Aaron did a wonderful job cleaning our windows on our 2 story Tudor style home!! If you are familiar with the style, it's 29 windows, and some that are extremely hard to get to, that is no easy task!! Earlier this year we also used his services to clean our 2nd story gutters that are equally difficult to reach. Aaron's pricing is more than comparable to those that we have used in the past but his work is exceptional. Every window is hand washed & dried where many want to wash from the ground using either a sprayer or pole! The results are just not the same! Already scheduled next year! read more

Jensen Window Cleaning - Window Washing Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

Aaron did a great job. Windows look great and cost very reasonable. Appreciate Aaron working with our schedule to get them done!!

Jensen Window Cleaning did such a great job with our house. We hired Aaron to clean our solar panels, gutters, and windows. He was efficient while being very thorough. The windows are spotless! Our older solar panels saw a 50% gain in production after they were cleaned. Night and day difference, so to speak. He was prompt, forthcoming, transparent about pricing, and easy to work with. I'd recommend him to anyone. read more

Aaron gave a reasonable estimate. Came out about a week later. And did an excellent job washing our windows and door. I highly recommend him. read more

This is the second time I've used Aaron. This time around, I used him for our gutters which were long overdue for a good cleaning. Come on, if you see weeds growing out of the top...that might be a sign you need someone to come out and clean them. Being on the 2nd story and a tile roof, I don't trust myself doing that job. Communication was great throughout via Yelp. He arrived early, did another great job and cleaned up after. He's extremely professional. Price wasn't bad either. If you need your windows cleaned (he cleaned my parents windows), solar panels or even gutters...don't hesitate to reach out. Aaron is your guy! read more

Aeron did a great job cleaning my gutters. It was a smaller job but he treated it like it was the most important job he had. He was very efficient and professional and communicated clearly as to what was going to be done. I will recommend him to my friends and neighbors. read more

Aaron is an all round great guy. He will give an honest appraisal of what you need and when. For example, we thought we might clean our gutters before all the leaves had dropped and he explained that waiting until the first big storm of the season would be the most efficient way to keep them clean for the season. He is very professional...always on time, easy to contact, never leaves a mess, and I have never seen anyone do a more thorough job cleaning windows! read more

Love my very clean windows! What a difference! Aaron is very professional and reliable.

We had gutters that weren't draining because of debris. Looked for help thru Yelp and Aaron's stood out because of 5 stars and lots of ratings. He did t disappoint. Was quick to respond, prompt, super polite and professional. I even had one spout that wasn't draining because pine needles eroded some of the metal downspout. He came back out, diagnosed, and even repaired it despite it being out of scope for what he does. Will definitely use him again. read more

First time I ever paid for window cleaning but now I get it. I didn't realize what I'd been missing and I lucked out with Aaron. Prompt, thorough and so very nice. read more

Once again, Jensen Window (and Gutter) Cleaning provided super professional service at a reasonable price. This is the best service company I've ever used; Aaron is the best! Call today, he's got a lot of fans! read more

Great work! Clean panels & not a scratch, hiccup or broken roof tile. Aaron was responsive & professional. They were able to get here early & finish the job in less time than we thought. Will absolutely use again. read more

Aaron did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters. He usually schedules three to four weeks out, but we were able to get in earlier due to a cancellation. He arrived on time, did amazing work, and his price was reasonable (and much lower than the quotes I received from other local gutter cleaning companies). We'll be having him back to clean our windows as well. HIGHLY recommend him!! read more

Aaron was on time, efficient, speedy, and focused. The results were WELL beyond our expectations, and our windows have never looked so good. Very highly recommended!! read more

Aaron just cleaned all our windows today here in Oakmont. Screens, sliding patio doors, too. What a wonderful difference having clean windows makes! It boosts your mood and you appreciate your house more, as a nice place to call home. Aaron was extremely responsive, from the moment I inquired about his services to his arrival to do the work. Our windows were particularly dirty- not having been cleaned in over 3 1/2 years. That did not deter Aaron. He put in the extra time and effort. Our windows couldn't look better! Aaron is a friendly, engaging fellow and a dedicated hard worker, running his own local business for many years. He also does gutter cleaning and will be back out here in a month to clean our gutters. You can't go wrong with Aaron. For peace of mind and a job extremely well done. We are so glad we found him. read more

Aaron did a fantastic job, no more noisy gutters! He kept us informed of his progress on cleaning the solar panels, would highly recommend.

