1 Star -- Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Experience I wish I could give zero stars. I called this junk removal company and even sent them pictures of the trash in my front yard to get a price quote. I mentioned right away that I was getting quotes from a few places since I'm on a strict budget. Instead of being understanding, the person I spoke with got extremely rude and used profanity, saying I was "wasting their f***ing time." I tried to explain nicely that I'm just looking for the most affordable option, but he became pushy and kept trying to pressure me into booking immediately. When I told him how unprofessional he was being, he continued to insult me and said I was a waste of time. I completely understand that businesses like this need to keep moving, but you can't force someone to hire you on the spot--especially when they're just starting to look around. Because of how uncomfortable this interaction made me, I went with another company that was actually more expensive, simply because they treated me with respect. It's a shame because I would have gone with this company based on price alone, but their attitude and language were completely unacceptable.
