She came by and was able to asses my home and give me an exact quote for the deep clean I requested for specific rooms. She was super friendly and accommodating. We booked my cleaning later that day. Found Paris House Cleaning via Yelp and submitted a request for cleaning services for New Years Eve. They confirmed they were available and sent me a contract (which wasn't a real contract but more so an outline of what they do and don't do for cleaning) with date and time we discussed along with the number of cleaners based on size of home (3). On the day of expected services, after waiting for 30 mins past the expected arrival time of 9am, I called two contact numbers listed on the "contract" and via Yelp information page. No one answered. I also sent a message via Yelp messages and texted both numbers. 45 mins later, I get a text message saying, "hello we had a confusion can we reschedule for tomorrow at 9" to which I replied with a copy of the contract, "how is there confusion when the contract says today? This is not okay as we have plans and expected cleaning as requested". They responded saying they could send a team but it would take 40 mins for them to arrive. Okay, no problem and so I wait as discussed. An hour later, 1 cleaner arrives and not 3 as expected and they are sitting in the car. I get a call from the owner to tell me that they are outside but one of the team members is sick and they were not aware at the time they scheduled. While they gave me a choice as to if I wanted to proceed with the cleaning services, I was extremely disappointed at the handling of the logistics for the request not to mention, they wasted their team members time to drive out while sick. I declined the service out of caution of not getting myself and family sick (and not knowing if it was COVID-19 related) and was left to figure out other cleaning plans. They never followed up to apologize or offer cleaning services on a different day...it was like they could care less. For this reason, I would not recommend and would strongly encourage others to use another cleaning service. read more

Very happy with Paris house cleaning. I started with a deep clean two weeks ago and just started a biweekly cleaning (so this is my second clean). They send a crew of three people and I feel so happy with their work. I had a really hard time making the commitment to pay for a cleaner because I don't have a lot of money and of course cleaning services are expensive. This has been SO worth it. First time I've hired housecleaning. The ladies were confident and competent! Quite thorough. They did spend about 9 hours at my house for a move-out but 1 hour was their lunch. My opinion is that their employer should pay for that but I was charged. Also I read after the fact that a customer could choose more green products. The Fabuloso scent was too strong for the next few days. My laminate floors had a film on them that I just noticed when I used the dust mop on them. I thought they would use Bona, which is what I only use but it seems something else was used. Hindsight, I wish I had chosen a more natural path and that I had discussed this with them. I don't recall having a contract or form or much detail conversation before hand. These things should have been explained better before. All in all, the service was good. read more

Hi Paris, I saw the home you cleaned for me in Dublin and the sink was still yellow. My other cleaning lady would put bleach and make it nice white. The half bath still had pink marks on the floor. The master bath drain was not cleaned. I paid $300 for 4 hours for 3 people for a 1600 home. You didn't have to do baseboards and refrigerator but you cleaned windows nicely. If your looking for continued service I would recommend however I booked for a move out cleaning to list my home for sale and not satisfied as they didn't even clean the main living spaces (living room and family room). The ceiling fans, dusting, baseboards were not touched. 4.5 hours and 3 person team and all that was cleaned was 3 bedrooms and a bathroom for over $500. For a move out cleaning I expected them to start In the main living area of the home and move to the back of the house. They ran out of time, or should I say I ran out of money, to allow the team to continue to hour 5 to even start the front of the house. The beds were already made in the rooms and there was nothing on the floors, they just needed vacuumed and dust ceiling fans baseboards etc. so I'm not sure what exactly took 4 1/2 hours with three people with the bedrooms were already clean for the most part. read more

