Paloma was very responsive! I sent her a request late in the evening when I realized my contractor would be finishing the next day. My downstairs tile floor had been completely torn out and replaced and there was dust everywhere. It was not livable without having been cleaned. She came out the very next morning to do a walk through and sent a team later that afternoon. They were prompt and through! The downstairs looks and smells excellent! I am very pleased with their work. read more

Where to start...... Paloma was super responsive when I requested for a quote on yelp. She came by and was able to asses my home and give me an exact quote for the deep clean I requested for specific rooms. She was super friendly and accommodating. We booked my cleaning later that day. Well todays the day! And let me tell you....... AMAZING. I was really hesitant to hire people to come clean my home.... I felt like "why couldn't I do it?" AND THIS EXPERIENCE IS WHY - these women know what they're doing. As a young new home owner, I don't know how to clean a stainless steel stove or stainless steel anything. I have no time for DIYs or research on how to clean something - so why not trust the professionals? Man. Upon looking at my home, the floors are spotless, baseboards free of dust, all the small books and crannies - SPOT LESS. Who has a junk table that is horrendous?! BECAUSE I DO - and they organized and cleaned it up. Honestly, I had an amazing experience. I get butterflies walking around my home (hardwood floors) barefoot because it's so cleaaaaaaan! Thank you so much!! read more

Found Paris House Cleaning via Yelp and submitted a request for cleaning services for New Years Eve. They confirmed they were available and sent me a contract (which wasn't a real contract but more so an outline of what they do and don't do for cleaning) with date and time we discussed along with the number of cleaners based on size of home (3). On the day of expected services, after waiting for 30 mins past the expected arrival time of 9am, I called two contact numbers listed on the "contract" and via Yelp information page. No one answered. I also sent a message via Yelp messages and texted both numbers. 45 mins later, I get a text message saying, "hello we had a confusion can we reschedule for tomorrow at 9" to which I replied with a copy of the contract, "how is there confusion when the contract says today? This is not okay as we have plans and expected cleaning as requested". They responded saying they could send a team but it would take 40 mins for them to arrive. Okay, no problem and so I wait as discussed. An hour later, 1 cleaner arrives and not 3 as expected and they are sitting in the car. I get a call from the owner to tell me that they are outside but one of the team members is sick and they were not aware at the time they scheduled. While they gave me a choice as to if I wanted to proceed with the cleaning services, I was extremely disappointed at the handling of the logistics for the request not to mention, they wasted their team members time to drive out while sick. I declined the service out of caution of not getting myself and family sick (and not knowing if it was COVID-19 related) and was left to figure out other cleaning plans. They never followed up to apologize or offer cleaning services on a different day...it was like they could care less. For this reason, I would not recommend and would strongly encourage others to use another cleaning service. read more

We engaged Paris House Cleaning for professional move-out cleaning of the previous house we moved out from. Maria, Ramon and Merea arrived on time last 8/19/2023 and we were so pleased with their job. They are very reliable and the cleaning cost is very reasonable! It was very easy to coordinate the cleaning request with Paloma as well! The Santos Family Dublin, CA read more

One word can describe how I feel about the cleanliness of our home after the team of women from Paris House cleaning came through....."AMAZING!" To have your home clean from top to bottom in under 3 hours, is so worth every penny. They dusted every inch of my home and left our place looking and smelling remarkable. Already booked our next appointment before the holiday rush. Do yourself a favor! If you're wanting to give yourself a break from cleaning and you want it done in one fell swoop then they're the people to call. Thank you so much read more

A tenant of mine moved out and left the home in a shambles. Pools of greasy water were all over the kitchen floor. Yuck! I live an hour away so I was desperate to find someone local who could clean the house in a hurry. I called Paris House Cleaning and was told they could squeeze me in the same afternoon. My five star rating for this company is based on the quality of their work. When they left, my home was immaculate. But, for my gratitude for Paris House Cleaning, for their willingness to come in and do an unscheduled, late afternoon deep cleaning, I wish I could give them ten stars. Thank you so much! read more

Very happy with Paris house cleaning. I started with a deep clean two weeks ago and just started a biweekly cleaning (so this is my second clean). They send a crew of three people and I feel so happy with their work. I had a really hard time making the commitment to pay for a cleaner because I don't have a lot of money and of course cleaning services are expensive. This has been SO worth it. It also seems like a good value after seeing how hard they work. It is also possibly saving my sanity and is cheaper than therapy, so it's a win! Strongly recommend. read more

First time I've hired housecleaning. The ladies were confident and competent! Quite thorough. They did spend about 9 hours at my house for a move-out but 1 hour was their lunch. My opinion is that their employer should pay for that but I was charged. Also I read after the fact that a customer could choose more green products. The Fabuloso scent was too strong for the next few days. My laminate floors had a film on them that I just noticed when I used the dust mop on them. I thought they would use Bona, which is what I only use but it seems something else was used. Hindsight, I wish I had chosen a more natural path and that I had discussed this with them. I don't recall having a contract or form or much detail conversation before hand. These things should have been explained better before. All in all, the service was good. read more

Hi Paris, I saw the home you cleaned for me in Dublin and the sink was still yellow. My other cleaning lady would put bleach and make it nice white. The half bath still had pink marks on the floor. The master bath drain was not cleaned. I paid $300 for 4 hours for 3 people for a 1600 home. You didn't have to do baseboards and refrigerator but you cleaned windows nicely. Also, I needed a receipt and not a hand written note(see picture). Please send me an official receipt with your company's name. read more

Paris House Cleaning - Home Cleaning Near Me

Paloma and her team are fantastic! They were on time and really thorough and pleasant. Our home has never been cleaner!

