I contacted Junk180 to do a hauling project for me. Wow, what a well-oiled machine their company is. Very impressed. They communicated every step of the way, which we appreciated. The gentleman (James) arrived on time, professional, and very helpful with every task that I needed done. We highly recommend Junk180 Hauling. We also highly recommend asking for James if you want your job done quick and reasonably priced. We will be using them again in the near future. Jerry read more

Junk180 was amazing.. The price was good.. Will definitely use them..They kept me updated about the arrival..

James did a fantastic job on our nasty hoarder situation. We had a tenant leave a huge mess behind and James was out within hours to take care of it for us. He got every last piece of junk out of the place and honored his quote, even though it ended up being even more work than he originally anticipated. I would definitely use Junk180 again. Thank you, James! read more

Junk 180 was responsive and prompt with an emailed estimate for removing our old hot tub. Kept in contact by text, updating on arrival of the truck, and provided names of the two gentlemen who would be hauling our item(s). Arrived on time, efficiently cut the HT in half, loaded their truck, cleaned up the area and were gone in less than 30 mins. Professionals from start to finish. Will definitely use again & recommend to friends, family & neighbors. read more

He swept the garage! (without my asking) and now I get to park my car in my garage :) read more

The whole process was very easy and convenient. James worked in a very friendly and professional manner.

Very happy with Junk 180! Junk 180 is a very affordable junk removal alternative. I have used them for 2 separate jobs and I was very happy with their price and work. I liked the idea of the "free estimate" given at the job site. You have the opportunity to turn down the estimate with no pressure! I would use them for a 3rd time. read more

Roy and James came out same day after popular Junk company called to say I was out of there area. Called them at 2:30 and they swooped in and we're done by 6! Much better price and they were very friendly! Don't use any other junk removal company that gives you icky used car salesman feeling and charges WAY to much when you can use these guys! Would happily use them Junk180 again! Use them! You won't regret it!! read more

This morning I posted, on Yelp, need (with photo's) for estimate to remove a deconstructed BBQ island. Junk 180 was first to reply, to include estimated price range. They also said they were available today. After receiving responses from other companies with similar estimates, I chose to go with Junk 180. The driver, Steve, called 30 minutes before arriving. He couldn't have been nicer, was professional, , and was courteous in exercising carefulness in removing the debris. Couldn't be happier with the experience to include the price. Thanks Steve. read more

On time and courteous. Did a great job removing a bunch of junk in my garage for spring cleaning. A bit expensive in my own opinion to remove junk , but as they say time is money...my garage is back to clean! Would recommend and use them again. read more

Professional! Really liked the automated appointment confirmation texts and a call when they were on the way. Little things that are so simple that some companies forget to do. These guys are without a doubt the best service and business I've used in a very long time. Arrive on time, give a fair estimate at the outset and don't waiver from that. Neat, pleasant and respective of your property. Besides that I checked, they are legit, all licenses, insurances and disposal where junk is supposed to go. Have used them multiple times and always superior service. Let's support this small local business. read more

I just met with Roy. He's built like Gronkowski (an attribute that you'd look for in a good mover), but soft-spoken, patient, and knowledgable. He provided me a phenomenal quote that was low enough that I had him look at my storage locker, which I hadn't even considered. When I take a peak at the things I plan to toss, I won't hesitate to use these guys (and write another review.) (BTW, Roy has worked for that other company whose name you've heard through their myriad advertisements.) read more

Response time and pick up arrangement was quick and painless. I Took a few pics sent them in, got a quote and he was here next day moving my junk into his truck. He was a one man show for the amount of stuff I had and handled it like a pro he left the area clean. read more

This is my 1st ever social media post because the superior service and professionalism from James owner of Junk180 came through when I needed him. I called on a Sunday and my 2 storage units were emptied by 5 pm that afternoon. Reasonable pricing and fast service. If you don't know what to do with 'your junk?' Call Junk180, the value is there. read more

Just happen to find this business on Google. We were going to rent a dumpster but that was way more expensive. Found this business and I'm glad I went with them. Good communication, fair price, and hard working. I will definitely use them again. read more

This company is amazing. Needed to make space in my garage and slowly trying to clean the basement so was just looking at hauling companies out of curiosity. James responded right after my inquiry and was very professional and responsive. He scheduled the next day! Right on time and took just under ten minutes. Very happy to get rid of junk I had been ignoring for years. Highly highly recommend this company and I will definitely be contacting them again if I find more junk. read more

James and his associate are fearless, professional, dedicated and, most importantly, honest. I wish that I'd come to them years ago. They helped me clean out my mother's home after more than 20 years of neglect and accumulation. It is impossible to describe the burden this has been on my mind and relationships for decades now. If you or a loved one are dealing with anything similar, James' Junk180 is an excellent resource and I expose these details, though uncomfortable, to encourage you to reach out NOW. These situations don't get better on their own and no amount of painful sorting and cleaning at annual intervals will stop the build up and decay. It was not an easy situation, as both my mother and I were present for the clean out and there was quite a bit of emotional baggage on display to accompany the actual baggage. They did not falter in their professionalism or their work. James has that miraculous combination of total competence and a manner that inspires trust and comfort. You know the job is going to get done, you know you're going to get a fair and honest price as previously agreed upon, and you're going to be treated with respect and courtesy along the way. We talked to several companies. One even gave us a lower price, with a range, but I have ZERO doubts but that we would've ended up paying, at least, as much with a more difficult, time consuming and fraught process had we used anyone else. read more

After shopping around for a trash dump hauling company, after reading lots of reviews, I decided to stay local in Benicia, and went with James at JUNK180. James responded to my quote request in minutes. I was lucky to get an appointment the very next day. Lots of good communication by text and phone. Zack called and arrived on time. Was very fair on pricing on my junk all over my side and backyard. Zack is very professional, polite, and a hard worker. He went the extra mile and made sure we had everything and made my side yard look amazing. I highly recommend their services. They accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. read more

They did a fantastic job. I requested some quotes through Yelp and they were responsive, reasonably priced, and local! They committed to a time, called about 40 minutes before arrival, were on time and the quote came right in on the estimate. They got to work immediately, and did an amazing job cleaning up. They swept and made sure that they got everything we requested! Our side yard has never looked better. We can finally play basketball again! They were even kind to my 2 year old, who watched them like a hawk because he was so interested. Thanks to the crew for the hard, efficient, well-priced work. read more

Customer service was great, both on the phone and in-person. But, the prices are absurd. It took about 10 minutes to clear out the trash which cost $175. We even had the trash ready for pick up at the curb. Looks like you have to haggle and I hate that when the same service costs different price to different people. Do not recommend. read more

I I was a little nervous when I made this appointment. It was because they were unable to give me an estimate on how much it would cost. They needed to see the amount of junk I had that needed to go to the dump. The gentleman arrived exactly on time, he called me first to let me know what time he would arrive that day. He was very cheerful and friendly and gave me a fair price for the junk removal. I was very impressed on how quickly the job was done. I recommend junk 180 read more

I called on a Sunday at 1:30, and James (Company Owner) showed up at the job a couple hours later, right on time. James gave me an upfront quote and got to work. I used Junk180 to do a home cleanout. James and his team not only were quick and efficient, but they even took the little extra time to sort through and set aside photos and other keepsake pieces that I would've otherwise missed.
