Wanted to donate a few pieces of furniture. Bay Hauling was the one contracted to do the pick-up. I initially set up an afternoon pick-up. The driver called in the morning and asked if they could come in the next 30 minutes. Luckily, I had a small window in my schedule. They came in to double check what was being donated. I signed away. And it took them less than 5 minutes for a couch and a glass TV stand. I'm sure they do much heavier items than what I did, but they were prompt and did what they needed to do. read more

We consistently receive excellent service from Bay Hailing. Recently, Shiloh and Jake assisted us with the preliminary cleanup for a room remodel. Despite the delay in getting the debris staged in the backyard, Shiloh and Jake efficiently managed the removal in minimal time. They were also highly professional and personable. We anticipate requiring additional cleanup services in the coming weeks and would specifically appreciate having Shiloh and Jake return to assist us again. read more

Booking an appt online was fast and easy. A representative reached out immediately to lock in the appt. I asked for an earlier appt which they were able to accommodate. Edgar and Junior messaged me when they were on the way and showed up on time. They took a look at the junk and gave a quote prior to starting the removal. They were in and out within 20 mins. Card payment was completed on their work device with a receipt provided with no issues. Great customer service, communication and completed the job quickly. Highly recommended business 10/10! read more

Needed to clean out some junk that accumulated over the years due to Asian parents hoarding, IYKYK! Anyway, finally had some time to get it done. I thought about going with that big name company that you see on commercials, but I've heard from a few people that using them can be pricey. I'm a firm believer in supporting smaller/local businesses, so looked up other options online through YELP, and "Bay Hauling" popped up on my search. Read the many positive reviews on them from past customers and felt confident booking an appointment with them. Booking a convenient time for me was easy, thank goodness. So, day of appointment, Shiloh and his partner (I'm so sorry that I didn't catch his name!), arrived with a friendly greeting and were both ready to load the junk into their truck (I didn't have too much to begin with). Had a nice conversation with them, both polite and professional. They worked quickly and the whole thing took about 20 minutes or so. In the event I need junk hauling services again, I will definitely keep, "Bay Hauling" in mind, and recommend them to my friends & family if they need hauling services. Thanks again to the team at "Bay Hauling"! read more

Quick, efficient, friendly and professional. I have used them multiple times and plan to continue.

This business is to the rescue when you are ready to get rid of that eye sore of boxes, junk, furniture, knick knacks, those items you knew you'd never fix, and so forth! First off, calling to make an appointment is super easy! The phone reps pick up the phones, are friendly to speak to, and put you in their schedule as close to when you want them to stop by. For me, they scheduled me in 2 days and that was perfect. Victor and Shiloh were my super heroes! On the day of, they were very professional and courteous. I appreciated the call ahead of their scheduled time to let me know when they will be there. When businesses like theirs give time windows, I think it's best practice to respect your customer's time and they did just that. When they arrived, they were very approachable, took a look at the items, gave me an estimate, and I agreed. *To save time, you can take a pic of the items, text them, and they will provide an estimate. I had desks, bookshelves, boxes, paintings, etc and they were quick to throw them in their truck like they were empty shoe boxes! What are these guys eating?! Wheaties?! Drinking protein shakes?! I was amazed! Thanks Shiloh and Victor for the great work! I can totally exhale now and I have more space in the garage! read more

Over the last year and a half my house has been under construction. One way to save money was dealing with my own hauling of debris verses paying my contractor to hire his expensive guy and he marks it up 20%. I used Bay Hauling and cannot tell you how pleased I was with this choice. Seriously folks this is a well run company with employees who provide excellent service. Scheduling is so easy. The staff in the office is fantastic and provides great follow through if you need a construction dump receipt. The teams that do the pick up are fantastic- they work very hard and are very efficient. They are nice people too! Last but not least Bay Area Hauling's prices don't break the bank. I think I used them 8 or more times during my project. I would have paid 5 times the amount had I used my contractor. I highly recommend Bay Area Hauling. I wouldn't use anyone else. read more

