When I asked about availability, they told me their carpet tech was going to be gone on vacation for the next week and that he was completely booked for the day. When I got to my home I was greeted by their carpet techs and they got to work, right away. They were in and out in about 30 minutes total. While they were there, they did both of my son's bedrooms and I asked if they could make a sweep in my own room as well since they were already there. The carpets looked absolutely amazing when they were done. Despite what I had done with the baking soda, everything was cleaned so well, it smelled and looked like new carpet. Price was not my immediate concern, but when I received my bill, I thought it was very reasonable.