If your looking for continued service I would recommend however I booked for a move out cleaning to list my home for sale and not satisfied as they didn't even clean the main living spaces (living room and family room). The ceiling fans, dusting, baseboards were not touched. 4.5 hours and 3 person team and all that was cleaned was 3 bedrooms and a bathroom for over $500. For a move out cleaning I expected them to start In the main living area of the home and move to the back of the house. They ran out of time, or should I say I ran out of money, to allow the team to continue to hour 5 to even start the front of the house. The beds were already made in the rooms and there was nothing on the floors, they just needed vacuumed and dust ceiling fans baseboards etc. so I'm not sure what exactly took 4 1/2 hours with three people with the bedrooms were already clean for the most part. read more

What an amazing job Paris House Cleaning did for our rental property! We just did a remodel and had dust everywhere, and I mean EVERYWHERE! Paris House Cleaning had a team of three women who walked in and started working... dusting everything from top to bottom, vacuuming, cleaning windows and light fixtures. The transformation was AMAZING and the house is immaculately clean. The new flooring now looks new again! Their truly did a great DEEP Cleaning of our property. If you need a good job done, call Paloma at Paris House Cleaning... you won't be sorry! Job well done... thank you Paris House Cleaning! read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The owner is very professional and responsive and she always confirms my appointment the day before. If I need an extra cleaning or move around the regular schedule, they have always been accommodating. The ladies who come to the house are very professional as well. They are always so nice, work so hard and the end product is phenomenal. Our house is so clean and smells so clean. I've worked with several housekeeping companies before but I am definitely the most satisfied with Paris House Cleaning. Highly recommend them! read more

Crew of three came in on time and they did a amazing job. I am very happy with the outcome. Price is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them and use their service for all my others rental property. Thank you Paloma ! read more

I don't think I've ever seen my house so clean. They literally cleaned from one corner to the other- not a speak of dust in the house. I requested a deep cleaning and realized halfway through they took deep cleaning to another level. A little pricey but they charged for time spent cleaning rather than a flat fee- and my house was pretty messy. read more

They were running late and did not call to let me know... but it was worth the wait. They did a fantastic job. Great attention to detail. With any new housecleaning service it's always tricky having them remember the order of personal belongings and decor when they're clearing and cleaning spaces- I'm sure I'll continue to use this service and they'll eventually get used to my home and order of things. read more

PHC came and did a deep-clean of my (very small) house today, in record time. A team of 3 pro's attacked my house with efficiency and gusto in 2 hours: these guys mean it when they say DEEP. Front door dusted off from the outside, fridge inner drawers scrubbed, the works! I'm laid up after surgery and I was probably in the way, crutching around.. these ladies were awesome and helped me answer the door for packages, etc. I've had cleaning teams on and off for a decade (I love a sparkling house and it's a worthy splurge for me) and PHC is among the best for highly detailed, efficient work. read more

Paris house cleaning is amazing! I never thought my house could be that clean! They were so thorough. I put out a quote request on Yelp for a deep cleaning. We hired Paris Cleaning for our Airbnb houses when they begged for business. Initially, they were humble and cooperative but overtime their true colors came out! Our check in is at 3:00pm and all tasks should complete by 3:00. No one approved their coming late and complete your job beyond 3:00pm. No Airbnb hosts will have time to deal with Paris Cleaning's constant inquiries about whether there was a check in the same day or not. The owner was very rude and very dishonest. No matter how many chances I gave the company, they continuously made the same mistakes which caused us hours of hours of fixing their mistakes or uncompleted tasks. For example, one time, the company was late for 90 minutes, not enough towels, no trash bags on trash can, dirty oven, hairs everywhere, Bounce sheets found on counter, beddings are left open in closet collecting dust, no toilet paper in back unit, no ice water in frig, steamer with dirty water inside, did not sweep laundry room floor nor emptied trash can... the list goes on. We also had eyewitnesses that the company started to spend less and less time on the job and rushed out within short period of time. We paid the company to do thorough job and provided them with a list of tasks. Did they do them thoroughly? NO! Every time, the company misses at least a dozen of important duties. We had to constantly come in and check their work and do whatever was left undone. This company is very rude, unprofessional , and dishonest. The minute you were not looking, they will cut corners. Not recommended!! read more

