I have to give some props. The last couple months, Ive been debating on getting my Garage cleaned. It was a mess. Cobwebs everywhere. Leafs everywhere. But the one thing that really was concerning was a nest left my birds due to having babies. They were long gone but I didn't want to have to clean everything down there. Im in my late 30's man. Our house was a rental, so there was a lot to clean especially the bathrooms, but Yaz and her team managed to get a lot of the grime out. They were a few minutes late showing up, so I would suggest they give an arrival window instead of a specific time. So I've never gotten a cleaning service done. We were moving in a rush so I decided to try it out. I left the keys under the mat and gave her the code to my building which was a little scary but it was a really easy experience. She did an amazing job communicating everything clearly and was very responsive. Not sure how many people came to clean but they did an amazing job. I was a little nervous because they didn't have many Yelp reviews but I'm glad I went for it. I payed through Zelle and everything looked super clean when I came to check everything. We scheduled a mutually agreed upon time (2:30pm) and I let her know I needed her to be on time as I work from home and had a 2:45 meeting. Well she never showed up! It's taken me awhile to finally write this review for the service we had done last month. I had some issues going on in life and it took us awhile to commit to having Yaz and her team come by to do their magic. I appreciate their flexibility and working with us to schedule. I was so anxious about it, we usually only hire cleaning services for a move out but could not take the state of our house any longer. The quote was higher than my last service which was over 7 years ago when we moved out of our previous house, so that was no surprise and worth every dime. We are ok keeping up light work but I'd like to have more regular cleanings after they made the experience easy and pleasant! They were up on ladders, cleaning the chandelier and other areas I didn't expect at all! I guess our house was really grimy as it was an all day thing and they worked so hard! Yaz came with two other hard workers. They were right on time for a deep house move out cleaning. They also cleaned my dusty garage. I sold my home 5 bed 3 bath and wanted the new owners to move into a clean house and yaz had that place sparkling! I believe they went above and beyond- truly. The price was competitive- very competitive. Over the years I've had multiple cleaners and they were hands down the best! No joke. They worked their butts off and could not finger a spot of dust. I have carpet upstairs and tile downstairs. They got every inch of dirt and all spots off my dirty tile floor and vacuumed the carpet as well. House looked brand new when they finished. This was my first time hiring a cleaning service. This is the best money I've ever spent lol. Yazmin came with two gentlemen and they super super super deep cleaned my condo and patio for 4 hours. It is sparkling. I am so thrilled. They clean things I wouldn't have even thought of cleaning hahaha!!!!! I had not deep cleaned it since I moved in, in 2018!!!!! Seriously it looks brand new. I was thinking of remodeling but now I feel like I don't have to hahaha. Truly a bargain. Yaz and the two gentlemen were so calm and pleasant and polite. I'm definitely going to have them come back regularly and also have them vacuum the inside of my car I can't even tell you how much this has improved the quality of my life. While they were here, I was able to do some organizing and decluttering and laundry. It was much more fun to do with three other people there creating a nice cleaning vibe.
