shower All surfaces Windows Mopping of flows Dusting etc Communications: Julio was quick to respond to my Yelp quote. He was quick to come out to my condo to assess the deep cleaning request. He visited on time and with a smile. VERY EASY to speak to...he definitely gives you that warm and friendly vibe of trust. Execution: Work was done the day after Christmas. One of his workers was ill...so he made sure that she didn't come to the condo in the event to spread the illness to my newborn! HUGE PLUS for thoughtfulness and customer service. He offered to come back another day if he couldn't get help as he didn't want to be at the house the whole day. Luckily, he was able to find someone to support him and was able to get all the work done. I wish I had some pictures, but I had a filthy carpet and VERY dusty blinds. Julio and his team did a very thorough job at deep cleaning the WHOLE house. By the time he was done, the house felt almost like new! Overall: I definitely would recommend Julio to friends and family. His pricing was decent, but the huge plus was his warm friendly customer service alongside his amazing work effort. After discussing with my wife, this may be a DEEP cleaning that we do at least every 6 months. I'll be looking to Julio when I'm ready to reschedule. read more

WOW is the first world that comes to mind for this cleaning crew! Juan is extremely professional, super, hard-working and reliable, even on very short notice! I turned to Yelp to help us find a move out cleaning and received multiple quotes. Juan with Bright House Cleaning Service gave us the lowest quote with the least amount of questions. He was straight to the point and prompt with all his communication. He provided our service the next day at 9am and delivered excellent work. I highly recommend using his services. read more

Julio and his wife are the sweetest and they did a phenomenal job with the deep cleaning. I would definitely hire them again!

Julio and his staff were incredibly accommodating and did a fantastic job! I needed a last minute house cleaning, and Julio was able to adjust his schedule to make room for my last minute request, and showed up promptly with fantastic service. After a quick quote, and a few small questions, I had all the info and pricing I needed to make my appointment. After the cleaning, the house looked better than when I moved in, and Julio was very accommodating with all my last minute requests at the house and the attention to detail was spectacular! read more

Our previous tenant left the condo in a pretty bad shape: stove filled with a thick layer of food stain, living room carpet with pet stain. After researching move-out deep cleaning options, I booked the service with Julio. His team arrived at the condo pretty promptly in the morning, and notified me with text messages. We walked through the condo before the work, and he made some reasonable price adjustment based on the conditions. I actually appreciate that he was upfront about this to reach the agreement earlier. After that I left his team to do the hard work. It took about 5 hour for them to work through this large 1 bedroom condo. Julio notified me about 1 hour earlier before everything was done. When I went back for a post-cleaning walk-through, I was very impressed with their work: kitchen appliances / windows / closet / carpets / balcony / garage were all taken good care of. It was some quality work, and I definitely will use their service again! read more

We almost moved into a really dirty apartment recently, and Julio and the team helped clean before our move in. He was very thorough. All the cabinets were cleaned inside out spotlessly, and even all the crevices in the window frame were cleaned. I am especially satisfied with how the fridge transformed into like a new one. We were very happy with the job he did. We highly recommend! read more

Very friendly and good at communicating. This company helped us with a Move-out cleaning, and left our old apartment sparkling clean. Thanks so much to this cleaning service! Definitely worth the money! read more

I was really satisfied with the cleaning services provided by Bright House. The booking process was seamless and the crew came promptly with all the supplies needed to clean my apartment. This was my first time using their services and I would definitely give them a call again. Main call outs: - Thorough cleaning of entire apartment, which includes the inside of my oven as well as fridge - My bathroom was spotless. They removed all of the soaps, lotion bottles, hair products...etc. so that they could clean every single corner of my bathroom - My blinds did not have a single particle of dust. Even areas that I did not think to clean were cleaned. I would have never checked, but since I was at home while they were cleaning, I noticed the crew meticulously cleaning each and every single panel of the blinds. Amazing! Bright deserves every single star possible. read more

After requesting quotes from many different businesses, I am so glad I went with Bright House! Julio and his team did an incredible job for our move out cleaning and carpet steaming. The house was spotless, including fridge, cabinets and oven. Our landlord was super picky about it and they also had nothing but glowing reviews when we did our final walkout. I am so thankful for them because we are getting our whole deposit back! Would recommend 1000x over. Thanks again!! read more

Julio was very responsive and provided a reasonable quote. He and his team arrived ahead of time, and did a good job cleaning our house. We are considering having them come back for regular cleanings in the future! read more

Julio was very nice, arrived on time, and did a great job with the apartment clean out.

Julio and his team did an exceptional job on our move-out cleaning. I in particular appreciated him staying in touch about his arrival time, and then giving me a good time estimate after the walk through and calling me an hour before completion so that I could do a walkthrough. We had lived in the house for over 5 years and there was some serious build up of grease on the kitchen ceiling, grime in the bathroom, and stickers everywhere courtesy of the kids, and they got it all off which is a miracle. We got our full security deposit back, and our landlord even complimented the cleaning and asked for the contact info for the company that did it so that she could use them in the future. read more

Just used Bright House for my move out house and carpet cleaning. I could not be happier with the results. I have a stove that's been impossible to clean since we've lived there but Julio was able to make it like new! I was totally impressed. My carpet was also in very bad condition. He was straight forward and told me that it may not be as clean as i want it but he will try his best. He was able to get it way cleaner than i'd expected. I know he worked hard for those results. Julio was very responsive and kept me updated the whole time. He was running a tad late in the morning but texted me well in advance to let me know. He was short handed that day as well and told me not to worry that he would get the job done anyways. The carpet cleaning did have to be continued the next day but that was ok. It was technically 2 jobs that we initially tried to fit into 1 day. I will not hesitate to use Bright House again for future move in/out services and will definitely refer to all my friends. Pricing was also very reasonable. read more

horrible customer service. changes prices at the drop of hat. full of hokum excuses. Be careful with this guy. His full of it. Good luck.

Julio is not reliable. He confirmed my cleaning, two weeks ahead and then confirmed again a few days before the scheduled date but then i started to call, text, message in yelp and got no response. He just canceled without even telling me. I had to find someone else last minute and they charged me so much because it became an emergency. Just please reply to call or text and say you can't make it. read more

I really wish I had taken a before and after photo of the HUGE clean-up job Julio and his family did for us. It was a rental. And they basically had to clean a post-hoard type of situation. They were also able to get rid of a very strong dog urine smell that permeated throughout the home. I also was running late and Julio was incredibly accommodating, which I really appreciate during such a stressful time. I would highly recommend Bright House and we will definitely be using them again. read more

We never got a chance to use this service. He gave us a quote and asked us to send pictures. Then kept stringing us along for days about a time via yelp. My husband called and he said he would call back. He called back one morning at 5:30 and the phone rung once and he hung up. After that, no response to our calls, texts and yelp messages. Hope others have better luck scheduling with him. read more

Jose, Maria, and Silvia literally saved us today! 9am this morning my cleaners called and cancelled for their 10am appointment to clean our newly renovated house. I called around and thankfully Jose answered and amazingly got his team to come and clean for us at 12:45pm! Their team essentially saved us because the house was a mess. Dirt and dust and all the renovation mess. They did a deep cleaning for a reasonable price and were so kind as well. I highly recommend. They did a great job and we would not have survived today without them. Thank you so much Jose, Maria, and Silvia!! read more
