So I scheduled my appointment for 8am-10am. I was emailed asking to come at 9:30ish ....ok fine. 9:50am comes and no one is here nor has anyone called. I then emailed to complain because I had to leave by 10am for another appointment (shouldn't had to tell them this prior since I had a window time). I then received an email at 10:12am stating they were at my place and I didn't tell them it was 3-stories (like it mattered). The frustrating part was that even though they arrived PAST the window time. They NEVER apologized for not arriving when they should have or try to offer to make it up, considering I took time off of work for this and am moving next week!!?? Just said "sorry for the confusion" on top of continuously making excuses. It would have been fine for them to come at 10:12am if my window was 10am to 12pm. But it wasn't! It was 8am to 10am. Now I have to take another day off work and hopefully find a company that can remove the items by this weekend!! I definitely learned my lesson, cheaper does not always mean better. read more

Bob went above and beyond what was expected when we apparently forgot to give him our exact address. He tried to find us, gave up, then turned around and came back when I called.
