Green Planet Cleaning Services seems to be a highly-reputable cleaning company and provides great value to their customer. I would use them!

Had a very pleasant experience hiring Green planet cleaning services out of San Rafael. They were able to work with me while I was moving out of my residence I pretty much left it up to them and they did a fantastic job. Completely competitive when it comes to what they charge totally worth my time and money. read more

I usually do not write reviews but I don't want someone to experience what we did. The owner and team that cleaned the house were extremely kind and attentive but the service we requested was not provided, even after the team returned to further clean. All that was cleaned on the return were the exact things I pointed out. We scheduled a deep clean and I specifically called out having every surface cleaned including in all cabinets, drawers, stove, fridge as this was a move in ready clean. For a typical clean, it was done well, but that is not what was expected. After I spoke with the owner and explained that the cleaning was not done the team came back, but as stated they only cleaned what I pointed out. That evening my husband and I had to do a deep clean ourselves, which was not on our moving list of things to do. A few photos attached that show before and after cleaning a couple cabinets. I also found a full drawer of prescription medications, about 15 bottles, and a sticky bra in another drawer, which further confirmed a deep clean was not done. Overall I wish expectations were set for a surface level clean, not a deep clean, because then we would have looked for the correct company to complete the service we were expecting. read more

Marcos, the owner, was helpful, professional and kind throughout the process. He was so easy to work with, too. When the two workers showed up, they were on time and such hard workers! The house looked like a different place top to bottom after they finished. Fridge, oven, cabinets (in and out), bathrooms, floors and interior windows all sparkling clean! We will always use Green Planet Cleaning. You should too! read more

green planet is tip top! the ease of scheduling followed by the outstanding service is really super. I highly recommend!

I decided to try Green Planet for general housecleaning service and was happy with the entire process from scheduling to service. Good efficient work, friendly people. Will use them regularly. read more

Quality fell short which was especially disappointing considering their pricing. Cleaning wasn't thorough, even after following up on gaps. One of the cleaners also used my bathroom after having cleaned it, odd to say the least. read more

Green Planet Cleaning Services exceeded my expectations in every way. Marcos was responsive right away, answered my questions, and sent a crew the very next day. My space was cleaned meticulously! One thing I really appreciate is that the crew seemed to genuinely take pride in doing exceptional work. It wasn't just about getting it done, it was about getting it done right. I didn't have to go over tiny details to make sure they saw and addressed everything - they knew what they needed to do to assess the obvious cleaning needs, and the hidden ones in the corners, shelves, above the window blinds, under the sink. You get what you pay for and I will trust Green Planet in the future for highest quality cleaning and service. Five Stars! read more

Green Planet did an excellent job on my full bath + half bath The cleaning crew that same out was great very efficient They asked me to take a look when they were done to make sure I was happy with their work. My bathrooms looked like new ! read more

We hired Green Planet to prep our dear friend's house for his homecoming from the hospital. He is a young man with brain cancer with no family except for those of us who served with him in the fire service. He has come home to die. I told his story to Marcos from Green Planet, and he was very compassionate, hired a crew of three, and got them scheduled in a big hurry as we needed to get our friend home ASAP. The house had sat empty for a very long time and was in terrible condition and full of dust. The transformation of the house from inhabitabal to safe, clean, and smelling so good, made all of our jaws drop in happy shock. Our friend smiled being brought in by the paramedics to his (new) home. Now he receives visitors everyday and they can enjoy visiting in the new, fresh, great smelling, and clean house. We are very grateful to Marcos and his wonderful team. THANK YOU. read more

My experience with cleaning services in the past has been really inconsistent -- most do a good job some of the time, some do something dreadful that costs me more to fix or in losses than I pay for their services (like putting my one and only pair of designer dress slacks in the washing machine, which I'd purchased in Italy five years prior, then trying to hide them with the rags instead of taking accountability for what they'd done). I've struggled with the "time vs. money vs. hassle" math many times, and consequently, have never had a consistent service. Regular cleaning is not inexpensive, so when the final impression wasn't a joyful one, or I spent lots of time asking for things to be corrected, it just didn't feel worth it. Then I found Green Planet Cleaning Services...and now I'm hooked. From monthly cleaning to move-out cleaning of my old two-story two-bedroom carpeted condo, and now monthly cleaning of my hardwood and tile floored four-bedroom house, they've been super reliable, providing truly fantastic service. We've had a couple of different teams service our home, but all have been thorough and professional, leaving our home exactly as we'd hope -- well-cleaned, efficiently and with safe ingredients, fragile items handled carefully, and always with a friendly smile. Marcos who manages email and phone correspondence is always very responsive, thorough, and thoughtful, too. They really have a great crew. We've worked hard to have a house we can be really proud of and Green Planet makes it all the more joyful to come home to. read more

We hired Green Planet to do a move out clean of a house we just sold and they did a fantastic job! The only hiccup we encountered was that they were a little late and I had a tight schedule that day but it all worked out ok. read more

Marcos and his team are terrific. I interviewed dozens of local cleaning services and they either quoted me prices too high, or had a terrible response time. Communication for me is key and the fact I can book on line, and then speak with a live person if needed is fantastic. And the team does a wonderful cleaning job. Honestly I was so impressed. I am now booking them once a month and plan on being a very loyal customer for years to come. Thank you Green Planet Cleaning!! So happy I found you. read more

