I receive lots of reminder emails and text messages about my appointment. I appreciate these types of notifications as it makes it very easy to keep up to date with when they would arrive. Bryan arrived on time for my scheduled appointment. He was very friendly and explained the whole process of cleaning and expecting my fireplace. He took lots of pictures during the inspection so I could see how my fireplace is doing on the inside and outside. The entire cleaning and inspection took about an hour.