Looking for a junk removal company? You have found it! I was referred by my sister and so glad I followed through with them. I called and was kindly greeted on the phone. Told her how much I had in my unit to get rid of and was given a reasonable quote. We were able to set up a two hour time frame for the next day for workers to come by and take a look at the junk and give an exact quote. She mentioned if I didn't want to follow through with the price, I could decline or they would be able to remove the junk on the spot. The next day, they promptly informed me they were 15 min away - they already knew I was in the same city. I met Jorge and Juan who were very professional and quick! They removed all my things in a matter of just 20 minutes and this was moving the things from the second floor down a flight of stairs! Thank you Bay Hauling! Seamless service from beginning to end. 5/5 stars! read more

from the initial contact my Mom immediately knew she made the right decision to go with bay hauling! this company was one of the two top recommendations we received when we lost our loved one and needing to do a complete haul/move out of everything that was left in the house when passed. the staff members from crew to the two siblings were top notch! they know immediately what we are experiencing. they are compassionate professional responsive and best of all a true hard working dedicated team. we needed so far 3 large trucks hauling in 2 mornings. they made themselves available knowing the urgency we are faced. my Mom is not only beyond relieved and but also beyond grateful for the team. thank you for going above and beyond and you guys shine above the rest! not only that they gave my Mom before and after pictures of every room upon her asking once the clean out was completed in the main level and rooms room. up next is basement read more

These guys were awesome! I called on a Sunday and Juan answered right away. He was able to walk me through the processes and even tried to see if he had any guys available to come that same day. Unfortunately not which is understandable but they came early the next day. This is my second time getting service from Bay Hauling! I really appreciate their over all service. They communicated with me very well and kept me updated throughout the process. I set up my appointment on the website, I texted them what I needed gone, and gave me the estimate. On the day of the pick up, they communicated with me to confirm my pick up, and I actually notified them ahead of time that I was going to be late of my pick up window. They relayed to me that they may be late as well but I had no problem with that! I understand that they may have other pick ups prior, I do live in Vacaville and the drive up can take longer, and I had nothing else to do but to clean. I really appreciate you guys!!! read more

I had a lot of anxiety figuring out what to do with all the junk from our garage and shed after spring cleaning. I've had lukewarm experiences trying to get quotes for junk removal in the past. I reached out to our local community FB page, and someone recommended Bay Hauling. I am so glad that I called them! From Brenda answering ALL my questions and texts to when Juan and the crew came for pick-up, all were EXCEPTIONALLY professional and are just all around nice people. To top it off, their prices are really reasonable! And now, we can park our car in the garage lol! Thank you Bay Hauling - you guys are the bestest! read more

I called several places that advertised junk removal with senior discounts. No one returned my calls except Juan Vallejos. In fact, he called me almost immediately after I'd sent in the request for a quote online. Juan came out the next day, looked over all my stuff and gave me a very fair quote, which then came in a very professional email. His company is nice to deal with. When the crew came out, they were really kind, respectful of my property and even went out of their way to make sure all the little pieces of garbage were all picked up. The next day Juan called and wanted to make certain all went well and that his crew was able to the job to my satisfaction. I'm in Concord and was surprised they came this far for junk. I will use them again as I'm just getting started on downsizing and I know I have tons more to get rid of. Thank you, Juan, and your great crew. read more

Bay Hauling is GREAT! I called around everywhere to try and donate a really big bookcase and everyone wanted to charge over $125 to $145 to pick up a donation!! Out of the kindness of their heart and conscious, Juan sent his guys that afternoon and picked up my bookcase and dropped it off to Goodwill. They even kindly picked up my donation slip!! This is what our community needs! Juan knew it was a donation and expressed how he would like to work with me and at the same time take care of his crew!! Thanks Bay Hauling for your professionalism and kindness!! read more
