So I don't do too many reviews outside food reviews but I gotta give a quick shout out. We've been having a myriad of issues with our renovations this last year. So anytime something is done really well in the midst of the chaos, I gotta give props to Dot. He cleaned out our dryer vents and we needed it bad. It was required because it could be a fire hazard if not. I never would have known this since I'm not a laundry person. I'm a dishes person. But yea regardless I had to get the good word out. I'll definitely keep him in mind if we or any of my friends/fam ever need any other related work. Also...I gotta give bonus points to this guy because he seems to be a fan of Game of Thrones. Last week I had Scott service our dryer vent. Our dryer would sometime take two or even three cycles before our clothes finally got dry. Man, I knew we were in need of the service but I had no clue how bad we'd allowed our vent to billed up with lint. Scott came out dedicated a significant amount of time making sure to clear up the duct inside and up on the roof of our home! He was very detailed in keeping the work area cleaned and prevented the lint from coming into our home. I was actually embarrassed when I saw the amount of lint he removed. We contacted Dots due to our dryer showing a code the exhaust was partially plugged and we couldn't clear it ourselves. We were told they would get back to us with a date. We had to contact Scott again as to when he would come out since he never set a date and he finally gave us one. On the day of the appt he cancelled due to a family emergency and said he would need to reschedule which was 3 wks ago. We've never heard from him again, very unprofessional and very disappointing. If I could could give 10 stars I would. Scott came in explained what he would do and started to work. Unbeknownst to me as he moved the dryer away from the wall he saw water from underneath the washer! Like sitting for awhile. He checked hoses pipes etc and said it wasn't anything there so hi kindly cleaned it bleached it and wiped it dry. Then proceeded his work. That was way beyond the call of duty! He also did my moms house which was ridiculous because he had to climb and configure his whole body behind the machine and again went out of his way to get the job done right!
