I paid this company THREE TIMES AS MUCH as much as I paid my usual cleaner. For this half-job on my new 3 bed 2 bath house in Fairfield, than what I paid for my 2 bed 1 bath place in South San Francisco. So , not much bigger place, living in a lower cost of living area, yet 3x the COST.. for worse job? I don't even know if the exorbitant flat price I paid included tip (or even decent pay) for those who cleaned my house. As a single mother of a developmentally delayed child working multiple jobs on a tight income , no time to deep clean things clean myself but busting my @$$ to keep it all together on my own... I feel grateful that someone else did something productive in this home other than me for once! This time, the company told me they had never been asked for a COI by a client before, and shortly after, they cancelled my appointment, saying they felt I was "setting them up." I was surprised by this reaction, as reputable service providers typically have liability insurance and can provide proof without issue. Because they refused to provide a COI and cancelled my booking, I cannot speak to the quality of their current work. However, I would caution other homeowners that if you want to ensure a vendor is insured, this may not be the right company for you.

When I asked about availability, they told me their carpet tech was going to be gone on vacation for the next week and that he was completely booked for the day. When I got to my home I was greeted by their carpet techs and they got to work, right away. They were in and out in about 30 minutes total. While they were there, they did both of my son's bedrooms and I asked if they could make a sweep in my own room as well since they were already there. The carpets looked absolutely amazing when they were done. Despite what I had done with the baking soda, everything was cleaned so well, it smelled and looked like new carpet. Price was not my immediate concern, but when I received my bill, I thought it was very reasonable. All that was cleaned on the return were the exact things I pointed out. We scheduled a deep clean and I specifically called out having every surface cleaned including in all cabinets, drawers, stove, fridge as this was a move in ready clean. For a typical clean, it was done well, but that is not what was expected. After I spoke with the owner and explained that the cleaning was not done the team came back, but as stated they only cleaned what I pointed out. That evening my husband and I had to do a deep clean ourselves, which was not on our moving list of things to do. A few photos attached that show before and after cleaning a couple cabinets. I also found a full drawer of prescription medications, about 15 bottles, and a sticky bra in another drawer, which further confirmed a deep clean was not done.
