All this and a five year guarantee on their work!

Customer Service: A+ Roof Cleaning: A++…read moreCost: A Overall: A+ Over time, I realized that my solar panels were building a layer of dirt and grime from the seven years of neglect. This may be partially due to my fear of heights and unable to climb a ladder beyond the 8th rung. Still, something had to be done. Queue the quest to find an affordable and decent business to help with my troubles. Enter Curb Appeal Professionals, aka Ruben. It took a few hours to solidify a date(within 48 hrs) for him to come out and clean the solar panels at a set price that was far below the competitors. He did not give me the excuses of "base cost" and added cost per panel that 3 other competitors tried to push. I know I had more panels than most (30+); however, Ruben did not ask for panel amount and all that he needed to know was if it was a one-story or two-story. Upon arrival, he looked young but had a very professional demeanor. He surveyed the outside of the house to find the best point of access. He quickly ascended to the roof with his pressure washer and chemicals. Within 30 minutes he was finished. A message came on my phone with the bill that was paid promptly. I noticed already an increase of almost 2kw/hr on my solar panels via the Tesla app. Post cleaning our house, my neighbor saw what he was doing and quickly asked if he could get his solar panels cleaned as well. Ruben agreed and started right away working. I will not hesitate to send all my friends, who have solar panels, to him. The pictures speak for themselves. I regret I did not ask him to take a before picture.

Solano Seamless came out and re-attached the downspount on top AND on the bottom, AND made a mid-point attachment for additional stability, using screws rather than nails so that the downspout will stay in place for many, many years to come. They were polite, clear, did a great job, and agreed to return to do the same (replace nails with screws and add mid-point attachments) to ALL the downspouts on my house to ensure that I don't have any more falling downspouts in my future (seriously, it was scary - it looked as if the detached downspout was ready to fall and hit someone in the head). Their prices were VERY reasonable, and they did the emergency fix for free, which astonished me. I recommend them for any service, repair or installation involving gutters and/or downspouts that you may have. They are total pros, great communicators, and charge very reasonable prices.

Mr. Govea was a pleasure to work with; he provided an honest, fair quote and even pointed out which repairs could wait if I wasn't ready for the full bid. I ultimately decided to do it all at once because the pricing was so reasonable. His son did a great job power washing, and the entire crew worked diligently every single day.