Aaron does a fantastic job. He goes beyond the normal to make sure the job meets his high standards. He is quick and can reach what I thought were impossibly high windows. Cleaned inside and out and did a deep cleaning on the tracks. He is an expert and he will point out any issues he may find. He arrived on time (even a bit early). Very good communicator. I will definitely call him again. read more

Highly recommend. Aaron was responsive in giving us a quote and scheduling the work to be done. He is a good communicator and did a great job on our solar panel cleaning. read more

Unfortunately, our location is outside of Jensen's service area -- so they didn't actually do work for us. But am leaving this review because Aaron was super prompt (within ~5 minutes) in responding anyway and kindly provided a referral to another provider who does service our area. read more

I was having gutter overflow problems during the heavy atmospheric river downpours. Aaron came out and cleaned my gutters and downspouts. He provided great advice on what to watch for to prevent future overflows. Reasonably priced. Recommend his service to anyone having gutter overflow issues. read more

Great job...reasonably priced and did a super job... even cleaned the screens...will definitely use Jensen Window Cleaning again

Aaron was absolutely amazing!!! There is not one bad thing I can say. My windows are cleaner than they were when we moved into my house brand new!! I will honestly have him come back every year and I don't know why I didn't do it sooner! Aaron was so professional, polite and on time. I don't know how he got my windows so clean but he did! There isn't one smudge or streak and it's brighter in my house now. Absolutely recommend!!! Thank you Aaron!! read more

Window & Solar Panel cleaning and what an amazing job Aaron did. He had to battle a bit of a winter storm but our windows look amazing. Aaron also checked the gutter at our front window as it was pouring outside and it looked like a waterfall. I cant recommend Jensen Window Cleaning enough and told all my friends & co~workers the same. Book now as I imagine he will be very busy this spring. Thank you Aaron! read more

It's about time our windows got done (we never seem to get to it...), and we could not have made a better choice then Jensen Window Cleaning. Aaron, the owner, was on time, professional and courteous. A lot of people could get that part right so far, but then there is the quality of his work! Not only did he do the inside, the outside, the screens and the window tracks, but it seemed to us that there was a whole new world and a brighter sun outside. Not only will we use Jensen as our only window cleaning service, but we will have him back later this year to do the gutters. Job very well done! read more

Aaron came out to clean our gutters, solar panels, and skylights. We have three different buildings on our property, and he did a great job on them all. I will definitely be calling him again. read more

Aaron is our go to for gutter, and solar cleaning. He is professional, fast, and efficient. Respect the fact that he is licensed and insured; he has a dangerous job. Highly recommend! read more

Aaron cleaned our windows for pre-sale and they look amazing! Great price, wonderful communication and highly professional.

I located Jensen Window Cleaning online and after reading several reviews I chose to go with them for cleaning the windows on my house. Easily the best choice I could've made. Aaron was polite throughout the whole process. He was quick to get back to me when I emailed the business and had great communication leading up to the job. Aaron arrived on time and immediately got to work. He cleaned the outside panes, the inside panes, the window screens, the window tracks, and the sills. I couldn't have asked for anything more. We hadn't cleaned our windows in years and Aaron made them look brand new. My husband and I will certainly be using Jensen Window Cleaning again without hesitation. Not one complaint. Highly recommend! read more

Aaron was wonderful. Prompt reply, very flexible on timing, we were late coming home and he had already started, did our daughter's room first so she could take a nap. Spotless windows. Couldn't recommend more highly. See you next year Aaron! read more

Aaron was professional, very thorough, and polite. He took a lot of extra time to deep clean some huge sliding glass windows and screens that had been covered in construction dust for 2 months. He has initiative and really cares about doing a quality job. Thank you - I recommend your service wholeheartedly! read more

Excellent work done in a very respectful efficient manner. My windows, screens and tracks are clean. Perfect!