PHC came and did a deep-clean of my (very small) house today, in record time. A team of 3 pro's attacked my house with efficiency and gusto in 2 hours: these guys mean it when they say DEEP. Front door dusted off from the outside, fridge inner drawers scrubbed, the works! We hired Paris Cleaning for our Airbnb houses when they begged for business. Initially, they were humble and cooperative but overtime their true colors came out! Our check in is at 3:00pm and all tasks should complete by 3:00. No one approved their coming late and complete your job beyond 3:00pm. No Airbnb hosts will have time to deal with Paris Cleaning's constant inquiries about whether there was a check in the same day or not. The owner was very rude and very dishonest. No matter how many chances I gave the company, they continuously made the same mistakes which caused us hours of hours of fixing their mistakes or uncompleted tasks. For example, one time, the company was late for 90 minutes, not enough towels, no trash bags on trash can, dirty oven, hairs everywhere, Bounce sheets found on counter, beddings are left open in closet collecting dust, no toilet paper in back unit, no ice water in frig, steamer with dirty water inside, did not sweep laundry room floor nor emptied trash can... the list goes on. We also had eyewitnesses that the company started to spend less and less time on the job and rushed out within short period of time. We paid the company to do thorough job and provided them with a list of tasks. Did they do them thoroughly? NO! Every time, the company misses at least a dozen of important duties. We had to constantly come in and check their work and do whatever was left undone. This company is very rude, unprofessional , and dishonest. The minute you were not looking, they will cut corners. The team that arrived for the detail cleaning at my house was 3 people. This was my first time using their service. They were friendly and communicated well at the beginning of the cleaning so I could specify the areas I would like them to focus on. I also wanted them to use my green cleaning products, which they were happy to do. Most of the things they cleaned looked throughly clean, but there were some areas that I wished had been done with more detail, since this was an initial detail cleaning. For example, some corners and areas of the bathroom that still looked dusty. The glass on shower door looked great, but there was some build-up at the bottom that was missed. Some of the windows seemed to be only half cleaned on the inside (I could easily wipe dirt off in untouched areas with my finger), so we cleaned them after they left. We have done deep cleaning for our small house, 1300sft with only one bath. Originally quoted for 2.5-3hrs ended up 3.5hrs. We should have noticed the reviews here are sending similar messages. Here is my experience. 1. Misses spots. As several people mentions, they leave spots. I have a dog, so it is easy to find those spots since there are toys and fur left. 3.5 inches open space under furniture is not touched, any corners of furniture or under-bed are not cleaned. It is obvious if you look. Bright yellow tennis balls are there!! It proves they only clean where they can see while they are standing. I have to clean it with my recovering broken foot after paying 300 dollars. 2. One girl was in my super small kitchen for a long time, but she was wiping the same place when I look at her there a few different times. Then, ended up not cleaning the fridge at all. But she was already outside packing her stuff at least 15 min before the time ended. 3. No English at all. 4. I mentioned about the missed spots and forgotten fridge cleaning to the owner after they left. The owner's Mom came back the following week ONE HOUR AFTER the promised time without notice. No word of apologizing. Only cleaned the fridge and took off. 5. They will spend time cleaning junks in your junk box if you do not stop them, which results to go over the quoted time duration. 6. Decorations, picture frames, etc... they do not leave them as they were where they were. I had to re-decorates to where they were. My facial standing mirror is now on the top of a peanut can? Really? 7. Fridge cleaning. The fridge doors were wide open the whole time, even when she was cleaning shelvings out the fridge.... Other reviewers say similar things. They had to tell the owner for the missed spot. Then, they came back to clean it up. They never learn or that is their business model, just go back when complained. Or, you have to tell them exactly what the expectation is, otherwise it never ends within the time frame given. But, they do not speak ENGLISH!! How can I explain the details? read more

I had their services last week at my 4 bedroom house. They arrived on time, my house was no furniture newly painted, recently tile and grout cleaned, ready to move in condition. The reason I was looking to get a cleaning service was we got hardwood floor installed, the house was a bit dusty. I was hoping to have them dust and wipe and the cabinets and everywhere. The crew took forever to do that and worst part was they can't speak a word of English, couldn't communicate anything, and on top of it after a two hour mark, the owner calls and asks if she wants me to have them continue with the cleaning or leave as it was already two hours(that's the time I talked and was hoping would be done as there were 3 people) , I paid $350 for a house with no furniture and for a mediocre service. long story short , was not at all satisfied with the service , would not hire again :( read more

She told me that her staff was very thorough and worth the price so I decided to give it a try. I'm sorry to say I didn't get what I paid for. The two women who did the cleaning, although very nice, did a poor job. I paid them and they left. My mistake was to not thoroughly inspect before they left. Upon inspection, I saw areas of my living room that were not mopped, the bathroom was not appropriately vacuumed or mopped. I called Paloma and she was very apologetic and she sent the two women back to my house immediately. Unfortunately even after they came back a second time, after they left I noticed more areas that were not thorough.
