They did a great job with the windows but left the tracks dirty with flies and dirt when I called for an explanation they told me that was included in my service and the guys would come back to do it that day they did not show up he called me the next day told me he was sorry for the no-show and no call and we rescheduled for the next day no-show he called that night and told me they were running behind and he would have to reschedule I'll just do it myself what a pain in the ass I don't think I'll ever use them again! read more

Sorry to say, I had a really bad experience. The worker inside my house was unmasked and told me he was unvaccinated. Their truck left two large oil stains on my paved driveway. When I spoke to the manager, he told me his workers were vaccinated - very confusing. They did a very fast job and won't touch stains from watering plants near windows. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!! read more

I recently used the services of Glass with Class on our Cotati home. I was and am very pleased with the service I received. David Hurwitz is reliable (showed at the time he said he would), professional (he respected me, the safety of our children and our home) and is a perfectionist. David works so hard - which is why the company is Diamond Certified. Our windows look beautiful and our home has a lot more natural light then we did before. BUYERS BEWARE! Nothing classy about it Glass with Class. First, they contract out for pressure washing. They wanted to charge more per window because I live in Guerneville and a $25 travel fee. The estimate was $269.00 for my 33 window panes. This is on the high side, but not outrageous. They had mixed reviews on Yelp but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. THEN, the had the nerve to quote me $2,000.00 for the house to be pressure washed. They said it was $45 per hour. I'm not sure how many guys they were going to send for my small home but it didn't make any logical sense at all. I've had a beautiful first-class job done on the house before for less than $300.00. The quote was just plain robbery and very insulting. I can't believe they even had the nerve to give me the quote. Outrageous. read more

I used this company recently to clean out my gutters and put in some gutter guards to avoid clogging of leaves. The owner, David, came out to see what work had to be done and was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining different ways to solve the problem of clogged gutters. He was patient and went into detail regarding the options and the associated costs and recommendations. In addition he was personable, friendly, and very honest. To actually clean the gutters and install the proper gutter guards, he sent Bret, a young man who was efficient, and did a great job, and was also able to answer any additional questions I had. I am completely satisfied with the work performed, and plan to call on them yearly to be sure everything continues to work well. read more

I've used this company for two years now. Last year, the owner came out and did a beautiful job for a very reasonable price. This year one of his employees came out and did just as wonderful a job. Very professional company, extremely friendly, good service and they do a great job. I had several screens replaced this year, which had been an eyesore for a long time. I have used Dave's window washing services for the past 5 years, and find him to be EXCELLENT! He is available on short notice, has low prices, and does excellent work. I never cease to be amazed at how clear my windows are after he cleans them. Always spotless and perfect. I like to hire people who do excellent work with no drama, and find Dave to be the best. For a second time, I used Glass With Class to clean the windows of my home inside & out. Employee Mannie showed up right on the minute of the scheduled 8:30 am appt and proceeded to clarify what I wanted done. He was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend him & the company. Today I am loving my sparkling windows...!! In my previous experience, I learned the worker used ionized water, which I thought was standard; however, learned it is not. My suggestion is that office staff needs a questionaire to fill out when one is making an appt with a customer to minimize any confusion over expectations. read more

Guys came at 10:30 instead of 1PM. No problem... they were great ! Sean and Tim were honest,worked quickly, cleaned up well before they left and did a great job. They did a softwash and cleaned the whole house windows spotlessly, We have calcium in our water that is a real problem for our windows. they have a reverse osmosis that takes out calcium and other minerals, so as not to leave the film our water will produce. It filters our water. House looks like it got a paint job and our pretty new windows that got funky are now spotless. Thanks guys! We know where to go next time. read more

The guys who do the work are OK. The office organization is bad! I have a rental that needed work and I scheduled them for my home as well. Given a 2 hour window for both properties. At the rental they were 45 minutes beyond their "late" time and 2 days later at my home they were 2 hours (!) beyond their "late" time. Nobody from the office notified me that they were going to be late, I had to call them myself. The guys who did the work were also notified late that they had to be here. I do not recommend Glass with Class, find someone who can turn up on time. read more

Beware of the all of a sudden price hike. On their own website- they offer 10% of regular customers which they don't honor. Staff said they haven't updated the website. I've used them for several years and every time the price goes up. Staff says the last laborer didn't count your windows correctly. Always an excuse for the increase. The laborer even told me that the company loses money cleaning my house because my house is too big! A company gets paid what they charge. If you lose money then you shouldn't be cleaning windows anymore. No customer service. Will never use them again. read more

We have a steep roof but the workers were able to clean our skylights anyway. They were a bit hurried because the business was short of staff due to an illness, so we could not get a few windows cleaned at the same time. But Dave the owner personally came out again (we live 5 miles out of town!) and methodically cleaned more windows than we had asked for - at no extra charge!They really know what they are doing and make sure their customers are satisfied. I originally contacted this business as I saw it was diamond certified. David the owner came over and gave me a bid which was competitive of what I had been paying for past cleanings so decided to give them a try. They say they will clean the screens and tracks of the windows. They did but it was sub par. The tracks were hardly cleaned and that was a big consideration for me. Windows were ok, although I have found some drippy streaks at the bottoms of a couple of windows. The worst though was the sloppy job of replacing the screens. They were not put back properly and so we had lots of gaps for bugs and Mosquitos to get in. Neither my husband or are are able to get on ladders to fix so had to have a handyman come do it. I could have called company to come back and fix, but honestly, I don't ever want to see them again. It seemed like the 2 guys that came were in a hurry. Diamond certified, diamond shmertified! It's just another advertising scheme. read more

Mr. Hurwitz worked very hard, and did a great job. As the previous reviewer stated, he was prompt in that he came within his given time frame, and called ahead to let us know exactly when he would be here. Upon a recommendation I contacted this company. Spoke to David on the phone to get a price. He when round and round saying he could charge me by the pane or by the hour. He know where I lived and had been cleaning a similar home for years so a price seemed pretty easy. At the end of the conversation I realized I had no firm price?! I made an appt for an am time but had to change to afternoon which seemed ok with them. The appt. was between 1 and 3. Someone called from the office and told me the window cleaner was not going to be there until closer to 3. At 5 to 3 I had to leave but my husband was at home. He called me at 4 and said no one showed. I called the company and they said the employee had come and knocked on the door and no one answered. That is not possible as we have two small dogs and they will bark at the least noise. Also said he looked in the window and saw magazines on the floor. Wrong house. Why didn't he call and check on the address? I told the office person I expected to be contacted by David as this was unacceptable. 2 days have passed and have not heard from the company . Is this anyway to run a business? I think not. read more
