I sent a message through their website and the owner responded the same day, set an appointment for two days out, and arrived right on time. The whole process (57 solar panels and gutters surrounding our two story Novato home) took just over 90 minutes and the results were pretty dramatic. Very friendly father and son team, Cuauhtemoc and his dad are truly local - his mother's family is coast Miwok and dad's family are Yaqui...
