If you're remodeling and haven't checked out Granite Expo in Pittsburg, you're missing out on a true hidden gem. They consistently deliver high-quality materials that actually add value to your property--not just visually, but in durability and function. Their kitchen cabinets are solid wood (not particle board) with soft-close features, and the craftsmanship is immediately noticeable. The countertops, sinks, faucets, and flooring are all top-tier for the price point--you genuinely get more than what you pay for. What really sets this location apart is the customer service. I've been to other Granite Expo locations, but Pittsburg stands out by far. Ray has been incredible to work with--he helped us back in 2013 and again in 2026, and his knowledge, patience, and attention to detail make the entire process seamless. I've been recommending this place to friends and family since 2013, and it continues to deliver every single time. They are consistent with reliable quality, great pricing, and outstanding service. This has become my go-to place for remodeling and renovating properties. It's hard to find all three--quality, value, and service--in one place, but Granite Expo Pittsburg delivers every time. read more

Worked with Jesenia at the Granite Expo Pittsburgh, she is absolutely amazing to work with. Her experience & knowledge of all products are outstanding. Communication is above and beyond and will always go the extra mile to make all purchases easy and enjoyable. Purchases made were for 2 bathrooms - vanities, quartz, shower doors, tub etc, full kitchen plus granite countertops, sink, stove hood & flooring. Jesenia took our kitchen measurements and within 1 hr she had the design completed. Once installed it was 100% perfect. Her customer service is outstanding. I have being working on remodeling my house with Jasmin. Which she deserves a 5 star. She took her time to explain in detail every question I had. I came by on a day she had left early and Myriam helped me. She told me to go stand in line until a sales was available. Turns out after a few minutes she was the one to help me. I had questions and she told me that my sales representative left early. That I had to come back to her unless I was going to pay. Which is very unprofessional. I asked her when will Jasmine be back but she went off to tell me she didn't know because she comes whenever she wants, but that she can start over a new plan if I paid with her now. I know you are a sales representative and want to close a deal but the way she expressed about her coworker was very unprofessional and unpleasant. I will come look for Jasmin to buy my kitchen cabinets and call before going in to be sure she is there. read more

Granite Expo Outlet - These are the cabinets that I loved. Thank you Jasmin for your great customer service and not pressuring to buy right away - Building Supplies Near Me - Pittsburg, California

We just purchased all our kitchen cabinets from Jasmine who was amazing to work with She was very efficient, knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. We visited a few times to get everything that we wanted in our kitchen design. She reassured us each time and was not trying to upsell us. Definitely recommend working with Jasmine if you need to update your kitchen! Added bonus is that it will be only a week until the cabinets are ready for pick up! Thank you Jasmine! read more

Awful place. I went to get my bathroom vanity, vanity top and vanity backsplash. They claimed they had everything and sold me and took my money. When my handyman went to pick up the items, he found chips in the backsplash. So I had to go back and had to shop again vanity tops at their store. All the vanity tops I chose, did NOT have backsplash. They were unapologetic about everything. I had to pay my handyman twice for their time to pick up items that were NOT available or were damaged and granite expo. It was a waste of time and money for me. Their price is same as other places. Do NOT go here. Get your business done somewhere else. read more

Large warehouse style store with available supplies on the floor. I can see why many people complained about the salespeople...really being cashiers. I'd suggest shopping this location with your contractor. I would have given this location 2 stars, but then I bumped into the discontinue area....on this day Maple cabinetry was it in full force....these were.... Assembled Cabentry for incredibly low pricing...ie $50-60 dollar assembled cabinetry. Cabinets that would normally run $250-450 un-assembled!!! Slap had tempered glass cabinetry doors for !!! That alone almost brought store rating up to 5 stars. With patience and easy going attitude...this may be a good location for you. read more

I am very pleased with the service I received at Granite Expo. My professional recommended Granite Expo for my cabinets. When I went onsite to visit the quality of the M25 white shaker cabinets, the quality and finish was fine for my needs. (However, if you are remodeling a $3M+ home, feel free to shop around for more expensive cabinets.) Evelyn helped design my kitchen. You can tell she has done this a few times before! She was fast, efficient and plugged in all of the pieces I need in my order. Ulysses helped me out with an exchange for my cabinets since the sizes of the cabinets were wrong. The point is when you run into problems no matter who is at fault, these guys will do whatever it takes to help you instead of pointing the finger at you and say it's your fault. You're on your own! Finally, Ray is a lifesaver!!!! One of my cabinets' doors was damaged. We don't know how it occurred but Ray was able to help me replace the damaged door. I will definitely recommend Granite Expo for your kitchen remodel. These guys are the pros in the Bay Area! read more