I reached out to Green Planet Cleaning Services seeking a deep cleaning of our apartment. They were very responsive on Yelp and were willing to give me a quote for their services. I have been using these guys for a couple of years! They are absolutely amazing. Marcos- the owner- really is accommodating and they get the job done to perfection. I am always able to expect the best from this crew. They are fast, reliable, and very detail oriented. They make my place seem as though I just moved in! Plus, what kind of San Francisco service would this be without "Green Products"... A very very unique feature that makes them absolutely the best. Ben read more

Thank you to Cristina and Ernestina for doing an amazingly thorough deep clean of my office building! Their team has been on-time and very pleasant to work with. Everyone entered the office after the weekend, and immediately noticed their great work. Also very thankful that they also took the time to collect separate bags for trash and recycle! read more

Flawless and impeccable service! I called Green Planet Cleaning Services based on their high yelp rating! I needed our home deep cleaned for an open house scheduled that same weekend. Marcus and his staff came to the rescue and I can't begin to say how impressed and pleased we were with the outcome. The results were amazing! When we walked in the house it already looked staged. They are clearly professionals and I would highly recommend them...so much so I signed up for yelp to do just that! Thanks Marcus and Green Planet Cleaning Services! read more

I reached out to green planet and they promptly got back to me. The two ladies who came to clean my home were very professional and punctual. They did a phenomenal job of cleaning everything in the house, even areas I didn't think they would for a general cleaning (inside microwave, along floorboards). I would certainly hire them again. read more

I have been using Green Planet for several years now. They have consistently done an amazing job. We have pets and they thoroughly vacuum all the furniture, clean the hardwood floors and leave the bathrooms spotless. I love that you don't have to buy any products as well. Excellent cleaning services and professional staff. They use email & take electronic payments so coordinating and paying is very simple. I will use them in the future for sure! Wow! I used GPCS yesterday for a move in to my new house. They were meticulous and methodical in their work. Two lovely ladies , Sandra and Luz V gave my house the once over and got into every little nook and cranny. They completely transformed the place. On top of that they used wonderful cleaning products too and my house didn't smell like a chemical plant afterwards. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a deep cleaning. Great company and service:) read more

I'm very impressed with how our house looks after the cleaning ladies have come. It looks so nice! With four kids, two dogs and two cats running around it is so nice to have it clean. My frustration about it all is this: Every time I make an appointment, I select the option to set up an every week appointment, not only do they not come every week as I would expect after selecting that option, but they are nearly impossible to talk to on the phone. I called five times and left two messages trying to get ahold of them and they only called back after I left w very frustrated message. The cleaning is wonderful, the ladies are kind, efficient and good at what they are doing but the custom service piece could use some attention. read more

Quick response, guy in charge is super friendly. A little pricey. Got the job done though. I would consider again but looking for lower prices for what i need done next time. But id recommend them read more

After using Green Planet Cleaning Services back in 2010 I was really impressed with their services and I am now their monthly loyal customer. We clean our house weekly but once a month it gets the "deep cleaning" by this company - they move all the furniture around to make sure everything is sparkling clean. read more

Three Angels arrived this morning to a major renovation mess. They willingly tackled every problem and throughly banished all the post-construction dirt and dust. It took most of the day and they maintained their energy and focus and did a WONDERFUL job. Booking this appointment was so easy. Marcos helped me every step of the way showing professionalism and patience. He's amazing. I have a future appointment booked when phase-ll is complete and I know they'll restore order from chaos. I'm very impressed with this company and the miracle-workers. I'll definitely call again. I choose this company based upon their website and their Yelp reviews. Check out the website. They really know what they're doing! read more

I've used them for a year, and I've been very happy with the cleaning and client service from Marco. I highly recommend them.

Had my first appointment yesterday. I liked that it was so easy to schedule the cleaning online, and they were also very responsive by email and phone. The team did a great job of cleaning my home and I've signed them up for biweekly cleaning. Based on this experience, and in contrast with other services I have used over the years, I highly recommend them. read more

The Green Planet team and Marcos do an amazing job! We are regular customers and they always leave our house wonderfully clean. Great company! Did an awesome job. Moved from the east coast to Novato. The house I was to move into was not clean and I needed it cleaned before the movers arrived. The company came with 24 hours of my call and hot right to work. The ladies did a through job and left the place immaculate. They cleaned every nook and cranny. The whole house sparkled when they left. The price was a little high. Yes! I'd use them again. Awesome job!!! read more

We didn't use their service as we are outside their area so this is strictly b/c of their fast response time and reasonable quote of $250 for a first time deep clean of the house. I appreciate their clear and prompt communication. read more

We were in the market for a cleaning service that was "green" for The BodySong Massage Center & School. We contacted Marcos and set up an initial appointment. Marcos was excellent at keeping in communication with us and when he needed to change the time of our appointment by 1 hour, he called in advance and asked if it would be okay, which it was. At our initial appointment, we agreed upon what would be done, a deep cleaning and then follow-up bi-weekly cleanings. We were extremely pleased with the service Marcos and his team provided. For a young entrepreneur, I was concerned that he might not follow-through with his assurances of the quality of cleaning they would preform, but he and his team did. We were extremely pleased with the cleaning and communicating with Marcos is very easy either by phone or via his website. We highly recommend Marcos Silva and are personally happy to support this commitment to "green" cleaning! Thank you Marcos and your team! read more
