I was looking for a cleaning service for my Mom's home she elderly and has a few pets . She can't see so there was a bit of food stains through out the home as well as the pets and smell. I was a bit embarrassed but I contacted Water 2 Wine . I explained my situation and I felt so relived how they comfort me and where very professional and understanding. When I came back from work to my surprise Our rug and all rooms where like a new home the attention they placed to each room was outstanding . I have contracted them to come by once a week I'm so happy and so is my dear mom read more

I used Heather and her team and they were terrible. I found them via a Living Social promotion and explained that I needed my floors, baths and baseboards cleaned as I was listing my home for sale in 3 days. They didn't even clean around our toilets! The rim of the toilets were still dirty, the shower wasn't touched and the baseboards were skimmed only. I asked that they stay an extra 2 hours to complete the job(booked in advance) but t hey were in and out in 1 1/2 hours. I asked them back into the house to mop the laundry room AND to dust the floors around the fireplace. After that I figured to just let them go. I'm glad YELP is around to vent to - as I now have to hire someone else in to do the job and pay twice. read more

I've worked with several housecleaners before and I know the good ones from the bad ones. I offered our vaccum when I noticed theirs seemed doubtful but Heather quickly said they had their own. The areas Heather claimed they focused on and cleaned were still dirty (bathroom and kitchen floor were not mopped probably not even vacuumed). In 1 hour I alone could've cleaned it better myself and saved the money (paid for 2 people per hour) for the chiropractor afterwards. However, I thought if someone else cleaned the house that I'd have some peace of mind or thag it would've saved me another trip to chiropractor. I do not recommend, unfortunately :( read more

I needed a one-time, deep clean for my small condo. I called or emailed several cleaning services in the area, left voice mails but didn't get any reply. Heather though replied within 2 hours and we set up an appointment. She said that they would come in with 2 cleaners and I told her that I would assume they would need 2 hours. She and her colleague arrived in time on the scheduled day and she said that they would not need 2 hours given the place was so small. They did a great job, everything was clean and smelled good. And she billed exactly 1 hour and 25 minutes which really appreciated. I will book their services again and can only recommend them! read more

I had about had it with our cleaning crew for my office when I cancelled their services and found Heather's Eco Cleaning online. They came by and looked at our space and gave us a quote that was similar as to our previous cleaners. They were very thorough in their inspection and they pointed out areas of dust that I had not even noticed! It was disgusting what our previous cleaners had looked over! What I love about Heather's Eco Cleaning is that they use all natural products and the office always smells wonderful after cleaning (not like bleach or harsh chemicals). I have them come every two weeks and we have yet to be disappointed. Every time they come in a do a cleaning the staff always comments about how different the office feels (I never heard that when we had our last cleaner!) I definitely recommend that anyone who is looking for a regular cleaner to come and clean your house/office/whatever to call Heather! read more

I have worked with Heather and her team for over 2 years now, and have been very thankful fo her service and quality of work. She is highly communicative via text (including booking cleanings). She is thorough in her work, and will ALWAYS double back if there is an issue or complaint (people are high maintenance sometimes!). She has visited our home in fires and floods, to make sure the property is ok and we really could not run a rental property without her! read more

They cleaned 2 of our homes in Cloverdale Over charged, did not clean very well. We called to cancel service, never heard back. Not really worth the $$ read more

My husband and I have never used a cleaning service before. After viewing yelp, we decided to use this company. I am seven months pregnant and wanted somebody to do a thorough cleaning of the entire house before we move in. Unfortunately, what I requested to be done via a phone call and email was not completed. The refrigerator was partially cleaned, the outside windows were not cleaned, some of the baseboards were not cleaned, and the stove/oven was not cleaned. I was later told that this was not communicated originally and that these services would cost extra. I am unclear about how else to communicate the services I want completed besides phone and an email. Unfortunately, I will now be cleaning seven months pregnant, after already paying for a service that was not done. I would recommend that those wanting cleaning services to go elsewhere. read more

I am so disappointed that this company took advantage of an elderly woman in Santa Rosa, Ca. We had arranged for her to have her house cleaned and this company charged her $300. They were 1 1/2 hrs late and the job they did was abysmal at best. We have pictures of dust and dirt on furniture, fireplace, corners and baseboards. We contacted one of the owners and she refused to make this woman whole by refunding monies or coming back to clean. We will be forced to pursue other avenues. This is so sad! read more

