They were late and then told me they couldn't get there until Monday, 5 days away. Insisting this needs taken care and can't wait. They finally showed up. First they told me I needed to expand my ductwork, that the unit was too much for the current set up. I said, you mean the unit you guys sold us? That was going to be around $17 grand. After getting past that nonsense he tells me it was going to cost $3800, minimum. Told monarch I was getting a second opinion, that's way too much money for a new unit. Called Lara's, they came the next morning and for $890 I had my ac back. Most of that was Freon. Both workers were very polite and had everything fixed and tidy in about an hour.
