Highly recommend PJ's Junk Removal! I had a great experience from start to finish. I spoke with PJ on the phone and he was able to come by the very next day to give me an estimate. I was happy with the price, and him and his crew were able to haul everything away right then and there. They worked quickly, cleaned up the area afterward, and had great communication throughout the whole process. Overall, excellent service and I would definitely use them again! read more

I was quoted one price and I sent him pics. 5 days before I scheduled the pick up once he gets there he's like oh no that's no what I got so I'm trying to show him the text messages with the pics he refuses to look at kept saying not going to argue with. Yeah I'm not arguing with you either but this will be last time I use your service. Mind you I've bn using him the past few years. The owner is rude and nasty. I will take my hard earned money somewhere else. These are pics I sent him with his price quote. Im not mad about the price increase it's how rude he was and how disrespectful he was talking to me read more

We've used PJ's Junk Removal three times now, and honestly -- we wouldn't call anyone else. They've removed an old fence for us twice and even knocked down and hauled away our shed, and every single experience has been outstanding. Their communication is top-notch, the crew is incredibly friendly and professional, and they show up exactly when they say they will (which alone deserves five stars these days!). They work efficiently, clean everything up afterward, and consistently go above and beyond expectations. If you need junk removal, save yourself the time researching and just hire PJ's. Reliable, hardworking, and truly great to work with. We'll absolutely continue using them and recommending them to everyone we know. read more

We have used them in the past, and their rates have always been great. The last 2 times we used the rates felt like double. We are moving house and have several runs that need doing.I called him and asked why he was so expensive. He started talking about Gas and food, etc. He had zero interest in making a deal for multiple runs. Not the company I used to work with. He is grumpy and does not care. Good luck to him. read more

Just a late update, we used them again last year. Owner was grumpy and moody. A big change from previous service. They left debris on the sidewalk. Uncomfortable unprofessional feeling. read more

Pj and his team came bright and early (7:00) to cleanup my junk. PJ told me not to worry it, go take care of the kids and they got it covered! So I went back to work and next thing you know they were done they picked up everything and blew the dirt/dust off my driveway in less an hour. I am amazed at the level of service provided every time I book them. Highly recommended! read more

I contacted this company for the removal of a sofa and a loveseat. This company was very responsive, friendly and quick! The time between contacting them for a quote and the team arriving to my home was less than 12 hours. They were in and out in 10 minutes. They were also the most reasonably priced of all the companies I had reached out to. read more

Updated response: It makes NO sense that you can quote the exact amount you think another company would charged based on a picture and you cannot give a low end high end estimate that you would charge on the SAME exact picture. ZERO SENSE. You want to give a quote in person, okay... but then get upset to the point you have to hang up because I didn't tell you the exact amount someone else paid for different trash? Interesting. I gave you the courtesy of responding with a general idea and you repeat. "No matter how you rephrase it. It will be the same response. $100. because you want a #." 90% of my reviews are 1-3 stars? Funny, I have given SIXTEEN 5 stars ZERO 3 stars ONE 2 star SIX 1 star reviews (including yours), FIVE in 12 years. You need to go back to the basics of MATH. That is 29% 1-2 star reviews. With you included. NOT 90% And how does this determine ALL my interactions? Odd thing to mention which has NOTHING to do with my VALID complaint about how unprofessionally you run your business. It actually validates it further. Childish and unprofessional. Like I said, Yolanda is SPOT ON with her review and you just confirmed it in your response. ----------------------------------------------------------- Yolanda is absolutely right. SPOT ON. I had the EXACT same experience. He lost our business because of his pride and rigid, robotic attitude. We're in a tough spot, and instead of being helpful, he kept repeating the same thing over and over. I even showed him pictures and asked for a range--low end to high end--and his response was, "$100, since you want me to say something." & "No matter how you rephrase it, the answer will be the same. I need to see it in person." Completely unprofessional. When he told me what others would charge when he saw my trash "$1600" I explained it was less than half that amount, though I wasn't sure of the exact figure. Funny he could quote the exact amount other people would charge but couldn't give me low end/high end. ‍ Instead of working with me, he hung up the phone because I didn't know the precise amount someone else paid for trash removal (which wasn't even the same trash). He won't give a general idea, but he demands an exact price? I was clear it was less than half of what he quoted, which should've been enough to give him a ballpark. Instead, he gave me the same robotic, unprofessional response: "No matter how you rephrase it, the answer will be the same. I need to see it in person." That attitude just doesn't work when people are looking for solutions. read more

My parents requested service for a hot tub removal along with lots of other items from their recent backyard clean out. PJ's crew were very professional, efficient and all around genuine people. The topping on the cake for me was that I live next door to my parents and asked for an estimate to haul away my pretty large patio table. Not only did they take it right then, the super "special price" they gave me was unbeatable & very much appreciated! I cannot recommend this company enough for all your hauling needs. This is not the first time we have used PJ's and it definitely won't be the last. Thank you again for your kindness, it goes a long way!! read more

1 Star -- Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Experience I wish I could give zero stars. I called this junk removal company and even sent them pictures of the trash in my front yard to get a price quote. I mentioned right away that I was getting quotes from a few places since I'm on a strict budget. Instead of being understanding, the person I spoke with got extremely rude and used profanity, saying I was "wasting their f***ing time." I tried to explain nicely that I'm just looking for the most affordable option, but he became pushy and kept trying to pressure me into booking immediately. When I told him how unprofessional he was being, he continued to insult me and said I was a waste of time. I completely understand that businesses like this need to keep moving, but you can't force someone to hire you on the spot--especially when they're just starting to look around. Because of how uncomfortable this interaction made me, I went with another company that was actually more expensive, simply because they treated me with respect. It's a shame because I would have gone with this company based on price alone, but their attitude and language were completely unacceptable. I hope they take this as a lesson to be more patient and respectful toward potential customers. I would never recommend this company to anyone, no matter how cheap they are. read more

I contacted the owner if he can do an area further away. Since he is located up in the 707 area. He came back to me. With a response that I wanted to hear. Forwarded photos of the project. I highly recommend this company for any bulk haul away needs. Very excellent. I will use this company in the future. We're so happy with the outcome. Thank you so much.