I would recommend this company for GoLocal types who want a reliable, locally owned cleaning service that uses mild products. We were discount clients from a Living Social promo deal, and we initially had a scheduling miscommunication, but that was eventually resolved successfully. The two guys who came over today, co-owner Adrian and his sidekick Steve, did a good job in the 2 hours they were here, using an industrial vacuum cleaner and a great extension duster, so they removed all the cobwebs along the ceilings that are hard to get at. Bathrooms, kitchen, kitchen floor -- house looks great (although with our interesting, high-clutter house, it wasn't possible for them to get to everything in only 2 hours, har!, and they cleaned only one of the two bathtubs). Be sure to let them know your priorities if you don't want to pay the extra to have them do every little thing. I appreciate the pride they took in their work, even though we were just using a discount deal. read more

I was hoping for so much more from this business. My wife and I contacted them to do a thorough cleaning of our recently purchased townhouse, before we moved in. My wife talked to Heather on the phone to tell them what we wanted done, and she said that everything that was listed was included in the Deep Cleaning. We checked out their website, and sure enough, everything we wanted done was included in the Deep Cleaning. So we scheduled a time to have the cleaning done, and my wife also sent an email with a list of things she wanted the cleaners to focus on (which were included in the Deep Cleaning package online). Heather responded something to the extent of "Perfect, will do!" On the day of the cleaning, we received an email that they had finished an hour and forty minutes earlier than expected (they stated they charged hourly). When we got the bill, it was for less time than was quoted, but the dollar amount remained virtually the same. So essentially the quoted hourly rate had increased. All this would be fine, I don't really care how long it takes, I'm happy to pay the full amount as long as everything gets done. But unfortunately, when I went over to our new place after work, it was clear within seconds of walking in the door that it was not thoroughly cleaned. The windows were not all washed, the stove top was not touched, the cabinets inside and out were not touched, and the fridge had two whole shelves that were clearly not touched (the rest of the fridge was mostly clean). These were just our main concerns, in addition: many baseboards were not cleaned, a mirror wasn't cleaned, and several things like the kitchen sink looks like they were only wiped down instead of actually cleaned. When my wife called and emailed that night about our concerns, Adrian (the husband) was very responsive. He was also polite in his email communications, but at the same time took no responsibility for the shoddy work that was done. Some of the excuses included: they weren't able to open the fridge door all the way (not true), and we hadn't clearly communicated the work we wanted done (looked back at our email sent to them, and it couldn't have been more clear). He offered to come fix the cleaning on a couple of the items I mentioned, but that everything else would cost extra. They didn't do a good job the first time for the quoted price, so why would we have him come out to finish everything just to charge more? We thought this process would be easy, painless, and save us time. As you can see from this review, none of that was true. I'm really disappointed and frustrated, especially because it has been a really long time since we've gotten screwed this badly on a service we have paid for. This is a generous 2 stars instead of 1, because after all, a few things were cleaned to some level of satisfaction. In all, I highly advise that you do not contact this company to get any cleaning services. Save your money, because now we have to do almost all the cleaning ourselves anyway. Either do it yourself, or pay a high school student to do it that needs money (I guarantee they would do a better job). read more

We just had our home cleaned and we are so pleased! Adrian and Herb came and were very pleasant. I appreciate that everything on my list was taken care of as well as baseboards and windowsills. And they totally didn't judge all the dog hair! Highly recommended! read more

I have been using Water 2 Wine Cleaning for a few months. I am always a happy camper when I walk in after their service. I have been nothing but impressed with their level of detail, care with my home, and the small little touches they add to make my place feel not just clean but like a lovely hotel, fluffed pillows and adorable folds on my bathroom tissue paper. They do go the extra mile, dusting not just my shelves but the things on them as well! Communication by text message makes things easy and quick. On my first cleaning there was a little issue with a shelf falling off my wall (it was not secured properly, nothing the cleaners did!) and Water 2 Wine was professional to the max, they called me right away, fixed what was broken, and it was all handled before I got home! They are great! read more

As an interior designer specialized in sustainable design, I understand the importance of homes being cleaned with non-toxic products. Initially I was not going to write this review, but as a Yelp user I feel I have to in order to keep Yelp accurate. I want to start by saying this company did NOT clean our house so it is not based on the quality of work they do. It is purely due to the fact that they did not show up. We recently moved and needed our house cleaned during a very specific time frame. We called Water 2 Wine a few weeks in advance to schedule the cleaning. We even called back after scheduling the appointment to confirm the nature of the work involved. When it came time for the cleaning, we waited and waited at the house. The time came and went, but nobody showed up. We called them and got an "Oh no...we're sorry. Our crews have all gone home for the day." The woman on the phone was extremely polite, professional, and very appologetic. She even offered to send us a discount for a future cleaning. * We never received one. I am sure this is just a simple scheduling mistake and I'm sure they do very good work based on the Yelp reviews. I just had to post my experience here in order to keep Yelp accurate and other users informed. read more

