Starting off with making an appointment - It was super easy. After a relative told me about them, I looked them up online and saw that I could make an online appointment. It was a simple fill in your information and appointment is set. Also, if you need to change anything, just give them a call and they change it really quickly. The day of the removal - They called and let me know that they were waiting for me at the site. I drove over and got them to the spot to remove the junk. They took a look at the stuff and gave me a reasonable quote. I gave them the okay and they removed the junk items. I think it was pretty cool of them to give me a quote after looking at all the items and before starting the work.
