I used All Weather Heating and Air to replace my old HVAC a couple years ago. Their price and…read moreservice is what made me choose to use them. Their techs are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I like how they take their time to explain what they are doing and also give tips on how to maintain your HVAC system. This review is for my most recent experience with All Weather. I am a realtor and needed a HVAC inspection ($150), so I call All Weather since I had a great experience with them before for my own HVAC system. Art (Arturo) was assigned to the inspection. An email (with the tech's name and picture) and text was sent when he was on his way which is nice. Art did not rush the inspection and was very thorough. He took time to explain what he was doing and what he was checking for. Also took time to explain what maintenance items needed to be completed. Then provided a thorough report of the maintenance items needed and cost if they were to perform them. Overall, I am very happy with their service and their technicians' knowledge and professionalism.

We went through our home warranty company and discovered that it would be almost 2 weeks before anyone could come out and provide services. We were extremely frustrated, but decided to make the appointment. When the day of our appointment came, we were told that someone would come between 1-3. When that time went by, I began to be worried. I called and texted and discovered that Evan was going to be late. I was annoyed that I had to call to get an update, but we had no other options. When Evan showed up, he was very apologetic. He stated that his previous job had run late and he would do what it took to fix what problems we were having. It turns out that we had a bad transformer, the wrong plug was installed for our furnace and the wiring had been done incorrectly. Evan stayed until almost 7 pm to correct every issue and made sure to test everything before leaving. He is a man of his word and he did a good job. Our air works, and he even installed our new smart thermostat. He actually saved us some money because I had previously purchased a connection for the C Wire since ours wasn't present. Evan took the time to go into the access and found the original wires tucked away by the people who updated our house. Because of him, I was able to get a refund! Evan and his wife are great people and we are very satisfied customers!

The most recent technician said it should have never passed an inspection. Lots of things done haphazardly. Be careful they don't install an older furnace or AC unit like they did to me. More than one hvac technician has said "The quality of the installation is more important than the equipment installed".

"the AC went out.." I drove home pretty much in tears, preparing for the worst.. either several days and nights of being super uncomfortable to be blasted with a huge repair bill or the news of the need of a whole new unit. Quite the opposite to my surprise. Thomas arrived at our home in less than an hour of our service call, quickly diagnosed the problem, had parts on hand, and within 15 minutes, we were cooling the house again. No joke, no run around, no sales pitch, no highway robbery. Just a true expert providing the service we needed to get us going. The cost? So insanely reasonable in my opinion. We will for SURE be a returning customer with several appliances issues we've gathered and not fixed along the years. Thank you for helping restore our faith in getting the problem fixed, with a smile and sense of urgency, with no unnecessary charges or taking advantage of the customer. A++++++.

I called because my air conditioner didn't seem to be working. This is the first heat wave of the year. He was able to squeeze me in within 30 minutes of the call since he was right up the street at the time. The problem turned out to be a tripped breaker. Or a breaker that was turned off. Very simple fix. He refused my offer for payment for his time and diagnostic saying he can't charge me for flipping a switch. This is the type of honest company you want to support! Richard saved me a premature $10k+ AC and furnace replacement! When dealing with such a large potential repair or replacement I wanted to get a second opinion. I was told by the first company the entire unit would probably need to be replaced due to the age (20 years) if it's not the refrigerant being low it'll soon to another issue.