I used them one time, a year ago with a living social voucher, and they did a great job. I was looking for monthly service, and they quoted me a competitive rate. Here's the problem: My scheduled cleaning got cancelled the day they were supposed to come, rescheduled for a couple days later and that got cancelled. I was told they would call me back, and they never did. It a beautiful thing, when a husband and wife create a company together. The down side is that if a life incident happens to one of them, it effects their entire staff, so you can expect to get rescheduled several times. Too bad. read more

So 4 employees show up to clean a rental we had already paid someone else to clean and had to have it re-cleaned. These people are awesome! Not only was it beautiful, but I would move into it after they finished!! They use no chemicals and it smells so fresh and clean! Would refer them to anyone who is in need! Very happy customer! read more

Heather has been cleaning my home for almost 3 years. She has incredibly high standards of her employees and fantastic attention to detail. I always love coming home after the house has been cleaned!! She uses only green products, which I also appreciate. With two kids, there always seems to be tons of clutter in my house, and Heather and crew don't miss a beat. They never complain that my house is too messy (I've had a house cleaner that did) and do a wonderful job tiding up all the stuff! She is always happy to accommodate any extras (she cleans that fridge and oven!) and is very fair with her pricing. I highly recommend, Heather, Adrian, and their team! read more

Heather, Adrian and the entire crew at Water 2 Wine are easy to work with, and excellent at what they do. They have been cleaning our house bi-weekly for almost a year and we have been very happy with their communication, professionalism and the results of their work. We highly recommend Water 2 Wine for all of your cleaning needs. read more

The name may be new, but Heather, Adrian and Company have been cleaning houses reliably and expertly for years. I have used them for about a year and am very pleased. Overall I am disappointed with Heather's Eco Cleaning. I had the deep clean ($145), which was pretty good, and then three cleanings afterwards. The second two cleanings were acceptable for the price I was paying ($75). Then, Heather informed me that there would be a price increase of $20 since it took her longer than she originally expected to clean my house (implying that it was messy). However, she arrived over an hour early without letting me know, so I didn't have the time I needed to tidy before her arrival. Communication is very important! I agreed to pay $95 instead of $75 and made it a point to have the house very tidy for the next cleaning. Thus, I expected that my house would be just as clean, if not more so, however, it was just the opposite. I paid for more money for more time, yet it was clear that the cleaning was "rushed". For the first time, the floors were not mopped and the bathtub was still dirty. It really felt like she wanted to be fired. When I told her that I no longer wanted her services, she responded with "ok great." I would think that a business-owner would care more and inquire about the specific reasons a client decides to quit. read more

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results of our monthly house cleaning. Heather and her husband, Adrian, are perfectionists and very conscientious. They are professional, prompt, and very friendly. We moved to Cloverdale a year ago and looked a long time for someone to clean our home until Water 2 Wine Cleaning was recommended to us. I know they also have a great reputation for office cleaning. Heather is looking for another home to clean in Cloverdale to share our cleaning day. If you're in Cloverdale and interested, give her a call! read more

Heather and Crystal have been cleaning our house on a bi-weekly basis for a few months now and we could not be happier. Every two week, like clockwork, they're here on time bringing all of their own products, mops, vacuum, the works. I appreciate the products they use which don't smell like harsh cleaning products and are environmentally friendly. Every time they leave the house it smells like lavender. I've hired an assortment of housecleaners over the years and these guys are probably in the top 2. When she first came through she gave an estimate for the 'initial cleaning' which was fair. And since then her bi-weekly rate is very reasonable and competitive especially for what we get done. With a teenager and two parents working full time in the house the last thing I want to do is clean on the weekends so really appreciate their services. I'm not clear of the problems some recent Yelpers have posted but I just noticed on their website Water2Wine has separated into two groups. To clarify, we're working with Heather on the Division 1 Team. Division #1 is ran and operated by Heather Garcia. Division 1 services, Cloverdale, Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, Windsor, Rohnert Park, Cotati, Petaluma, Kenwood, Oakmont and Sebastopal. http://www.water2winecleaning.com/meet-us-div-1 Hope this helps others considering a local service. read more

