I just finished with a first time visit with Napa Valley Hauling. Found them via a Yelp search. Thanks to the community for a great resource. Team of two, led by Jesus, was right on time per the request I made on their easy online platform. Received an email confirmation and a text with an update on arrival time the morning of the service. Good start. The two fellows were super friendly, professional and unbelievably fast. They shook my hand to introduce themselves and shook my hand when the job was done. I know it is all about the hauling but it tells me that the guys that work for this company, doing hard work, are all class. Last moment of truth. I pre-paid for a 3/4 of a truck. They realized I only needed about 1/2 the truck, so they will issue a credit for the overpayment. Highly recommend this excellent, professional and ethical company. read more

I had a large, recliner sofa that needed to be hauled away. I searched NextDoor and found great referrals for Napa Valley Hauling. I sent a picture, got a quote and scheduled an appointment. Their team arrived and took away my headache...err, sofa. Would hire again! Friendly and professional. Good value. Payment was exceptionally easy. read more

Napa Valley hauling did a awesome job once again, had them pick up my old artificial grass. What a mess! They were so friendly and cleaned everything like new. The guys explained everything exactly right and were in and out quickly at an excellent price. Great Job, Thanks to Chris and the team at Napa Valley Hauling , I will definitely be using them again soon. read more

I am the Director of Engineering at the 5-star Stanly Ranch in Napa Valley, Ca. I was looking for a hauling service that could assist me in the removal of old equipment and junk around the property. We scheduled a walk of all areas and their response was in all areas "We can handle this no problem" We scheduled service the next day and they showed up with several trucks and a crew of very professional employees that were friendly and knowledgeable. Their team worked safely and efficiently. I was highly impressed. Their cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Napa Valley Hauling to any company that has a need for general clean up at both residential and commercial properties. Thank you guys for the 5-star service you provided my team and in the future you will be the only company I will even consider at Stanly Ranch. Brian Manning Director of Engineering read more

I used these fine folks a second time to get rid of some pretty bulky, awkward construction debris. They were just as professional, prompt, and affordable as the first time I used them, went above and beyond cleaning the area where I had the stuff piled, and all in the 100+ degree heat with a smile. read more

Napa Valley Hauling is very responsive and quick to respond to our hauling needs. As a business it is important to keep our facility clean. I can call and they will show up either the next day or within days of my calling. I would recommend them if you have any hauling needs. read more

Chris' team is fantastic! If you are ever in need of hauling in the Napa Valley, this is the company to call. They are super easy to schedule (online, call or text) and their response time is amazing. I'll be recommending them to everyone who needs hauling. read more

Very responsive and professional. Such a pleasure to work with these guys! Highly recommended! I would never call anyone else to haul stuff in Napa; you won't find better service at a reasonable price. read more

Just used NVH myself, less than a week ago. I had an old sliding glass door, several extra large card board boxes from online purchases (too large and too many for recycling can), random wood found in the yard and an old large ottoman that needed to go. Chris and his team came out and cleared out my unsightly side yard within 10 minutes. They were also respectful of my property and were careful when moving items from the side yard to the front of the house. My recommendation is to call them if you need someone to discard items from your house or your yard. They make it painless. read more

I had a really small job in Napa and Napa Valley Hauling was very fair in pricing, showed up on time, and got the job done.

Amazing experience! Sent in a request for information on a Sunday afternoon. Heard back within a couple of hours. NVH came over to pick up my construction waste quickly, efficiently with great communication. Even texted me to let me know they were running a bit behind. Makes me wish I had more stuff to get rid of. Really a pleasure to work with! read more

These guys were friendly and professional, easy to deal with, and got the job done quickly. What's left to say? Oh yeah... the price was fair, and it was nice to get a quote for the job up-front on their website instead of having to play phone tag. read more

Napa Valley Hauling was on time, professional and efficient. It felt great to get rid of a giant pile of junk. We are selling our house.

We had 6 old, large and bulky chaise lounges that were continuing to degrade in the weather and decided that it was time to part ways. My wife called Napa Valley Hauling and they were quick to schedule a visit to estimate the cost to take them away. We live out in Coombsville and on a very cold New Year's Eve morning the truck arrived promptly and Miguel and Angel handled the job professionally, courteously and quickly. The cost was reasonable and those two were outstanding from start to finish. We will use NVH again! read more

If I were to get into the hauling business I would model it after NVH. Workers on time and clearly cared about a job well done. Competitive too. David W St Helena read more

So we are moving and downsizing and had to get rid a bunch of stuff. Miguel and Angel showed up on time and ready to rock. They were professional and friendly and very fast. We had a few things that had to be brought down some stairs. Now some movers will sigh and give some kind of look, but not these guys, they couldn't wait to get the stuff. They actually made us feel like we were doing them a favor letting them take away our junk. Great customer service and very professional folks all around. We highly recommend this service. read more

Great service fast easy and affordable they came out the same day I called and got the job done

Terrific service! You know how it is... you start one thing and it leads you to another. Before you know it, the job is overwhelming. I had a garage and workshop FULL of junk, but every time I looked at it I just couldn't deal with it. Now that we're stuck at home I started a new project and needed to get rid of the junk it created, and that meant having to deal with all the rest of it. I did some research online on a Sunday and decided I wanted to go with a company that is "in the business" instead of choosing a home based individual offering services. Being a homeowner, I wanted to be sure the vendor I chose was licensed and insured. Napa Valley Hauling had great reviews, and good pricing. I called Monday morning and was able to schedule a pickup date on Saturday (Thursday was available, but I couldn't be ready by then!) The crew of 2 was efficient and pleasant to work with. They had the first truckload filled within a couple of hours and came back twice more during the day to finish up - even swept out the garage when they were done! We had to estimate how big the load would be and what the cost would be. I figured it would be something over 1 truckload, but couldn't be sure how much more. To be safe, I budgeted for 1 1/2 trucks. The crew chief gave me his best guess once he was able to see everything and they made sure they got it all in 1 1/2 loads. What an awesome job! I can't say enough about this company. They've earned my business for sure! And I've already told two friends... Pat read more

They were on time....very nice and quite efficient. My upstairs neighbor asked if they would help dismantle & remove an old bamboo fence and they were very obliging. I highly recommend this company! read more

Napa Valley Hauling was the easiest company to work with. I needed couches hauled out of my apartment immediately so I gave them a call and they were able to come out first thing the next day. They showed up right on time and two great guys quickly hauled the couches away. They took card payment at the truck so that was very easy. Prices were actually much lower than other companies that I had called that had no time for me. Would definitely recommend! read more
