Just moved in to new home. Needed top to bottom cleaning after months of neglect. The crew from Charlene's did not miss a spot. The care attention they paid to our home was like they were cleaning their own home. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We made a contract for them to come back once a month and looking forward to the next cleaning. read more

Got my screens repaired by this business. Found the next day the screen was not sealed and was ripped on the bottom again.. very poor job would not recommend. Also got an estimate for a house cleaning and was quoted $950. Insane. read more

I have used the blind cleaning service a few times and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I cannot recommend Get It Clean with Charlene enough! Short of purchasing all new blinds with my recent remodel I decided to bring them to Mike to not only clean but also fix a few of them. I have had these blinds for approximately 25+ years so I just wasnt sure but when I picked the last one up yesterday it literally looked just like the day I purchased it. The turnaround time was fast, the price is so reasonable but what I appreciate the most is the kindness of not only Mike's customer service but also Charlene. If you think you need to drop a ton of money into new blinds because they just aren't working right or the thought of cleaning them is, well, not fun, you don't.....call Mike...you will be happy you did. read more

I was promptly responded to by Mike as I needed to set up a few appointments to have my gutters cleaned and to have my dryer vent cleaned. Mike and Charlene provided clear and concise communication over the phone. They were very friendly. Mike showed up on time, even a few minutes early, for both appointments. He went above and beyond to assist in making some minor corrections to my dryer vent. He was very reliable, knowledgeable and did the job within a timely, efficient manner. Great customer service! I highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

They did a great job on our windows. Later, I asked for them to replace the screen on our patio door. Great screen. Our cat climbs it and no big deal. read more

I've lived in my apartment for 5 years now and the windows have been big thing I wanted clean. I've had a few housekeepers who included it but as time went on they wanted to charge extra. Well I'd rather hire a company that has a specialty in it! So as one does I took to Facebook groups and received a ton of referrals for Get It Clean With Charlene so I contacted Michael through email. I provided snapshots of the windows and he provided me a very fair price. We originally were going to meet last week but my work schedule went crazy. Michael and his assistant came out today and cleaned my windows. They were here about an hour and did an amazing job. They got right to work and worked as a cohesive team. Sadly there was one window with an overlapping pane that was screwed in that he couldn't do in between and did indeed give me a discount which I appreciated! Given how well they worked and amazing the outcome I did return the favor! If I had to add 1 negative to this review though is appointment "time". It was more of a rough time-frame suggestion but I was glad I was still available. But as someone who is fanatical about time management having to make sure to be available during a big time-frame was a little off-putting. BUT rest assured Get It Clean With Charlene I will be in touch in about 6 months to do the windows again! I'm a fan! read more

Came to our house today and cleaned all windows and window tracks. We have a sunroom so there was a considerable amount of glass to clean. On time and worked in a timely manner, also added a few extras last minute which they willingly did. We are very pleased with the work they did for us. We will have them back next year to clean our house windows! I would highly recommend them! Very professional team! read more

Never use this company! They came out the first time and did a decent job. The second time they were 4 hours late and then literally cleaned only half of what was supposed to be done. They skipped an entire bathroom altogether and then did a very quick "wipe down" of the rest. There was still spilled coffee drips on my floor that they "mopped", urine on the bottom of the toilets, hard water stains on my shower doors, and toothpaste in the sinks of the areas that they did "clean". Literally the only things I had them out for was the bathrooms and the mopping of my downstairs. When I contacted Charlene she made many excuses and wanted to send another crew out. You literally took up my whole Friday already and now you want to send out more people? I just want my money back and can't seem to get it. I am sooo beyond annoyed and disgusted. The photos attached are of the bathroom they actually did "clean" read more

Where's our refund? This is basically a group of scammers, anything after the initial cleaning is poor, lazy, and late work. The owner refuses to answer after cashing a check that shouldn't have been cashed. These people are shady. read more

OMG the greatest service. Every time they come it's such a friendly feel and trust worthy group people. Our bathrooms are sparkling clean!!!

