I've been working with Meirilene since February 2026, and I couldn't be happier with her service. Finding someone you can trust in your home is incredibly important to me, and Meirilene has consistently shown that she genuinely cares about her clients, their homes, and their belongings. Meirilene is professional, respectful, thorough, and very attentive to my preferences. I also really appreciate her transparency with pricing. Her rate can change if the regular four-week cleaning schedule is extended, but she communicates that clearly, which I think is completely reasonable. There is naturally a difference in the time and effort required to clean a home after four weeks versus going much longer between cleanings. Meirilene also works with a partner who does an excellent job with those difficult-to-reach areas, and together they do a really thorough job. Another thing that really stands out is her communication. Meirilene has always been incredibly responsive when I need to adjust my schedule. If she's running late because she's coming from another client's home, she lets me know. She's also very open to doing things according to my preferences, which I really appreciate. And honestly, Marlene is just a genuinely humble person. She seems truly grateful for the opportunity to work with her clients, and that attitude is reflected in the care she puts into her work. After several months, I feel very comfortable recommending her. Great service, honest communication, respect for your home, and someone who genuinely takes pride in what she does. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Meirilene. read more

The Best!! Meirilene responded immediately when I reached out for a evaluation of the space that I was moving out of In December. She and her team were on time for the cleaning and were fast and thorough and the large house was clean and good as new In under 4 and 1/2 hrs. I was so impressed and they were very friendly and thoughtful. I would hire them again definitely and recommend them for anyone moving or in need of a home cleaning service. 5 stars! read more

Meirilene and her husband are amazing! We were able to schedule with them quickly and they showed up on time. We had them do an initial deep clean, due to our other cleaners being out of commission for the last couple of months. They did such a great job getting to all the tough to reach places and took their time. My house is back to being super clean again! Her prices are very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. We are now going to have them come out once a month. read more

I found the best house cleaners! Seriously, I've been using house cleaners on and off for over 20 years. I've tried lots of companies and individuals. Meirilene Cleaning Services is the absolute best I've ever tried. She and her husband came together, stayed 5+ hours for a "deep cleaning" and cleaned things I didn't even know existed. Her prices are fair and for the job they do I really feel is a bargain. I'm so happy, I've hired them to come every two weeks. read more

I've used Meirilene and Charles now for two times and they have been wonderful. We talked about price and frequency of cleaning before I booked my first appointment and Meirilene was upfront so I didn't have a surprise in the price when they arrived. They have done a great job in cleaning my home and are even courteous enough to take off their shoes before they clean. My dog also likes them very much, so he gives his stamp of approval. read more

Very happy with the service Meirilene and her husband provided. My house hasn't been deep cleaned in a while although my husband and I try to keep it clean and tidy as much as we can with a one year old. Meirilene did a great job and made such a big difference after they were done. I was impressed with some of the tough spots that got cleaned completely. Highly recommend Meirilene - reasonable prices based on our space and needs, fast and high quality work with flexible availability. Will have her again for regular cleaning! read more

I scheduled a time for this company to begin house cleaning services. We confirmed the time the evening before. I was told she would be at my home at 11:30ish. I work from home and rearranged my calendar so I would be available. The time came and went and I never heard from the company. I sent a text to the only number I was provided and never received a response. I attempted to call the telephone number but it is associated with this app, so the call would not go through. I let the company know that I would not be needing their service and have contacted a different company. read more

Meirilene and her husband are truly magic! As a busy nurse the last thing I want to do is clean our bathroom and kitchen! Merilene comes to our house once a month to deep clean the kitchen and bathrooms alone and it has helped me tremendously! I highly recommend them if you need deep cleaning or monthly cleanings! read more

While they seem like perfectly pleasant people, I was disappointed in my experience with Meirilene. She got confused more than once about the date I had booked her for and needed to change the appointment time the day of. That would have been acceptable but when she arrived she decided the place needed a "deep cleaning" and it would double the quoted price. Her new price was significantly higher than several other housekeeping services that provided quotes for "deep cleaning". I elected to use another service instead. I get that she might have underestimated the amount of work, but if there is a possibility that you're going to double the quoted price when you show up, you should probably get some additional information before providing an estimate. read more

Meirilene has been cleaning my house for 3 years. Initially she was coming over bi-weekly, but we loved how much cleaner our house was after her visits so we've increased to weekly. She is very friendly and does a thorough job. read more

I have been a client of Meirilene for the past two years. She does great work. They say dogs are the best judge of character and my two love her! They run right over to greet her and she gives them the greeting they are looking for! She always confirms in advance, keeps me informed if there is a schedule change and is flexible if I need the day or time moved around. She always has a smile. She also has great details that make the house look and smell amazing after. It's as simple as the fun way a hand towel is folded to remembering that place on the coffee maker with dried coffee drips I always forget. read more
