I was quoted one price and I sent him pics. 5 days before I scheduled the pick up once he gets there he's like oh no that's no what I got so I'm trying to show him the text messages with the pics he refuses to look at kept saying not going to argue with. We have used them in the past, and their rates have always been great. The last 2 times we used the rates felt like double. We are moving house and have several runs that need doing.I called him and asked why he was so expensive. 1 Star -- Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Experience I wish I could give zero stars. I called this junk removal company and even sent them pictures of the trash in my front yard to get a price quote. I mentioned right away that I was getting quotes from a few places since I'm on a strict budget. Instead of being understanding, the person I spoke with got extremely rude and used profanity, saying I was "wasting their f***ing time." I tried to explain nicely that I'm just looking for the most affordable option, but he became pushy and kept trying to pressure me into booking immediately. When I told him how unprofessional he was being, he continued to insult me and said I was a waste of time. I completely understand that businesses like this need to keep moving, but you can't force someone to hire you on the spot--especially when they're just starting to look around. Because of how uncomfortable this interaction made me, I went with another company that was actually more expensive, simply because they treated me with respect. It's a shame because I would have gone with this company based on price alone, but their attitude and language were completely unacceptable.
