Told her how much I had in my unit to get rid of and was given a reasonable quote. We were able to set up a two hour time frame for the next day for workers to come by and take a look at the junk and give an exact quote. She mentioned if I didn't want to follow through with the price, I could decline or they would be able to remove the junk on the spot. I set up my appointment on the website, I texted them what I needed gone, and gave me the estimate. On the day of the pick up, they communicated with me to confirm my pick up, and I actually notified them ahead of time that I was going to be late of my pick up window.
