Saturday I had this company come out to my home to clean my garbage can. The technician parked in front of my driveway, and when he left a very large wet spot was on the asphalt. I assumed it was water, but when it dried a large oil spot remained. I called management and spoke with Nick. I told him I had video from my ring of the truck parked in the location of the spot. He insisted his truck couldn't have done it, but he would handle it if I could show footage of his truck physically dripping the oil. . Obviously my ring can't see under his truck. I have video of the trucks location during the cleaning and the spot that now remains. It was clear he wasn't going to take care of the situation and I am very dissatisfied. He was unprofessional and sarcastic. I do not recommend this company! read more

Had someone dump some foul smelling liquid in our garbage can while they were at the curb after regular pick up and kept putting off cleaning it myself. I love this company! I'm pretty sure we had the nastiest garbage bins in town, so when I found out this was a thing I scheduled for them to come out immediately. Of course, just a few moments later I saw on social media that I had missed the fifty percent off promo they were running. I commented to that effect and they commented back immediately, and had found my account and refunded me fifty percent! That level of customer service already had me hooked, but then they came out today and my bins are nicer than when they were first delivered, because not only are they spotless, they smell like oranges now too! Can washers came and washed 3 cans today... I don't even remember how long it's been since they were washed - needless to say it was needed... signing up for the service is easy. Their website is user friendly and they come the day after your scheduled pick-up. I got a reminder text 1 day prior to the service (very helpful so I wouldn't bring in the cans) and again right before they came... they arrived a few minutes after the text was sent... He spent probably 15-30 minutes on 3 cans cleaned them, and put them back on the curb... very detailed cleaning, pressure washing by and they smelled good when opened... Who knew we needed this... I cannot tell you how happy I am with this company! The garbage cans that I have were from the people who lived here before me. I don't think that in the 13 years they were here that they EVER cleaned their cans. Waste Management would not bring out replacements.
