Allen's crew for the win! I made an impulse buy online and needed help loading a piano into my trailer. Friends showed up to help but it was too much for us. We called Allen's and he had a team ready and able. They were polite, friendly, strong and respectful of the antique. They had it quickly loaded and strapped down. We were on the road in no time! I highly recommend them. read more

Allen's Hauling is wonderful ! To find such a business in this day and age of indifference to pleasing customers Allen represents the exact opposite attitude. He answered the phone immediately and pleasantly. I am slow and disabled, needing a walker. Allen patiently followed me around while I pointed out what was junk among he piles of stuff in the yard and garage. His workers were patient and polite Best of all-he gave me a great estimate. You will love his service. Napa CA read more

I spoke with Patrick and he agreed to come by, look at the job and give me an estimate. No call - no show. After reading through the reviews, it looks like this is standard behavior for him. Just a waste of time dealing with this fellow. read more

I can't say enough good words for Allen's Hailing ! They were super responsive and came same day for a quote. The pricing was straight forward and pretty affordable considering their work. We have used Allen's a few times now. They arrive on time and sometimes even same or next day. They are friendly, reliable and fairly priced. As we pare down to a simpler lifestyle, we will definitely be calling you again! read more

My family has used Allen and his crew for yard cleanup and junk removal for many years, he always shows up at the agreed time, is a great fellow to do business with and every job he has done for us was completed and everything was left clean. read more

They promised to show up at 7am. It's now past 8am and they still have not arrived. I've called and left a message, but I've yet to hear back from them. I need to get my baby to day care, and they've managed to throw off the timing of the entire day for me and my child. They were recommended to us, so I know they must have been good... at some point. I haven't met them yet, but they appear to lack professionalism and customer service. They shouldn't promise an arrival time unless they can actually live up to their word. As an update, they never showed and never called. read more

They went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to call them again. We had a ton of yard waste to be removed from our property. It took then a long time because there was so much but they didn't just haul it away. They cleaned up all the leaves and used a blower on the yard and made it look beautiful. Not something I expected from a hailing company but I appreciated it so much. read more

We used Allen's Hauling during a recent move. Our decision to use a hauling service was last minute as we discovered we had much more to get rid of than we imagined. We actually had them make two trips on two separate days. They were pleasant, prompt, and fast as well as very reasonably priced! I definitely recommend! read more

I highly recommend Allen's Hauling. Very professional, fast, courteous. We will use them again!

I called Patrick's phone to ask for service and it went to voice mail and the vm box was full so I couldn't leave a message but he called me back almost before I could hang up! I was impressed because it was the middle of the day on a Thursday and I would guess that he was very busy. Patrick and his crew showed up a couple of hours later that same day, I showed him several piles of junk on my property and he gave me a very fair quote and I told him to "do it". They loaded up everything very efficiently and even swept up the areas where the junk was piled. Patrick is a very nice gentleman and the young guys on his crew seemed very happy to do this dirty, physical work. If I see happy guys working hard I have a huge amount of respect for them. I will be calling Patrick whenever I need junk cleaned up and hauled away. read more

They took away a huge load of everything from construction debris to furniture at what I thought was a fair price given how many trips to the dump it would have taken me in my pickup. They were friendly, fast, and cleaned up after they loaded. Would definitely call them again. read more

I called and scheduled a time for Allen's hauling to stop by and pick up some items I needed out of my patio. They scheduled a Saturday time frame in the morning. As the day went on, no one had come by or called. I called later that evening to see if any one was going to come by. It's been a week and haven't been contacted. I would have appreciated better communication. Unfortunately for Allen's Hauling, I went with another company. read more

Very professional, polite. Arrived when they said they would and got the job done. I will use again and recommend for sure.