Aaron did a wonderful job cleaning our windows. The best they've ever looked. Far superior to other window cleaning services. He was able to work around all my plants :) Highly recommend him. read more

We've owned our home for more than ten years, and never had the windows washed. The appointment was booked out quite a ways, but that seems to be pretty standard in this industry. When the day arrived, Aaron showed up on time and got straight to work. He did an awesome job, was really polite and completed the job in a top notch way. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again..hopefully before another ten years passes! Thanks much for all you did... read more

So glad I called Aaron Jensen to clean our windows! They look great and so do the tracks/screens. I even asked him how hard it would be for him to remove a sticker my daughter had put on her window (without permission). He removed it with his window scraper in seconds. Yay! I based my decision on my own research (yelp reviews and company web-sites). He worked us into his schedule fairly quickly (approx 2.5 weeks) considering it's the busy season. He was prompt at communicating with me via text/email to answer my questions and arrange the appointment. And check out his hours! What a hard worker---7 days a week until 9pm!! Some of his competitors work much shorter hours and don't even work weekends. Also, I noticed that some of his competitors do not put pricing on their web-sites. Aaron does and he stuck to the numbers. I even asked for the UV coating and am pleased with that too. Thanks Aaron--we'll be recommending you to others and using you going forward. read more

Awesome job! As a gift to my mom, I had Aaron clean her windows. My mom is very particular about her windows and very knowledgeable, so the standards were very high. He did a fabulous job and she would not hesitate to hire him again. High praise indeed! Aaron was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, listened to and addressed all her concerns and most of all did a high quality job. Inside - Outside - Tracks - Screens Aaron also called me the next day to let me know the job was done. He is a really pleasant guy and does his own work, so you know what you are getting. He was timely and responsive to emails and voicemails. read more

Aaron Jensen moved down from Idaho last year and continued his 15 years as a window washer here in Sonoma County. He just finished my house and freestanding office and did a superb job. He's quiet, effiecient and a great young man. Cost was $150.00 for both my home and office. He's a great resource to me as a Realtor who is always looking for new businesses to refer to my homeowners. You won't be disappointed! read more

Highly recommended. Used for the first time, but I have already booked for May of 2018. Arrived on time, cleaned all the tracks, screens and windows inside and out. They positively sparkle! Locally ownbed and operated. read more

I have never been more pleased with any type of service at my home. Aaron not only did an amazing job of making everyone one of my many windows gleam, the screens were equally clean, as were the sills, and every other part of the windows. The outside now looks inside. And to top that all off, Aaron was a total professional in that he just quietly set about his work, never bothered about anything, and just finished the job. He did a tremendous job at a very reasonable rate. I know the only person I will call in future for window cleaning. read more

Great guy! Great price! Great work! I have a house with many windows on a hillside. Because of the hillside many of the windows are effectively three stories up and there is little room for a ladder. Not a problem. He even went into my attic and cleaned a dummy room window over the garage. My final price was about $300, but like I said, I have a lot of windows. Thanks Aaron! read more

How often does a window washer really make a memorably positive impression? Well just today Jensen did! The service was so thorough and outstanding with terrific attention to detail and neatness that I asked f he were on Yelp as I wanted to let the community know what an outstanding service provider he is. Bravo..we love our sparkling windows and plan on recommending Jensen wholeheartedly and calling on a regular basis. Thank you! read more
