1.5 years later, and we've called Bob (the owner) an additional 3 times. He's still punctual, on top of communication, and a joy to interact with. I don't worry about doing projects in the house or yard anymore, since one of the many headaches of changing things in a home (junk or trash removal) is no longer a concern. If you're not sure about calling him, just do it already. He's great to work with, is respectful of your space, and does a fantastic job, every time. read more

THANK YOU ECO JUNK! We have been trying to get rid of that couch for months now. No one wanted to buy it, we tried giving it away for free on Facebook and people would be interested then go MIA. We found Eco Junk on Yelp and Robert responded via Yelp really quick and a great quote. We found a time they could come by and pick it up. He gave us a lower price if the couch was curbside and ready to go. We put it out last night and they came by and picked it up this morning. You rock! If we ever need junk removal again we are calling Robert! read more

Eco Junk - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

Bob takes the guilt out of getting rid of junk because he goes out of his way to recycle as much as possible - even though he doesn't make any money from taking this extra step. He does it because it's the right thing to do. On top of that, he's prompt, reasonably-priced, friendly and professional with a big truck equipped with a hydraulic lift. As someone famously said about throwing things away, "There is no such thing as 'away' any more." Call this company if you care about keeping stuff out of the landfill - and we all should care. read more

Bob, the owner, is hands down a good guy! He communicated over a couple days through text after having one conversation over the phone. That was my preference of course, not his. He was very patient, kind, and always responded in a timely manner. When he arrived, I was told that he was so fast and efficient! His company provides a great team that you can trust in your home. Definitely use this company if you want a reliable and fast service. read more

I had a lot of awkward items that needed to be trashed and couldn't be donated. The team came out to help remove metal poles, rugs, and old chairs . Responded quickly and were able to accommodate same day service! read more

Eco Junk - Junk removal - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

Bob is always so great and responsive. He turned my side yard from junk yard back to garden.

Bob (the owner) was great. I had a treadmill and a bunch of junk I needed to get rid of in my backyard and he took it away with ease. I thought his price was very fair; considering what we needed removed. He's very personable and friendly to work with and I don't doubt I'll be coming back to him again. A+ service! read more

Bob is the best! He literally just drove away and I had to leave a review ASAP. I was getting rid of a ton of old broken furniture and not only was he the cheapest price I found, he was very responsive via text. I sent him everything we were getting rid of with a few pics and I was given a quote, booked for a date and time and confirmed by the end of the day! Over the weekend, Bob called me to let me know that the Warriors parade and the massive crowds may throw a wrench in his schedule that day and wouldn't want to be late to our allotted time. I was very impressed that he thought of that ahead of time and didn't want to inconvenience me. He came today, a day early, to get it all done. When he arrived he mentioned that he usually comes with a couple of guys but given the time change he just came alone. Not only did he do it all by himself up and down my flight of stairs (he refused to let me help), HE DID IT IN UNDER AN HOUR. Bob is professional, prompt, affordable and such a nice guy! read more

Extremely unprofessional in a bizarre way. Scheduled pickup for an item via email, they never showed up, I reached out to check in, and then Eco Junk sent a nasty email *to me* stating the correct appointment time that they missed (I suspect they had an internal calendar confusion and chose to lash out in anger? So weird.). Look elsewhere! read more

Let me begin by saying, if you need anything hauled, these are the guys for you! I literally contacted Bob and this company yesterday and we were able to schedule a pickup for today! I mean a 1 day turnaround. He was incredibly responsive, timely, professional and friendly! These gentlemen had to have only been here for 20 minutes max...and in addition to removing everything, he even swept up the remaining debris! I am beyond impressed. Just incredibly friendly and on point service wise. I am a very loyal person so i can say with the upmost certainty that when i need hauling or junk removal in the future, this company will be my go to. I promise you folks, you wont be disappointed. Thanks Bob and Michael for helping this mom to be get her home ready for our new bundle of joy!!! read more

Bob was fantastic and pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone looking for trash/recycling removal in his supported area.

I have used Eco Junk several times now and will continue to do so. They are very responsive, timely, efficient and have fair prices for removal. They do contactless pickup and payment during SIP. Definitely a business to support! Thank you Eco Junk! read more

I contacted them for a quote to pick up an upright piano, and they came to pick it up the NEXT DAY ON A SUNDAY! They were fast, responsive, and very nice. I got quotes from several other companies, and they were definitely the cheapest. It says vallejo area, but they do a lot of work in the bay area in general, and they came down to the east bay for me no problem. They also give you discounts if you move the item out of your house/apartment for them to pick up curbside/parking area. From now on, definitely my go-to guys for junk removal. read more

Great service! Junk removal is a life saver, and I love that they divert as much as they can from the landfill

All the other reviews were spot on. I'm very happy with the service I received from Eco Junk. Bob was great to work with and was fast considering the amount of stuff I was purging and that he did all the work himself. Fee was very reasonable. Would use this service again and highly recommend this to anyone looking to get rid of their junk. read more

From the moment of first contact, Bob impressed me with his professionalism, timely and fair quote. We agreed upon a price, a date and time. Bob delivered excellent service. Bob and crew were awesome. Called to say he could come earlier than the Appt time if we liked, which was appreciated. We had about a half truckload of a mixture of junk and furniture and they were quick, efficient and did no damage (even though they had to move some large furniture pieces from the second floor). Very friendly and courteous. Bob is the kind of guy you wish ran every business out there. Will definitely use Eco Junk again. read more

You guys I am SO impressed! After we moved, we had a junky mattress, box spring and frame that needed to get thrown out. My landlord was going to charge me $200 for junk removal. I called 1-800- GOTJUNK and was also going to be charged $200. I was SO upset, so expensive to get rid of. I reached out to Bob for a quote and he was so quick to respond and give me a quote. By the next morning Bob was at the apartment ready to move everything out for $89!!!! Great customer service, friendly, quick and affordable! Will use again FOR SURE read more

It's been a few weeks, but I really wanted to make sure I wrote this review praising EcoJunk for the incredibly reasonable estimate, the prompt and professional service, and the ease of working with them. I will definitely be using them in the future, and I am giving their name and number to friends as well. Their estimate was HALF of the others. I sent all the pictures they requested, and was very honest about what we had to haul--but I still thought it was too good to be true and was almost expecting a fight when they got here. Instead, I got great guys, no upsale or extra charges, and great, clean work. I have never been more impressed with a hauling service. I would give them more stars if it was possible. read more