Heathers Eco cleaning service is great. Heather and her husband are very attentive and quick to call back. We can always call for extra items to be done on our house. Heather and her team did an excellent job for me. I'm going to have them come in on a regular basis. There is always more to be done since this place was kind of dirty (okay, it was dirty, shut up) and they couldn't get to everything in the allotted time, but they will be back and I can point out a couple spots they missed. They brought all their own tools and materials. It is such a pleasure to have a clean house. They are coming back to do the windows as a separate job because they are a big job here. Once this is done it will be just maintenance I hope. read more

Heather's team came over last week to do a thorough floor-to-ceiling clean on our house in Santa Rosa. A team of four people, four hours, and absolutely value for money. Water2wine has done the worse housekeeping I've ever seen. They came to a friends house for "through cleaning " per Heather - the owner but there is dust , dirt and spider webs everywhere. Heather says they did a "fantastic job " so I went and took photos of their of work and sent them to her but no response to me or to the proof of bad service. She needs to come and fix the " items " like she promised on this site . Let's see if her company comes to fix the items on Friday at 10 am. read more

Great job on window cleaning for two story home with many windows. Would use them again.

Heather's Eco Cleaning is awesome! We have a vacation rental property in Kenwood, CA. All of our renters have said that the house is super clean or to quote one guest "as clean as the cleanest hotel." We trust Heather in our home as we are in San Francisco and not able to be there when she cleans. She lets us know if there is any damage to the property or if guests leave the house unusually messy. Overall, we are really happy with Heather's cleaning service and happy to have her take such great care of our home away from home. read more

Heather, in response to your comments: 1) I know exactly what the house was like prior to cleaning - I got it ready for you, taking up the ram board and using a shop vac to get up the worst of the construction dust etc. 2) My husband was not delighted with the job you'd done - he took you at your word that you had completed the work and didn't think to check inside cupboards, drawers etc. He was shocked and dismayed when we did inspect properly, and felt that you had deceived him. 3) At no time did you offer to come back for free - you specifically said you would come back at your regular rate of$40 per person, per hour - doesn't sound very free to me! 4) You argued with me, and claimed to have done work you had not - as shown very clearly in the pictures we sent to you showing thick dust in a number of areas in the kitchen. You accepted no responsibility for an incomplete, badly done job, and you were very dishonest in your response. 5) If you wish, I would be happy to post some of the pictures we took, showing what you claim is a properly cleaned house. read more

This is a terrible company, I would never, ever use them again. They cancelled my appointment three times, it took two months to finally get them to the house, they arrived 10 minutes late and then they did not stay the full time--stating that the appointment didn't get booked correctly. They did a poor job on top of it all; didn't do the bathroom floors, did not wipe down the stove or microwave(pretty simple task that should be included in "cleaning" a kitchen), did not put back the rugs or trash cans(yet, left them scattered in the halls) and ran out so quick they must have known how crappy they did. I called the owner Heather of Water 2 Wine cleaning and knew I was dealing with a professional right away. I moved from Placerville to Santa Rosa where my friend and her mom own a cleaning company for 30 years, so I know how it works and felt like Heather gave me a very fair price on the amount of work that needed to be done to make my place look very polished. I was very pleasantly surprised to come home and see that they had not missed a spot from cleaning hardwood floors to tile to dusting, cleaning outside of kitchen appliances etc... I will use them again and highly recommend this company!!!! read more

Heather's Eco cleaning has been servicing my home for about a year now, and has typically done a great job....the last 2 cleanings were just ok, after Heather left my home, I swept my floors & there was still a ton of hair, dust, and derby on all floors. I brought this issue up to Heather and she stayed that she "vacuumed all floors & used a very damp mop" to clean. The next day, I also noticed my shower having water spots, which has never happened before, because her partner usually handles the bathroom with GREAT care. It seems like Heather cut a lot of corners on my last cleaning! Today Heather was supposed to clean my home, and she called 2 hours before hand to tell me she couldn't make it and would come on our next regular scheduled appointment (2 weeks away)! This would just not be accepted! Seems like Heather was looking for a reason to be let go.....NOW I get to cancel my Saturday plans so I can clean my house....defeats the purpose of hiring her in the 1st place. read more

This cleaning service is great. I found them online when searching for environmentally friendly cleaners and was especially impressed by their hard water removal services. I had two other cleaning services come in and try to remove hard water from the glass shower doors and no one could do it until I hired Heathers. They did an amazing job on the hard water marks and completely removed them all with Eco products which to me is even more impressive. The company makes many of their cleaning products themselves and they are very knowledgeable on how to clean various different types of stains with all natural products. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their house cleaned, they are efficient and affordable! read more