A great supplier with tons of choices for two bathrooms shower enclosures and quality vanities, sinks. Ended up with natural stone that looks great, has no grout and was dramatically less expensive than tiling would have been. Very happy. read more

They are open still through COVID! I went in to buy a kitchen sink, faucet, and bathroom cabinet vanity, all were in stock! The only thing I had to come back and get was the cabinets because they had to put it together still. Great prices, hard to beat, and quality products. I have purchased from them for years and it has always been a good experience. I love how their store is easy to shop in, everything is separated well and spread out. Great selection of granites and they have sales on some of the granites pretty often. 10/10 recommend giving this place a try if you are doing any kind of home remodeling. read more

I went to many places to look at cabinets and vanities for my bathroom remodeling. I went to premium places that charged like you to $20k- $40k for a small bathroom remodel and honestly checking out their cabinets, I did not see a difference! It seemed like the same texture, feel, wood and strength as the cabinets here. Even Wayfair had similar( some looked exactly the same style), but were more expensive. Now they were not the cheaoest( which I found out later for the same item- look at my other reviews), but fair and reasonable prices. I bought my flooring which I love here- Rosun brand which contractor's and flooring people told me was a good brand. I went by the color and my floor cost me 200. In materials. Thomas was the one who helped me and gave EXCELLENT customer service. Some of the girls there, I questioned their math in figuring my square footage as I could figure it out faster in my brain and corrected them on their calculator. So the next time I went to the Chinese guy bc I know Granite Expo is a Chinese business so I figured he must have worked there long enough with lots of experience and I was right. He knew what he was doing and it went smoothly. He is an asset to Granite Expo. So vanities ran about 700.(42 inches), shower door( 380. Cheaper elsewhere by 60. For same exact door). They had all the handles and granite countertops ( got carrera marble blanco white). Everything you need is there or ca be special ordered and comes in a week. Only thing is 72inch vanities are sold out and out on the ships that are out waiting at sea due to supply shortage issues. So that you may have to wait. This is where all the local contractors go and buy their supplies! Thank you Thomas for excellent service! read more

VERDICT: amazing place to score deals on granite and cabinetry! If you're looking to replace anything, take a peek in the store, you'll be amazed at the pricing and quality. SUMMARY We're in the process of remodeling our bathroom and our contractor clued us in to this place. They have THREE locations, but this Pittsburg store is closest to us. So we went in one weekend and we're literally floored by the selection and pricing. The quality by no means is cheap either. The wife was happy as a clam. To be clear, the stuff they get is probably made overseas. Most likely east Asia. They get the cabinetry in pieces and perform the assembly right in the warehouse out in the open. As a former export business owner, this is how they avoid tariffs and duties as finished goods (fully assembled) command higher tariffs and duties. Hey big deal right? In the end it saves us all money. We ended up buying a cabinet and had our contractor drop it off at our place. Wife can't wait to have it put into her soon to be new bathroom! EDIT: I was taking with fellow Cheryl M which jogged my memory about the biggest thing: they don't deliver, but I heard that they do if they're doing the installation. read more

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel and I sourced most of our materials from Granite Expo Pittsburg. I was happy with the cost, number of options, quality of materials, relatively short lead time to fill orders, and customer service. I'm a newb when it comes to DIY, especially kitchen remodeling so I went into the store wide-eyed. If I could talk to my past self I would suggest the following. 1. Walk around the show room to get some ideas/inspiration, 2. Connect with Jasmine (at the front desk) because she's kind, patient, and knowledgeable, 3. Ask Jasmine for the measurements paper so you can go home and measure the dimensions of your kitchen (I recommend you have your contractor do this for you), 4. Take pictures of the product numbers in the store for each item you want 5. let Jasmine work her magic to design a draft layout for you with the product numbers you provide her, 6. Once you're happy with the layout it's time to make your purchase and schedule a date for your contractor to pick up the materials. I purchased the following items - cabinets, sink, faucet, backsplash, baseboards, and schluters. I had to source the countertop from a different vendor because Granite Expo Pittsburg does not offer Jumbo slabs. They do however have the smaller slabs, and plenty of them. Granite Expo offers a 30% discount if you hire a contractor, which came in very handy considering how expensive contractors can be. I'm very pleased with the experience and with Jasmine's help. I strongly recommend you consider them for your kitchen and bathroom remodeling needs. read more

Cheap but customer service is terrible. Waited over 30 min to be helped in an almost empty (of customers not employees) warehouse.