The team that arrived for the detail cleaning at my house was 3 people. This was my first time using their service. They were friendly and communicated well at the beginning of the cleaning so I could specify the areas I would like them to focus on. I also wanted them to use my green cleaning products, which they were happy to do. Most of the things they cleaned looked throughly clean, but there were some areas that I wished had been done with more detail, since this was an initial detail cleaning. For example, some corners and areas of the bathroom that still looked dusty. The glass on shower door looked great, but there was some build-up at the bottom that was missed. Some of the windows seemed to be only half cleaned on the inside (I could easily wipe dirt off in untouched areas with my finger), so we cleaned them after they left. The hourly price was reasonable, and I would have been happy to pay for a little more time for them to tackle all the dirty surfaces. 3+ stars but not enough attention to detail to warrant 4. read more

Better than great! We relied on Angie's List but they dropped the ball so at last minute we called Paloma (Paris House Cleaning). The crew showed up at 8am and worked non-stop until 1pm. They covered the entire house from top to bottom ... every surface was cleaned. The refrigerator was spotless as was the oven and DW. Paloma was easy to work with. Kudos to Rosa, the lead - muchas gracias! If I was still in CA, I'd use them again without a doubt. Thanks again Paloma (aka Paris). read more

We have done deep cleaning for our small house, 1300sft with only one bath. Originally quoted for 2.5-3hrs ended up 3.5hrs. We should have noticed the reviews here are sending similar messages. Here is my experience. 1. Misses spots. As several people mentions, they leave spots. I have a dog, so it is easy to find those spots since there are toys and fur left. 3.5 inches open space under furniture is not touched, any corners of furniture or under-bed are not cleaned. It is obvious if you look. Bright yellow tennis balls are there!! It proves they only clean where they can see while they are standing. I have to clean it with my recovering broken foot after paying 300 dollars. 2. One girl was in my super small kitchen for a long time, but she was wiping the same place when I look at her there a few different times. Then, ended up not cleaning the fridge at all. But she was already outside packing her stuff at least 15 min before the time ended. 3. No English at all. 4. I mentioned about the missed spots and forgotten fridge cleaning to the owner after they left. The owner's Mom came back the following week ONE HOUR AFTER the promised time without notice. No word of apologizing. Only cleaned the fridge and took off. 5. They will spend time cleaning junks in your junk box if you do not stop them, which results to go over the quoted time duration. 6. Decorations, picture frames, etc... they do not leave them as they were where they were. I had to re-decorates to where they were. My facial standing mirror is now on the top of a peanut can? Really? 7. Fridge cleaning. The fridge doors were wide open the whole time, even when she was cleaning shelvings out the fridge.... Other reviewers say similar things. They had to tell the owner for the missed spot. Then, they came back to clean it up. They never learn or that is their business model, just go back when complained. Or, you have to tell them exactly what the expectation is, otherwise it never ends within the time frame given. But, they do not speak ENGLISH!! How can I explain the details? read more

Had a deep cleaning done today and everything was great! Fridge, oven, under the sofa, clothes and even the power cords were in organized. I have worked with Paris House Cleaning multiple times with my own home and referred to my clients. I have had an excellent experience every time and I am a picky client. When I do review the job and need them do to something extra, Paloma is more than happy to accommodate. I love working with Paloma and her team and I would highly recommend her! read more

I had their services last week at my 4 bedroom house. They arrived on time, my house was no furniture newly painted, recently tile and grout cleaned, ready to move in condition. The reason I was looking to get a cleaning service was we got hardwood floor installed, the house was a bit dusty. I was hoping to have them dust and wipe and the cabinets and everywhere. The crew took forever to do that and worst part was they can't speak a word of English, couldn't communicate anything, and on top of it after a two hour mark, the owner calls and asks if she wants me to have them continue with the cleaning or leave as it was already two hours(that's the time I talked and was hoping would be done as there were 3 people) , I paid $350 for a house with no furniture and for a mediocre service. long story short , was not at all satisfied with the service , would not hire again :( read more

I've never written a negative review until now. First I'll say when I met Paloma (I think she's the owner) she was very nice and professional. She told me that her staff was very thorough and worth the price so I decided to give it a try. I'm sorry to say I didn't get what I paid for. The two women who did the cleaning, although very nice, did a poor job. I paid them and they left. My mistake was to not thoroughly inspect before they left. Upon inspection, I saw areas of my living room that were not mopped, the bathroom was not appropriately vacuumed or mopped. I called Paloma and she was very apologetic and she sent the two women back to my house immediately. Unfortunately even after they came back a second time, after they left I noticed more areas that were not thorough. I really did not want to bother with them anymore so I never called back to complain. If you hire this company, be sure you thoroughly inspect their work before paying them. read more

I had to make an appointment with them but it was very quick. They came the next day early morning. They cleaned our entire apartment which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I felt the price was a little over our budget but after the apartment was cleaned I was really happy. They even cleaned the TV. They did a good job. read more
