They promised to show up at 7am. It's now past 8am and they still have not arrived. I've called and left a message, but I've yet to hear back from them. I need to get my baby to day care, and they've managed to throw off the timing of the entire day for me and my child. They were recommended to us, so I know they must have been good... at some point. I haven't met them yet, but they appear to lack professionalism and customer service. They shouldn't promise an arrival time unless they can actually live up to their word. I called Patrick's phone to ask for service and it went to voice mail and the vm box was full so I couldn't leave a message but he called me back almost before I could hang up! I was impressed because it was the middle of the day on a Thursday and I would guess that he was very busy. Patrick and his crew showed up a couple of hours later that same day, I showed him several piles of junk on my property and he gave me a very fair quote and I told him to "do it". They loaded up everything very efficiently and even swept up the areas where the junk was piled. Patrick is a very nice gentleman and the young guys on his crew seemed very happy to do this dirty, physical work. If I see happy guys working hard I have a huge amount of respect for them. They went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to call them again. We had a ton of yard waste to be removed from our property. It took then a long time because there was so much but they didn't just haul it away. They cleaned up all the leaves and used a blower on the yard and made it look beautiful.
