Evan went way over and beyond. Our brand new air conditioner went out randomly during the summer heatwave and we were burning up. We went through our home warranty company and discovered that it would be almost 2 weeks before anyone could come out and provide services. We were extremely frustrated, but decided to make the appointment. When the day of our appointment came, we were told that someone would come between 1-3. When that time went by, I began to be worried. I called and texted and discovered that Evan was going to be late. I was annoyed that I had to call to get an update, but we had no other options. When Evan showed up, he was very apologetic. He stated that his previous job had run late and he would do what it took to fix what problems we were having. It turns out that we had a bad transformer, the wrong plug was installed for our furnace and the wiring had been done incorrectly. Evan stayed until almost 7 pm to correct every issue and made sure to test everything before leaving. He is a man of his word and he did a good job. Our air works, and he even installed our new smart thermostat. He actually saved us some money because I had previously purchased a connection for the C Wire since ours wasn't present. After I posted my review, I got a response back. Technicians came to fix our flue pipes, but that's only because I I told them carbon monoxide was leaking into our garage and requested someone come out the same day. PG&E had to shut off our gas until the technicians arrived. That is how dangerous this issue was. I was told that the technicians would come back this morning between 8am-10am but no one showed up nor did I get a call or text. The owner's wife expressed that she's out of state for a family emergency and will take care of our filters when she returns on Wednesday. That's in 5 days! I understand that they have a family emergency, but so do we. My baby and I have been to the doctors every week for the past 2 months for respiratory issues and our health is getting worse. Their website shows that they offer 24/7 emergency services but I guess our health isn't an emergency. I'm having a hard time breathing, coughing and having chest pain, but seeing my baby (1.5 year old) suffer is so upsetting. All they have to do is install 2 filter grills and they can't even do that. They told me it would cost me money to install it even though a filter box or filter grills are a state and manufacturer requirement. A third party told us that we shouldn't have even passed our inspections with the way our furnace was installed because it's not up to code. read more

I hired A 100% guarantee heating and AC to remove 3 air handling units on my commercial warehouse so that the roof could be repaired and the units be reinstalled. When I first met with Evan, the owner, he seemed knowledgeable, but he created a complete nightmare for a simple task on my property and eventually caused over $20,000 of damage to my building and its contents. I have reached out to him for the last month and he will not even bother to talk to me. The first cause of major damage occurred when he ordered and improperly installed the wrong curbs for the units creating a 6 week period where I had 3 large holes in my roof where the air handlers were removed from. He removed his original improperly installed curbs (see photos) and during that time period he assured me if it rained that he had covered the openings and no water could get in. When it did rain his covering failed and ruined an $11,000 printer in the office space down below along with damaging the building. Finally when the new curbs came in and everything was installed he had done so much damage (punctures/tears see photos) to the brand new roof surrounding the areas that he was working that I had to spend $9,000 replacing the brand new section of roof. I also had to hire another company to properly install the duct work because there were large holes left for the air to escape (see video). If I could give this company no stars I would. When I first signed up with them they were great but now they are the worst. My furnace wasn't working so I called them, they are supposedly 24/7 service but couldn't come out until 4 days, let's not forget that I'm paying a monthly service fee. They come out tell me it's a pressure switch and that since I have 2 the part costs $344 each plus labor. I look up all pressure switches while the tech is there and I tell him "how? The most expensive one I see here is $90" well he told me their supply store is closed and would call me the next morning. I received no call, here we are 4 days later and nothing. I ended up buying the part for a total of $69 and will be installing it myself. Ridiculous was about to charge me $688 plus labor for a part that costs $69. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