I give a great review because of Yuki's great costumer service! I've been remodeling my bathrooms, and my experiences at Granite Expo stores have been rough because of their costumer service... except when I got to this store and met Yuki. I was very disappointed that the vanity that I wanted was discontinued, but Yuki had the idea of converting two smaller units that she had on the floor into the one that I needed. She took the time to explain her idea to me, and even put the smaller cabinets side by side. She was right! The looked perfect! She even suggested to get a "Toe Kick", which would tie them even better together. That was an excellent suggestion too. I am now very happy with the purchase. She also changed the way I see Granite Expo and made me give it a second chance (made a couple of additional purchases later at the Emeryville store). Way to go, Yuki! Thank you very much! read more

I had several experiences at this particular Granite Expo and I have to say it's my favorite go to and one of the more well ran places. Clean building and friendly services. Their rep Yadira helped me with my bathroom and kitchen remodel and WOW she was amazing from start to end. With helping on choices and what goes together from assisting me with best case scenarios for my kitchen she hands down cares about her work. She exemplifies customer service and her work is quality and cared for. read more

Jasmine is good to work with. Don't be in a hurry if you are wanting something quick. You wait about at least a week for an order. Picking up your cabinets and anything else is horable. Miriam was outstanding And went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to help me with the design and to answer all my questions. This is for the Pittsburg Outlet Store. Even though we read some negative reviews on this place, we decided to try our luck. There were mixed reviews, so we thought we'd give them a go. We went in on a Saturday, and spent time looking at all the rows of counter tops. Then, we went over all of them again.(quite a nice selection) All the tops were priced on signs. We decided on which granite we liked, and approached the counter. We dealt with Ray. He took the time for me to make a small sketch of our kitchen and measurements. We discussed pricing for labor, etc. We finally had it all down, and he went over line-by-line, the contract.(no rushing which was nice) He made sure we understood everything so there'd be no misunderstandings. We paid in full and set up an installment date for the following Saturday. I had called Ray on Monday to try to change the backsplash to a "full" one. He went over the measurements and said it should be no problem. It didn't cost us anything more either, since it'd be cut out of our remnants. Installation day came, and the contractor, Jeff, called that he was on the way.(probably from the store, after loading up materials) He arrived promptly, with two other workers. They immediately came in and started taking exact measurements, set their saw-horses up in driveway, and unloading. I checked quality of tops and all was good. They were conscious about laying down drop cloths to walk on in house. They asked to use my restroom, and left it clean at the end of the day. I offered them all cokes and water.(much appreciated) When all was done, they cleaned up everything and hosed down the driveway. Jeff, the foreman, took time to chat with me about their work and had time to listen to me also. I inspected the workmanship, and it looked good. I would definitely go back to Granite Expo in Pittsburg again for tile or whatever I need for another home project. THANKS to Ray Li, Jeff the installer, and his crew. read more

Sales people? Nope. Product suppliers? Yes. If you have questions they try to answer them but just he PREPARED. Do you have measurements, color choices, etc because they are not mind readers. I needed granite counters installed and the installers they contract with broke my counter and the installer takes the out of pocket hit. All n all it was done only taking about 1 hr longer than originally expected. I have a new place now so I'm heading back very soon. read more

I went to granite expo after multiple visits to Lowe's with no one available for assistant in remodeling my kitchen. We were assisted by Maryam who sketched out our kitchen based on our measurements we brought it. Our old kitchen layout was not functional and explained what we wanted. We emailed her pictures of the current layout and more in depth measurements that she needed and from there she was able to map out our kitchen. I am a bad visualizer and need everything written down or sketched out so what she did was perfect! She went over all the specs with us and what was being ordered and we made minor adjustments based on what my preference was. She told us everything would take abojt 2-3 weeks to arrive and they came in a lot sooner maybe 7-10 days? After putting everything up there were a bunch of miscellaneous items we were unsure of where it went. I was able to call her and she sent me pictures of where it went. They were items we really didn't need but it was a great accent to our cabinets. Hey we were in that deep what's a few extra hundred dollars to make it look better lol! (They we're refundable if we decided not to use them). Due to Covid they were not doing countertop install but we were able to get it done through the Antioch location (different owner). Overall we had a pretty good experience going through granite expo! The cabinets, backsplash and countertop are all from here. read more

Yuki is great! I decided last spring to remodel my kitchen, by myself, even though I've never done anything like this before. A friend recommended granite expo and when I went there, Yuki helped me design the kitchen and figure out what I needed. What I expected to be long and painful she did quickly and with a smile.
