Just used NVH myself, less than a week ago. I had an old sliding glass door, several extra large card board boxes from online purchases (too large and too many for recycling can), random wood found in the yard and an old large ottoman that needed to go. Chris and his team came out and cleared out my unsightly side yard within 10 minutes. They were also respectful of my property and were careful when moving items from the side yard to the front of the house. Terrific service! You know how it is... you start one thing and it leads you to another. Before you know it, the job is overwhelming. I had a garage and workshop FULL of junk, but every time I looked at it I just couldn't deal with it. Now that we're stuck at home I started a new project and needed to get rid of the junk it created, and that meant having to deal with all the rest of it. I did some research online on a Sunday and decided I wanted to go with a company that is "in the business" instead of choosing a home based individual offering services. Being a homeowner, I wanted to be sure the vendor I chose was licensed and insured. Napa Valley Hauling had great reviews, and good pricing. I called Monday morning and was able to schedule a pickup date on Saturday (Thursday was available, but I couldn't be ready by then!) The crew of 2 was efficient and pleasant to work with. They had the first truckload filled within a couple of hours and came back twice more during the day to finish up - even swept out the garage when they were done! We had to estimate how big the load would be and what the cost would be. I figured it would be something over 1 truckload, but couldn't be sure how much more. To be safe, I budgeted for 1 1/2 trucks. The crew chief gave me his best guess once he was able to see everything and they made sure they got it all in 1 1/2 loads. What an awesome job! I can't say enough about this company.
