I requested backyard clean up and hauling a few things. Two men came, one gentleman started cutting down the weeds the other placed the hauling items in the truck. The gentleman cutting the weeds was trying to do the best he could with no help from the other gentleman. When I looked at the work I requested that they cut down some more area. They are not good for backyard clean up. The one man that appeared to be the supervisor was rushing the gentleman that was working. He then stopped working and called to confirm the price with their manager. They may be okay for hauling but definitely not good for backyard clean up. I still need service for backyard clean up. read more

I found iHaul through a post on Nextdoor. Our call for an estimate was returned promptly. Sue gave us an estimate range. The pickup was arranged for a two hour block and the nice gentlemen who showed up to take our stuff were on time in that window. They took care with getting our stuff out of the house, including our giant couch would took them some serious effort to get outside. They were friendly and efficient. When they asked about our price range that was quoted to us, they went right down the middle which was more than fair. I would highly recommend iHaul if you're in the Concord area. read more
