Technician came out when they said they would (on a Sunday no less) and quickly diagnosed the problem. A bad igniter. Said he thought he could source the part and install it in the afternoon. He did exactly that and we were back up and running shortly thereafter. Pleasant and professional. The price seemed reasonable for the service. read more

I was searching for a local HVAC to add some ductwork so I would be able to install my new stove hood vent, after speaking with Gabe in detail of what I was looking to have done he scheduled time to come over and discuss the project. Gabe gave me two possible options of ways he could run the ductwork after he examined the hood he was confident he could have the Vent installed within a very reasonable amount of time. My project was started two days after we met he arrived on time with his assistant and they immediately began to route the ductwork and mount the Hood Vent. After completing the Hood Vent installation Gabe then proceeded to remove an older Thermostat that I wanted to upgrade. The most impressive thing was when he spotted a leak in my Air Conditioners piping that was dripping a small amount of water.. as we all know electrical items and water don't play well together. Air conditioner quit working at the start of one of the worst heat waves ever. I called Gabe late Sunday afternoon and he agreed to come to BENICIA at 2 pm the following day, which was Labor Day. Gabe quoted a extremely reasonable house call rate. On Monday, Gabe called to say he was running 30 minutes late. From that point on I was impressed. He showed up, wearing a mask which I appreciated as my sister is in hospice in bed. He promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed the AC.