Charlene is the owner of this reasonably priced cleaning service. The cleaning services are excellent & reliable. Ashley & Sarah do a superb job on our house, inhabited by a shedding yellow lab! Our place is always spic & span when they are done. read more

Have this company do a regular two week cleaning and started off really good. They covered everything and only missed a little bit. Then as time went by, it became obvious that they were short cutting things more and more. One day I came home after a cleaning day and the cat left a hair ball on the tile floor for me to wipe up and when I did the paper towel was black with dirt. So I got another towel and started wiping areas and they were filthy, not cleaned in weeks it seemed. Every time I asked for something to be cleaned, Charlene would say it was extra, not covered by $120 I paid each visit. Quit them after four months. I can do better myself. read more

I've been using Charlene's service for quite some time now and have been very happy! I like that they use all natural Melaleuca products. The team of girls are very thorough. I had a problem with initial clean. came home to rugs piled in bedroom. upstairs floor not cleaned. just basicaly not a lot of attention to detail. Last clean, rugs were once again left piled, but this time on the back patio. Girls seemed nice. read more

I did not have a good experience with this company of almost a year of service. Two top concerns included a lack of attention to detail i.e., baseboards, window seals, visible dirt of cabinet doors, etc. What I struggled with the most was when I requested a new crew given two separate occasions for mophead dings in our brand new refrigerator. My request was to have a new crew given the problem. She called me back to blame my children for the dings and ultimately hung up on me when I questioned her for blaming my children. Given the experience I had with Charlene, I could not recommend this company, very poor customer service by the owner. read more

They were professional and nice. They worked hard and did a great job getting water spot build up off the faucets and shower doors. Did a great job for the time they had and what it looked like before. Would recommend them. read more

My family hired this company a few years ago and, in the beginning, we were pleased with their work. The past year working with this company has been a nightmare! The owner has a high turnover of "her girls", the cleaning is less than fair and the excuses are plentiful. As a paying customer one should be able to raise their concerns with the owner of the company. When concerns were brought up with owner, she became defensive, she did not take responsibility for her employees or their actions and did not offer a reasonable solution other than to seek another company. Gladly. read more

No attention to detail, unprofessional and rude. I was polite and gave her a true 30 day notice and kindly told her we will no longer be needing her services. But apparently I don't know how to give proper notice and am "a person that can't be pleased no matter what you do for them" -Charlene. Wow. What a bad experience this was! read more

I highly recommend Charlene and her husband to clean your home's windows and blinds. As a gift to my mother, I had them clean her windows and blinds. This was no easy task because her home has many windows and the blinds had not been cleaned in quite a while. The windows now look fantastic. Even the blinds that were bent were miraculously restored to their original shape. Charlene and her husband made my mother's house look good from the inside and the outside. The windows gleam and it is a pleasure to see how clean everything is. For windows and blinds, Charlene and her husband are a remarkable team ! read more

I've been using Get It Clean with Charlene for quite awhile now for monthly cleanings. My wife and I have always been happy with the service. Much more professional and consistent than the last service we had. Reasonable pricing and high quality work. We are 100% satisfied with our service! Our blinds look like new, and when our windows were done they looked amazing! They looked so clean that it looked like our window was open! Hired them for a move out cleaning and was severely disappointed. The women called us late in the evening to tell us the apartment was finished and upon arriving were shocked to see how much hadn't been done. Cupboards weren't wiped off, baseboards weret touched, soap residue left in the tub, and the list goes on and on. When my boyfriend asked them to clean what they missed they began complaining, about EVERYTHING. About cleaning my apartment, their boss, working weekends, their angry husbands at home. I've never been made to feel more uncomfortable. Needless to say, my friend and I had to spend 4 hours cleaning what they missed. When I called to inform Charlene about the awful experience I had, her response was shocking. She first asked for the opportunity to fix it which I agreed to if she sent different people...apparently this wasn't possible. Then she tried to explain how she really wanted me to let the women come back and clean what they missed because "some people will not learn until they are taught a lesson." Excuse me! I am pretty sure the women were adults and I'm pretty sure she is not their mother. I cannot believe how unprofessional Charlene is. After we could not come to agreement she said that she would refund some of the money (although I think it ALL should be refunded) but then would not return my calls. She simply replied with a text of "can't talk now." I have given her since December to fix the situation and she is no where to be found. I have never in my life dealt with a company as terrible as Charlene's and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. She should not be allowed to have a business license. read more
